What's really going on? I placed an order on 11/28 and have yet to receive it. It's been saying that my package is delayed in Woodrige Il since 12/8. The courier hasn't received it yet and I'm currently waiting on a response back from FN regarding this UNFORTUNATE situation. I hope FN rectifies this situation for myself and others who are having the same issue. This is not good on so many levels. I'm a loyal customer and it bothers me to think that this can just go on with no solution and or accommodation for the customers affected.

I ordered Nov 26th and my package has been in No Elizabeth for weeks. This store is a scam!!! They text you everyday on sales but can’t even handle all the missing packages everyone has been waiting on. It is now Dec 14 and still no packages.

On 11/26/20 a $171.61 order was placed on the Fashion Nova website with my debit card. I received tracking information stating that the package would be received on 12/8/20. As of today, 12/14/20, I have still not received my items that were purchased on 11/26/20, over two weeks ago. According to the Federal Trade Commission, Fashion Nova recently lost a legal battle in which the judge ordered the company the following: "The settlement prohibits Fashion Nova from any further violations of the Mail Order Rule, and requires the company to ship ordered merchandise within one day of receipt of an order when the company doesn't specify a shipping date." Based on the preceding information, Fashion Nova is again in violation of the judge ordered settlement. I have not been contacted regarding my "missing"/"lost" packages, I have not been refunded, and I have not been assisted in any way regarding the $171.61 order that was placed, paid for, and never received. The automated responses always given in lieu of actual customer service on Fashion Nova directed me to contact the shipping company, Lasership. I contacted Lasership on two separate occasions a week apart, they claim to have never received the package. The fact that I am chasing down my package and playing detective but receiving no support or consideration from Fashion Nova customer service is outrageous. At this point, I'd like an apology and the replacement of my purchases. I shop with this company every month, its a shame that they'd treat a long-term, loyal customer this way. I will not simply walk away and let $171.61 of my hard-earned money be stolen from me simply because Fashion Nova doesn't care about its customers. Another note from the judgment made against Fashion Nova was as follows: "First, the company made clear promises to consumers for years that they offer fast shipping of their products. This includes using phrases like "Fast Shipping," "2-Day Shipping," and "Expect Your Items Quick!" In fact, the company regularly failed to meet its shipping promises to consumers, and failed to meet the Mail Order Rule's requirement that consumers be notified of shipping delays and given the chance to cancel orders and receive prompt refunds." The complaint also alleges that Fashion Nova at times failed to refund consumers for the items that it did not ship. Instead, it was the company's policy to issue gift cards, which are not considered refunds under the Mail Order Rule. The company also failed to cancel orders and provide refunds when it did not offer consumers delay option notices." I placed a order on 11/26, it had been stuck in Woodridge, IL since 12/02. I have emailed Fashion Nova several times and was told to contact the carrier UDS, I contact the carrier and was told that they are still waiting on the package from Fashion Nova. I then see an update that tells me to contact OneliveX. I contact OneliveX and a rep asked for a tracking number and have not heard anything since. Me having to contact all these people to track my package down is insane. I just want my money back at this point.

Ordered clothing nov.29th is it now dec.13. Fashion nova usually ships at a decent time, but idk what is going on maybe it too hard for them to handle all the order however it’s no excuse when u have celebrities having their own line, your service should be at the top of the line. I emailed them twice no one reached out. There phone is off most likely due to the high complaints. At this point I just want my money back and I will take my money elsewhere. Fashion nova is becoming too big for the service they give

I ordered on Black Friday and the expected delivery date was December 5th. Weeks go by and I still havent heard anything. They dont answer the phone or emails. My sister ordered on Cyber Monday and has just received her order today. It makes no sense because they just told her that it was being shipped out today and it ended up being delivered today, yet my package has a tracking number that is not traceable and doesnt belong to any carrier. No shipping carrier has information on the package and apparently its been delayed for over a week now. Such bs and it sucks feeling hopeless because no one answers the phones or emails. Honestly never ordering from here again. Worst customer service ive ever experienced.

I seriously wish there can be a way we can all sue the company of lies. I feel like it’s a matter of time until people realise what a scam they are. I haven’t spoken to one same customer service rep since I began shopping with them years ago. I wish I had completely stopped dealing with them because I was really doing well and it had been a year since but that’s exactly what happened, I simply forgot. It’s been 11 days, no replies to my email or tracking number and now the items on my order are beginning to go out of stock. Shameless, useless beings fr. Can’t even do the one job they have after they take your money smh. A bunch of air headed thieves

I ordered my package since nov27, I made every attempt possible first they sent me a order number saying 1-2 days for tracking info it’s been 2 weeks with no tracking details they sent me a usps olx tracking number when I checked it usps said they didn’t even receive a package . How can u take someone’s money during a pandemic hard times and then don’t issue refunds and don’t have a customer service representative. I rather sew my blanket together before wasting my money again. Beyond unprofessional. With no effort to reach out publicly and address the situation

I ordered stuff for my birthday vacation two weeks ago. Paid for overnight shipping. I keep checking and the stuff haven’t even left the wholesale. I’m going on my vacation without my clothes and I wish I hadn’t trusted this site. To make it worse, their customer service sucks. Phones disconnected. I can’t even cancel the orders. Wtffff. Never been so posed off in my life

I ordered a item on 11-30-20 item number 04550557. I chose express 4 day shipping option to get item on time for birthday gift. It is now 12-11-20, not only has item still not came, I made a complaint to company on the site, because FASHIONNOVA DOES NOT have a available number to call, and they sent me a email saying someone would respond in 24 hours. Today 12-11-20 I received another email asking me how the customer service experience was on handling issue. Being that I never received a call and still don’t have product nor any updated shipping info, I would say it was horrible.

Is there a 0 star? My son, who is a minor was on their site toying around with an order. Somehow without placing the order and got a confirmation, the card is charged and a payment processed. I contacted CS and got a hold of one within 30 minuts minutes andnd I was basically told I have to pay and return the item once received since they can't cancel an order that's placed even though it was just less than 30 minutes ago at 10pm.

I placed an order with fashionnova on nov 26,2020.the package had an expected delivery date of dec 3 and it’s 10 dec today.It’s at the same place woodridge ,IL since dec 2.What’s the use of the package once I m out for my vacation .order no. 63499847 At least I should know bout the approx date it’s gonna get delivered!no one’s responding to the multiple mails I send to fashionnova
