I used to love ecco shoes. Now, not only is the quality cheap, but their c/s is awful. i returned a pair of shoes using the label they sent me. They never received them, ok, that happens, but not only would they not refund my cc, but they would not even give me store credit. Or even a discount on a future purchase. So I'm out a pair of shoes and the money I paid for them. I don't blame the rep actually, I blame company policy. I will not buy from Ecco again.

I have owned 2 pairs of Ecco shoes and the soles of both disintegrated at incredible speed. I wore the 2nd pair for the first time yesterday and have left a trail of chunks of the soles behind me after waking just about 50 yards. Ecco refused to replace them because the warranty ran out. They must have has countless reclamations like mine.

Do not order shoes from Ecco.com. I purchased 3 pair of shoes and had to return them. It has been more than 15 days since they received the items back and I have not received any word on my refund or even a confirmation that they received them (tracking shows that they have). Sent an email asking about refund and have not received a return email. I will never buy from them online again!

ECCO did not honor their link discount sent by text on or around Black Friday. I forwarded the original. The reply from customer service was, "no, that model is not included" (men's soft 7). The $ thing, plus, they generally run a full size large over what they say is the US equivalent, is a deal breaker. I will look elsewhere. There's plenty of other shoe manufactures.

I've purchased ECCO walking sandals every few years, but the last few times have been extremely disappointing. The pair I bought 2 years ago fell apart within a year. When I sent them back under warranty, they disappeared; no response to this day from the company. I tried again in their Thanksgiving sale this year - ordered a pair on sale, only for the order to be cancelled after 2 days, with no explanation or apology.

Do not order online from ecco shoes website, it's pure garbage. I would rate it under 0 if i could. No customer service, no way to get some customer support and know if or when my shoes will be delivered, EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING

I ordered my item over 2 weeks ago and there is no way to know if or when my shoes will be shipped. So fare, i've received only the moisturizer (worth 6$), but no shoes. I have sent a few requests on there website and absolutely NO ANSWER!!!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

i've placed online order on 17/Nov , since i have an acct with ecco, when i logged in didn't realize there were 2 more shoes that i saved long time ago was sitting in the basket, so i end up ordering 3 same shoes instead of one. right away i called the customer service, no one answer, left message no one call me back till today Monday! i also left message on their chat friday, talked to one of customer service and she assure me that my order has been cancelled that i will be receiving confirmation via email. again no news! never got the email, till yesterday Sunday after 2 days later, an email apologizing that they couldnt cancel the order . seriously, your online customer service is worse! no one to answer or not a call back. if you ever have issue, forget calling the customer service line! no one will be there to assist you!

If I could give this review a zero, I would. I bought women’s trail running shoes wore them twice on grass. They came unglued at the Toes. Then when I took him to the store, the manager was a pain in the butt tried to force me to use their online warranty department to only get a credit back for the shoes that cost $150, she tried to bully me but I fought back and got my credit for the shoes. Garbage never buy another pair of the shoes ever

I purchased a Ecco men shoes a few years ago. I wear it on special occasions. I started to see some black pieces of plastic in the closet. After much investigation I found that it came from the shoes that was falling apart . It would be an embarrassment if this happened while away from home. New buy from this company again

Like many on here. My shoe soles became sticky and fell apart! I swore them twice. They look brand new minis the missing soles . Do NOT waste your money buy another brand. I tried to contact customer Support, they do not even bother getting back to me!

I have used my shoes for walking only. Only used 6 times.fabric is tearing or should I say splitting at top of shoe I spent a lot of money on these shoes. Very disappointed I'm 63 yrs old.

I am extremely unhappy with the Ecco shoes company. I purchased a pair of Men's dress shoes and stored them in the original box in ideal conditions for years. I expect a new shoe to be perfect performing for walking and to last and last. I took the new pair out recently for the first time and just worn them about 1000 feet at a after funeral setting and the bottom rubber heal of the shoes started disengrading in to black gooey pieces. These pieces fell everywhere and continued to do so. My balance standing was all of a sudden in chaos. This was extremely embarrassing and it was very dangerous. Ecco has had many complaints from customers for years on this issue. All they did was issue me a $100 voucher to their very expensive website. Most of their dress shoes are well over $160 and most are $200 and more. I can find some of these shoes cheaper at other stores and websites so this voucher is practically useless. If you don't spend a certain amount then you need to pay for shipping as well. How can I trust buying another Ecco shoe after this? I will never buy another pair of Ecco shoes again as they really need to do much more to satisfy their customers!!!

I bought the new ecco biom gortex golf shoes from a trusted ecco 3rd party seller and they leaked on the first day. I have bought ecco for over 7 years for golf but they chose to disregard my complaint so i shall not be supporting them again. Ecco state this shoe has a 2 year warranty but do not stand by this.

I have been buying Ecco Mens Executive slip on for over 15 years. These shoes were expensive at $250 but they were well made in Eastern Europe up until 5 or 6 years ago when they switched manufacturing to China and dropped the price to $160. The shoes from China are incredible cheap, something you would expect from Walmart. It unfortunate but I have bought my last pair of Ecco shoes since they no longer are a quality shoe manufacturer. The Executive Slip On was a great quality shoe with great style. I would be happy to pay $250 again for the same quality as a decade ago. ECCO is no longer a premium shoe brand.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Their online business is a joke. They take your money and wait weeks before acknowledging your order. Because it was taking so long, I purchased shoes elsewhere.When I reached out to cancel the order, I was informed that I could not. I had to wait for them to arrive and then pay to send them back. You can’t reach anyone on the phone, as they refer all customers to their chat bot. I have been waiting for a month for my refund to show up. I cannot recommend this company.

Terrible quality, shoe falls apart with minimal usage. Reach out to their customer service, and they are only willing to offer a 100 voucher, but their shoes are 150+. I will never buy another pair of ecco due to poor product quality and misleading warranty.
