Their overnight shipping sucks, multiple times i have paid for overnight shipping and did not receive it. I work for a nightclub so we use fashion nova frequently for uniforms. all of us ordered an outfit and paid overnight shipping for work the next day, everyone received their outfits but me, mine wasnt shipped that day but i ordered before the other girls but they all got theirs and one of them was my sister who had hers shipped to the same address but she got hers but i didnt so we had to go run around the mall to find something else to wear and now have an outfit that was theme specific for that night that we cant wear. I contacted them about a refund atleast for shipping since that is what i paid for and the refused now this weekend i was surprised with a birthday trip so i ordered outfits and bathing suits at 8 am est meaning 5 am their time, paid overnight shipping and it still was not shipped that day, i emailed them later that day asking for the status as i have not received an tracking # yet, instead of actually checking my order and letting me know that i wont received it on time so i can make other arraignments they responded with a generic email saying its still processing then the next morning i got an email saying its delayed, now again im in a f***ed up situation, dont have outfits that i need and have to find alternatives, for my 30th birthday trip. its understandable mistakes but when you make a mistake and just say sorry and dont offer to fix it then do it again is ridiculous and based off other peoples reviews i see im not the only one. SO YOU ARE BASICALLY FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHARGING FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER ON . i alone spent thousands here, not including my coworkers that order here but after this I AM DONE and we'll order or uniforms elsewhere

I must say that I am NOT a new client of Fashion Nova. I usually buy every 2 to 3 months and for more than 1 year. In my last request of October 11 in the morning and I am clear that the order leaves from 1 to 2 business days and do not count the weekends. However, on day 5, they have not sent a trace and also requested. I am writing to the Customer Service and they are not honest and they are not complying with their notice which they sent to my mail where they say that the order would come out in the next 2 days and that I would receive it on Thursday 17 and today I HAVE NOT BEEN SENT TRACKING NUMBER . Unfortunately, a client UNSATISFIED EVEN IF I KNOW THE COMPANY DOESN'T CARE FOR A LESS CLIENT.FROM MY PART, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Fashion Nova is one of the store that young people, predominantly college student teens and mostly young adults shop daily but fashion Nova make so difficult for these Young generation to even return or exchange an item of clothing, it's almost a bully sort of tactic you have to pay to return them after you pay to return you are only given store credit and there's a possibility that you can't use that store credit on line, then after you pay to return, it takes weeks month to even get an update from them and no telephone number to contact customer service to find out about your order, you have to leave an email then check your email daily to see if they even respond, it is crazy and definitely not fair to the college student who have to squeeze every penny so why bother in this age of Amazon and other online store? Don't let popularity decieve the masses fashion Nova is not a reasonable store in this age of internet, they need to be more flexible and reliable to these Young adults who are their strongest supporters so why run that very scary risks with your hard earned money? Do better for conscience sake fashion Nova at least make it easier to return or exchange and for crying out loud employ get customer agent and provide a telephone number.

I love fashionnova! I was originally skeptical because of the reviews but I’ve had 0 issues! Everything always looks like what I’m buying and it arrives quickly! I live in Alaska and I order from several places but fashionnova is the quickest! I love them

My package was delivered and when I contacted Fashion Nova they could care less. If your package is ever lost you are on your own. I will never use this site again

My experience with fashion nova has been a nightmare. Their customer service is literally TRASH. I have spent thousands of dollars on them and when something goes wrong they dont have the decency to help you get it right. I will never in my life shop there again. There clothes get worse and worse for some reason they smell horrible now , and when I sent back 600$ order because nothing fit me, it took over a month to only recieve back 170$ dollars partial credit because I DONT KNOW that's what I was told. I cant believe how trash their customer service is. SHAME ON THEM.

Purchase a bunch of stuff online paid for overnight and Saturday delivery because of an event. My stuff didnt come until 6 days later. I contacted customer and spoke to multiple staff members showing them proof of shipping and proof of when I recieved it. I also contacted ups who confirmed that fashion nova did not include Saturday delievery. Over a number of emails all of this evidence was proven to fashion nova showing them there error. To top it off my order also included incorrect sizes where I had to pay to have it exchanged. All i asked was for a refund of my shipping which was 20$. They not only fought with me over and over dispite the proof I gave them they refused to pay for shipping for my exchange and refused to refund my 20$ shipping I didnt recieve. After years where I have purchased thousands of dollars of stuff from them all I wanted was to be treated fairly. I am so disappointed at how keeping that 20$ shipping was more important than keeping a customer who has wasted so much money on there company. I will NEVER shop with fashion nova again.

I’ve spent hundreds on fashion nova with multiple orders so I know the quality of their stuff well. I really tried to like them that’s why I’ve ordered many times. Most of their stuff is made cheap and recently I bought a pair of $45 boots, the heel broke off after wearing them once they were stapled to the shoe so cheaply made. I emailed them thinking they would graciously issue me a refund but I was told if you wear the shoe you cannot receive a refund. I won’t shop there again and no longer recommend them to anyone.

The clothes are beautiful and they fit well. I received many compliments on the dress I had purchased, but take note of two things: 1 - when ordering shoes, I suggest ordering a size up 2 - should you want to return items, be careful of possible extra fees I ordered shoes in my usual size which turned out to be too small. Fashion Nova stated that I could return the shoes for a store credit and then I could order a new pair, but in such case, I would be charged an additional 50% restocking fee and should the item be returned in resalable condition. In my opinion, the same applies to the seller. If a seller expects an item to be in a salable condition, then the customer should also be entitled to an item that is in usable condition. When a customer purchases a service or an item, they do so in good faith - good faith that the service or item is in a reasonable condition, which it was not: I ordered the correct size and was provided a faulty item. I should not be penalized for wanting to return a faulty item.

Tips for shopping with fashion nova THERE IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL to talk to an actual person I call them a few times a month. Im always recieving damaged items. 18008660286 There is always a 30 percent off code available for the entire site. Never pay full price. Right now its fnfit30 it changes sometimes but the site always has a 30 off code. Call CUSTOMER service if u dont know it 1. As soon as you receive your package look over the stitching along all your clothing to make sure there are no holes or damage if you do find damage report it right away you cannot get a gift card back if you don't report it before two days 2. Take pictures of the damage and send an email with the description of the damage the order number and don't forget to state that the item is new unworn and unwashed send the email and then call the customer service number to tell them you received a damaged item and you've already sent an email over with the information 3. Never let them tell you you have to send a damaged item back that is not the policy if someone says that you can argue or hang up and call back the second person you talk to usually knows the policy and we'll tell you to keep the item and that it gift card is on its way to you. 4. the only thing that they can request you send back is an item that is more than $50 in the case that you need to return something damaged they are responsible for sending you a return label this is new so make sure that you remind them to send you the return label so you don't have to pay for return shipping since it's their fault they sent a damaged item. maybe the item is too small or too big in that case you may have to pay for shipping yourself but keep in mind if the item is damaged in any way a little hole or anyting they are responsible for return shipping if the item costed over 50. 5. On materials if you order something acrylic it's always going to be oversized normally with bottoms I'm a size 9 or a large in fashion Nova but with acrylic sets or sweater sets anything with acrylic in it you definitely want to size down I'm a small and extra small in acrylic.. In rigid denim u always want to size up 2 or 1 sizes. 6. People plz remember always read the reviews under the item you want.. They will usually give hints as to quality and sizing. If there are no reviews u just have to guess or wait untill there are reviews. In jackets i always buy a large. Im 5 ft 6 150pds 36dd Hope this helps I know all this because my whole closet is fashion nova. I know they suck sometimes but i love the styles.

Rules of dealing with fashion nova. Read this if u are mad and want answers 1. There is a phone number u can call for a live person that actually does work now 2. Check the stitching along all of your products the moment you open your package. Do not wait days. U can only get a gift card for damaged items if u report it before 2 days. 3. Send an email with the damaged description, pics, and order number right away. And then call the cuatomer service number and tell them u recieved a damaged item and already sent an email with pics of damage. This will speed up the process. And dont forget to add in the email that the item is unwashed and unworn 3. Read the reviews before you buy. Everything acrylic is very oversized. Im normally a 9 or medium large in there bottoms but with acrylic im a small or xs. 4. With 2 piece sets beware. The top and bottom usually fit different. Bottoms being correct size and the top being too small 5. With rigid denim jeans always order 2 sizes up. With most skinny jeans u can order the correct size or one size down 6. Dont ever let them make u send back a damaged item thats under 50 bucks. hang up and call back to speak with someone else. Your second call will always know what the policy is and just let you keep the item and send u a gift card within 24 hours. Im 5 ft 6 weigh 150 and a 36dd. Im a size 9 to 11 in jeans and in 2 piece sets i usually get a small or medium In jackets i always size up or get a large. Rarely i will get a small or medium if reviews say its reaally stretchy. Also they have a new policy which pays for return shipping on a too small or too big item. Dont forget to make them send you a return label if u choose to return. Never pay for return shipping. I know all this because i have gone through every possible scenario with this company My whole closet is fashion nova and even though i get a lot of damaged items... I still love the styles. Also u can always sell your items on poshmark or mercari if u dont want a gift card.

Claim they dispatch international deliveries in 4-5 days it has now been 2 weeks and Yodel my courier have said they still haven’t sent it yet due to fashion nova providing the wrong postcode despite me giving the correct one which I sent proof of. Absolute disgrace. I needed the items for an event and if I knew it would take this long I would have gone with express or ordered elsewhere. Contacted their customer service by email and have been ignored. Shame on you fashion nova, will not be ordering again. Very angry and disappointed customer.

Fashion nova has a return site that i placed my email my item number paid my money 7.99 and 9.99 tried to print my return packing label and the label does not print. No there is nothing wrong with my printer because i went to work and tried to print and the label wont print FN i cant believe you guys are scamming consumers this way, this is WRONG, no in order to return i have to go to UPS and repay again, YOU GUYS ARE LOW DOWN.

This is my first time ever shopping with Fashion Nova and this have by far been the worst experience ever !!! My items “says” they were shipped but I NEVER received them. I contacted Fashion Nova via email and the representative was so rude. He had NO compassion. I told yo contact UPS and file a claim and that was it!. If you have any problems you have to communicate via email there is NO live person or number for you to speak to someone. I lost out on almost 200 dollars. I am so upset! All I want is my money back and they won’t even do that! NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!! Stay far away from this place.

I have been purchasing items from Fashion Nova since the very beginning. Never had an issue until September 2019. I ordered a dress and a few bodysuits for an event. When the clothing arrived they smelled like paint thinner, fish, and vinegar. I sent an email to customer service and they asked me to send a picture of the items. I was thinking it's weird since you can't smell them through a picture. They then sent me an E-gift card to replace the items. Well I received my replacement September 30, 2019 and it's the same smell but even stronger. I can't wear these clothes smelling toxic. I reached out to customer service again and was told they can't return my money. I read the policy, however, all the clothes that are being sent smell. There should be an exception made. They have just lost a pretty loyal costumer.

Product was late despite paying for the quickest shipping option available. Requested a refund and was given a gift card. Refuse to use gift card cause none of the items even fit properly (small was way too big for tops and pants just gave mad camel toe due to the amount of extra fabric around the groin. Super unflattering) and they do not match the patterns on the online store (ie they are knock offs of lesser quality) . Frankly, a scam

After i shipped my clothes for return, i found out 2 weeks after that items that end with .00, .96, .97, and .98 is final sale (nonrefundable). I spent 75 dollars and only gotten back 40 dollars. They only do store credit back. Overnight shipping was delayed for a whole week. I paid 15 for the overnight shipping. This didn't happen once but twice. Their clothes isn't worth the hype. The jeans are ight, nothing special. I'll just stick to leggings.

Terrible, terrible terrible service and dishonest company. Used credit voucher they issued and they charged my card instead and then offered me another credit for the error. BUYER BEWARE!!!
