My first time using JS. If you make a purchase over $100.00, shipping is free. If you choose to return the item, it's $13.29? The fee is over aggressive. I don't mind paying a fee to return the item if the fee was more reasonable. Overall, I would not use this company again.

I have ordered a lot from Jomashop and twice I have had damaged items. The first time they asked for the item back, I sent it back and they took almost a month to investigate it. I had to call to get an update. The second time I reached out about an item that took over a month to arrive and arrived damaged, I immediately reached out they asked for pictures and never replied to my pictures or follow up emails. They used different sellers so be careful on what you order here. I am still waiting for a reply on my last email and it has not been over 1 month since reaching out. (Their hold time on the phone is also ridiculous)

Big scammer !! They purposely make a super trader and make us all invest in it, and then he goes trade on GBD to raise during the last minute of 2024 Britain election day! Isn't very obvious?!!! Even a not professional trader won't make such a mistake! And lost 90% of all our investment..... All thanks to Mr" BENITO GABRIEL "". Buyer Beware! Recently purchased a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses and had an issue 5 weeks in. Called Jomashop and was told there was β€œno warranty” for sunglasses (and no manufacturer’s warranty) and that I should have bought the β€œextended warranty”. While the CSR said the no warranty was clearly stated on the website I couldn’t find it. Why you get a decent price from Jomashop just hope that nothing goes wrong with the product otherwise you’re out of luck (unless you buy their extra expensive extended warranty).

I ordered two watches for mother’s day (shipping and protection included). Only one watch came in nd never advised of the other watch until i follow and was told a week after mother’s day that they are still waiting for vendor to ship and may take weeks. I was charged shipping protection on this and they refused to reimburse it when i canceled it which is due to so much delay on their end. Not a good experience with customer service. When there’s an issue, it is not resolved well. After this, i cancelled next order as I dont trust the site anymore.

Item RB4165 601/71 54 I have a pair of made in Italy Justin Ray Bans Iove. I ordered another pair online and immediately noticed they felt inferior to my first pair and saw they were made in China. Thinking that was the difference I found these and looked at the photos to see the country of origin, and saw "Made in Italy" so was hoping they were a little better quality than the second pair I purchased. Unfortunately when I got them I saw they were labeled "made in China". Still decent glasses, not as good as the Made in Italy versions, but disappointed the image was incorrect.

I have bought 12 watches from Jomashop. The products and prices are good and if you don't ever need customer service you'll be fine but should you need service you will be disappointed. They just don't care.

Made purchase of 4 items (ordered 4 watches) Received only 3, although in the order tracking system, it was noted that all 4 items were delivered. Contacted Jomashop consultants was told the following: Thank you for contacting Jomashop. I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your package for item CRACR2003. For us to further investigate the matter. We would like you to please provide us with an official letter from the shipping company ( Fright Forwarding) to my direct email https://jomashop.privatesharing.io/ informing us that they have not received the package. Ordered two items and received one of them within 4 days , however the second after 5 days still had not shipped so I contacted company. I was told that it could take up to 9 days so I waited. On the tenth day ( business day) it still had not shipped so contacted them again then they stated it usually takes up to 11 days?.. Long story short I never received my second item.. on the 14th day I received an email asking for me to give them my credit card info again because the hold authorization had run out.. NOPE!!! This item was the one I really wanted so very unhappy with this company..

Got the watch I ordered in a timely manner. The band was too small and would not fit my wife’s 7 inch wrist. I called customer service and was advised there was nothing Jomashop could do. Your recommendation was to send it back at my expense. I bought a watch that could not be worn. And you had no recommendations!

Not sure about whether this is a legit fragrance or not. Odor does not stay in the skin like other fragrances I have bought from a store (first time I try buying this at Joma). Definitely won’t give it another try through here.

Jomasho sells genuine items, but they are dishonest at the time of returning, they abuse by withholding part of the Taxes, which is illegal. I returned a pair of sunglasses and decided to pay the return shipping on my own and they additionally discounted me $18.00 for the return label. I returned two rings because one it was too small and the other too big in a very small box. They refunded each ring separately and they discounted shipping for each ring separately more than $20.00. This is dishonest, get demoralized, who can trust a business like this? In less than a month I have ordered merchandise for over $1,000.00 and clearly this place does not appreciate a good customer.

My most recent experience was disappointing. I received a faulty product and jomashop did not take responsibility. I experienced the malfunction several times yet they said nothing was wrong with it. I had to call customer service several times because my initial email went unanswered. I was told I'd get a call from a manager & that didnt happen. They ended up refunding me but I still had to pay expensive shipping to return the product and they also kept the original shipping cost even though I received a defective watch. I will not be using joma again.

Most of my orders come very slow. Usually 3 weeks or more. I rate two stars because "communication, shipping speed" is really bad. If your order shipped, that's great, it will come for sure, just slow. But if you placed order(s), wait few weeks and still don't see your item is marked at shipped, you better cancel the order by calling them (they don't have cancel option on website up to today) and buy the item from other vendors. The weird thing I have been experiencing a few time is they clearly say: "Item in stock" but they'd never shipped. If you don't cancel the order and wait for 4 or more weeks, they will cancel your order without any explanation in the cancel email(s) they sent you while the website still showing the item is "Item in stock". See how weird it is here ??? I know they can do it better because they are not a small business store but just not now T___T.

The website did not show currency. Only realised its in usd after I paid, which is way more than I expected. The dress arrived in a strange smell. I have to wash it straightaway to get the smell off.

Online order keep asking to enter my last name when no place shown can enter that info. Emailed and called today, phone calls keep dropping. Last time got talk to a person acted like robot who repeating without an order number she cannot help. What a juke!
