DO NOT TOUCH Fraudulent account opened and this company failed to follow the correct procedures. Meaning they allowed £23k debt to accrue and be filed against us. O2 informed them the accounts were fraud within 48 hours of ID opening the accounts. The correct procedure was not followed to cancel the payment plan ID held. This has resulted in this being recorded against my name and stopping us getting a mortgage. Can’t speak to anyone, even regarding such a important matter. Only chat which transcript email service doesn’t work. Absolute shambles

they are a bunch of crooks i have sim card deal with and a while back i left Plusenet because i was not happy with at the time been,took a sim card deal out ID MOBILE and had a slight problem been with about 4 months but then took a sim card deal out with plusnet that was 4 days ago they posted the sim card and i ask ID MOBILE for a pac code which they gave me they had taken £10 out for this month 2 days ago so im paid up till the end of the month i rang plusnet up with the pac code and said it would take 3 days to keep my number from id mobile and to put there sim card back in till it was changed over ,my grandson rang the landline to wish me fathers day and said he had tried to ring the mobile but it went into my voimail i tried to ring out on my mobile but could not ring out they had i found out stop my sim card and could not ring anymore so i had to put the plusnet sim card in they are the worst of the lot if they had left it so i could use my phone for 3 days i might one day have come back to them but i will never ever go with them and as said dont trurst them

I concur and identify with most of the comments made. When my husband was in hospital very ill he maxed out on his allowance so I contacted ID to increase his contract (so that my husband could keep in touch) but they wouldn't deal with me said he had to contact them and then several months later when he passed away they said they needed proof of death before they could cancel the contract. What a shower, I'm off as soon as my contract ends.

They messed up my bringing over my old number -its been three days after the 'promised' day. The best I've had is a phone call from abroad telling me to chat to an automated chat bot. Let's go into day 4 with no service lol. Any money back I D???

We cancelled a family members contract after they died in July 2018, we checked there was no service. We missed the fact that ID kept taking the direct debit until 2022. 5 months of communications and 2 copies of the death and all ID had done is stop the debit. So stressful, no apologies for 4 year of taking a DD for no services. Appalling service!

0 stars!!!! They cancel direct debit without telling u then months later you have a bill which is triple bloody didgets!!!!!! And on top of tht they change the price of the contract. ALSO the app is the worst app ever! I asked about a 'outstanding bill' to customer service on the app and they said to ignore it!!!!! These are not professional people and will take all your money and your credit score with it!!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customers service is rubbish , online is rubbish , advisers calls you, the reception is so bad , then she blames me , telling me my line is bad, Rubbish, all I want to do is cancel my voicemail, 2 days and still nowhere. I would of given the service no stars if I could DO NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH ID , I cant wait untill my daughters contract is finished and I have gone , to any other provider but never again ID.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star, the service is the worst for customers service. I have been trying g to contact them for months via the online , ID asking the same questions and advisors have not got a clue in how to help you on your query , then you hear nothing, then a different advisor comes on and you have to start all over again 😡

If I could give no star, I would. Customer Service is non existent. When you get through for a "chat" (and that takes a lot of gile!) they simply advise using apps or online services. I thought ID mobile was ideal for people who don't use a phone or the Internet much...mainly because they either don't want to or can't become computer literate and only use this mobile medium for communication because it is almost a requisite of living in the 21st century. I think communication is sadly lost on ID Mobile.

They will double bill you and then hide behind the fact there's no human 1 2 1 chat and all you will get is a text based chat that will get you sweet f all they will tell you it's being looked into and nothing will happen basically they are con men posing as a mobile phone company do not I repeat do not take out a contract with this company they will charge you whatever they feel like and there is nothing you can do about it and if you don't want to be scammed and pay double you'll have to cancel your direct debit and lose your credit I personally don't understand how this company is still allowed to trade in the UK it's a hair away from criminal

Money grabbers who put the bill up whilst in a contract and don’t even inform you. Shocking will be leaving them as soon as contract is finished. Avoid. I would give zero stars if I could.

they are thieves, lots of GBs with less money but actually you dont get internet working. i rarely use mobile data and whenever i try, it just didnt connect. complteley useless internet and lots of time you wont even get calls. i live in london, so you can think of what kind of service they will have in remote areas. avoid at all costs unless they change their service and start providing a better service.

Same story. Faulty phone sent out to begin new contract. Phone sent back recorded delivery, waited for replacement phone to be sent our SIM sent out but no phone. ID claiming phone sent, not their problem so now we have a bill for a phone we don’t have.

Avoid this company. There is no customer service just an automated service to make payments or a sales department to take payments. The hotspot feature doesn’t work too.

Poor poor poor no customer service... even for vulnerable customers their service is poor. Totally not worth the savings if you cant use your phone and can't resolve any issues quickly.

ID dont deserve a star, you cant speak to anyone online chat is a joke, ID dont reply to the chat , I want to discuss my bill or ID will automatically charge me for a phone which I have already paid for. Customers service is RUBBISH only interesting in taking your money. Communication company should be communicating with their customer!!
