I bought a pair of WonderWellys and they fell apart. Did contact FitFloo and they offered me £20 credit, against the purchase of a new pair of their boots/shoes!? Went back and forth with customer services but to no avail. So disappointed and can honestly say my £5 Lidl welly’s are still going strong after years of wear!! (Pop a nice insole in and they are super comfy too!) would not recommend, just not the quality they used to be.

Brand new pear and strap tore on them. Customer service was beyond horrible! Never purchasing again.

I wore my thong fit flops to a pool party - left them on the deck in the sun and they melted! Not what I expected and just wanted to tell Fitflop what happened- I have a few pair of this brand and like them but… melting?

I bought a pair of Midnight Navy Wonderwellys one year ago. They are very comfy but the right boot developed a pinhole in a join that now leaks and lets in water. This is a manufacturing flaw. The company will not send me a replacement boot. These boots are not durable and are useless if they leak.They say there is nothing they can do. They have not told me how long they would expect their boots to last before developing holes. I would not recommend them.

I bought a pair of FitFlop slippers just after Christmas. I wore them for about three weeks and my ankles started hurting and then my knees. I have stopped wearing them and my ankles and knees have stopped hurting! Very disappointed ☹️

I would like to say that it is deeply disappointing to discover that not only do I have to pay for the returns (Yes, I was aware and agreed to that as my sizing is as expected with Fitflop so it’s usually worth the risk) but then to also find that even though I went through every step as asked, sent two separate parcels, as asked, included all the paperwork and filled out, as asked….and still have to wait for a refund well past the date it was received, and even past the date I was told it would be promised (14 business days past the time it was received…good grief why the delay?) and even at that, it’s still several days past that to get a refund, and only on my prompting….and then only partially refunded so I have to chase around, find the tracking numbers, prove that it’s been sent and received, submit it for your approval, and THEN I get a refund. I don’t know if Fitflop as a company can justify any of that, and to think that I have spent hundreds, and even more than that, and to get treated this way, is reprehensible honestly. Just my feedback, not that Fitflop cares. There seems to be no customer ’service’ at all.

Terrible return policy and extremely unclear on the website. To now have a free return policy in 2024 is not acceptable - especially for an online shoe retailer where sizing is a challenge.

I bought some ankle wellies in May. By October they had split at the seam. But Fitflop won't refund me as it's more than 28 days since I bought them!!!!!!! They gave me a voucher to the same value instead, but I don't want another pair of wellies that's going to fall apart in a few months - I care for our planet. I think this no-refund policy is dreadful and I will not buy from them again.

I called the fitflop regarding my returned. I sent it back because it was too tight and I want my refund... very frustrating and disappointing because they got my returned already on 10/16/24 but the processing of my refund it was takes forever and until now they never refunded my money for my original payment. And then I called again and it said it will be refunded by Nov 4th and I did checked PayPal account and still never refunded me. What's going on!!!! So I called again for the 3rd time and now the customer representative said he will email the office so it will be process.. This company Fitflop was not very good and not very helpful when it comes to customer service and when it comes to returning your items (product).... You will be waiting for your refunded money... so hopefully I can get my money back... because their shoes is not that cheap it still pricey and I want my money back.

I will never again buy FitFlop, ever. I have been a regular buyer of FitFlop and in the past if I needed to return, they would send me prepaid labels. And now the policy has changed and now I have to pay for the returns. I am very upset and want to make all aware to avoid this company. Prepaid returns are cost of doing business and this company has broken that trust with its loyal customers

Poor quality for expensive shoes. Had to email to say that had bought some shoes in sale in January but only worn 4 times as a summer sandal. Was told that they would not exchange, refund or pay for the fault repairing. Will never purchase from this company again.

Warning ! Don’t buy from this website, I read reviews too late.. August 13th 2024 I bought 2 pairs of sandal and I only received one, I tried many times to reach out and they never gave me an answer, I gave up. I got scammed.

Have used Fitflop for years and years and noticed the quality going downhill significantly these last couple of years. Had to email customer services with a picture of an obvious faulty ‘flip flop’ style that had broken in an unusual place after just a small amount of wear (explained that I have many of this style -and much older-with no problems) and so this is def faulty, can I have a replacement pair or similar please. Well, the response from Charles at customer services was shocking. You would not think that this company cares at all about quality or customers. After reading these reviews I can see my thoughts of quality going downhill are true and my opinion of CS has also been felt by many. Generic answers, no forwarding to the supervisor as requested and an abrupt excuse of they must have been worn a lot and so there’s nothing they can do about it. But, please fill in this survey of how I did! I couldn’t give 0 stars, so I had to give one star unfortunately! Same here it seems. I wish I had read recent reviews. I shall certainly not buy any more- luckily most footwear has the support arch now and so no need to pay over the top prices for poor quality designs with a company that doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

The material on the surface of the shoe is very poorly made as are the toe-posts -harsh , rough the material does not 'give'. Within 1 hour of wearing them they made my feet sore and bleed. I have read similar reviews that other customers have posted and I think you should withdraw this product as it gives the FitFlop Brand a bad name . I have contacted customer services and I explained that I have been purchasing FiFlops for years with no issues. I also explained that I had discarded the packaging into the recycling immediately the sandals arrived that's how confident I was . Unfortunately the refuge collectors arrived that day therefore I do not have the packaging to return the item. Nonetheless your advisor asked me to send photographs which he said he would be passing on to your Head Office. I am awaiting your response now .I would like a full refund plus a guarantee that the return expenses paid please

Bad service - Fitflops Malaysia I recently bought a pair of shoes from Fitflops Malaysia online, and I was disappointed with their refund policy. Instead of refunding my purchase to my credit card, they issued store credit without my consent. I had to insist that they follow their stated refund terms, which do not mention store credit. Additionally, I had to pay for delivery postage both ways. There is no way to contact them by phone or text, and they do not respond to messages. I am disappointed with their service and will not purchase their products online again.
