I'm so annoyed. When I try to write a review, this page disappears after having written a paragraph. Its has done so several times, so that I've had to write it again & again. What's wrong with this system??????

My husband bought me a top for Christmas, I was taken to hospital during Christmas and he was Ill too. When I tried the top on, still in hospital, there was a very small hole in in it. My husband tried to sort a return but, it wouldn’t work on line and kept saying the return had been dealt with! We still had the top. I rang a store, they were no help at all. I waited for 30 mins to chat online, and was told time was out. So then she asked for photos, so my husband had to look for the flaw. By the time he’d taken the photo, my chat had ended. So I’m stuck with a faulty top I can’t wear in case the hole gets bigger! I’ve always bought from new look and for other members of my familybut, not any more!,,

I got scammed by new look store. I received refund of only 2 time for 2 dress which is 23 £ and didn’t got refund for blazer of 48£

I brought a jacket from your store in chelmsford essex. When I was about to wear it a couple of weeks later, found out the metal security tag was left on! Unfortunately I work long hours, not local to the store so it took me a while to take back to store When I got to the counter as I didn't receive an email receipt like I normally do I didn't realise that a mistake that the cashier on the previous purchase was going to cause me such humiliation in store! When I got to the counter the cashier said she couldn't find my purchase on the computer, I wasn't going to be getting the item back! So basically she was saying I stole it UNLESS, I could prove it was brought! I don't do online banking, I had to call up my husband who was on his way to an appointment to come into store to prove it was purchased! If I'd stolen it don't think I'd be highlighting this by returning it to store would I? It WASN'T my fault the tag was left on. She didn't apologise for accusing me of theft nor did she apologise for the scene she was causing in store! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED in all my life by this cashier!

Tried to order on line, said my email address wasn't my email address 🙃 Tried to join as new customer, sent me to home page. Tried several times, same response. Tried online chat didn't understand 'I need to checkout and pay' Tried once again, only option put in complaint How does this company make money

New look customer service has seriously gone down hill! A paperless receipt is useless to anyone who does not use the Internet & there are plenty of people who don't or can't!. Also, the no returns or exchange policy for goods bought without a receipt is unfair. I won't be rushing back to shop there!

not happy at all when i ordered my jewellery it was all broke every single part off it i was not happy at all and when i wanted to get a refund hey said no 1 start very angry and upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Just purchased some jewellery and a bag but when I opened it the jewellery was broken and there was no bag but newlook have still charged me for the missing bag very disappointing will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

Myself and my wife arrived after 5pm last Sunday and they was approaching us straight away asking us to leave as they was closing when they should of been open to 5.30pm, guess they hate their jobs that much that they cannot wait to go home so rush customers out 15 minutes before closing. I'd sent feedback to the directors office as it's the busiest time of the year so why close early and the manager in the arndale branch just lied about them politely reminding people it closed at 5.30 when in reality the shutters were half way down on the front and they was kicking people out at 5.15 saying they was closing so shame the directors office couldn't of just viewed the CCTV to see they are employing dishonest managers who treat customers poorly Offered a £25 voucher from them but told them to just put it towards staff training as they do not value customers as see them as a inconvenience if they arrive after 5 then hassle them back out of the shop

New Look should be ashamed of themselves! Emailed saying was out of stock, but still in stock online and available to order…but back to full price as the sale had ended!! Rest of order a week late!! Unable to get responses on WhatsApp as robots, live chat I tried twice and both times kicked me out after waiting 45 minutes both times, no telephone number and 5-10 working day reply time for emails - disgusting service. Be careful!!

I bought an umbrella and it broke within 3 days and the refused to collect it even though I had the receipt to return it. What a bad shop to buy something from, bad qualities

I purchased a blouse in April that I had to return. The color was nice but the quality was not worth the price. Unfortunately I returned the item which cost me an additional $17. and change to send back to China. I sent the item back in May with confirmation that it was returned. I emailed the seller and they did respond stating they had not received the items and they would be researching it for me. Well, two months later I keep getting the same response and as of today July 27, 2022 I have not received a refund!!! This has been the worst customer service return/refund process I have ever experienced and I will NEVER order nor purchase anything from this company or seller again!

Ordered an item to be collected at crystal peaks store Sheffield. Had to pick a date and time to pick it up, ridiculous. Went to pick it up and was told because I couldn't find my order number on my phone the assistant told me I couldn't get it has she needed the order. Went back 2 days later with order number where the assistant just asked me my name and didn't need order number. Why couldn't the first assistant do that. Ordered a medium but would fit an xxl size lady so disappointed with the service.

Breach of return policy and terrible customer service I tried to return 2 new items, at the Portishead Branch Wednesday 18 May 2022 in the afternoon, that had not been worn and complied with the return policy, and was told that I couldn't get a refund, which is a clear breach of consumer regulations. The manager there wasn't helpful at all and very dismissive. Will not shop there or Newlook again and will advise friends and family to stay away from this shop and Newlook in general for their shady selling tactics and unclear return policies which they seem to arbitrarily change when they want. Terrible service.

I purchased an item yesterday. Due to the fitting room being unavailable at the time, I wasn't able to try the item on. On returning home, I found the item did not fit. I have just tried to exchange it in store today. Apparently, the policy has now changed. I could not receive a refund, or credit. I tried to find something else in store without success. My options are now to buy something for the sake of buying it, or hold onto the item for 28 days in the hope I'll see something else to purchase. Shocking policy!

I ordered some items from new look on November 2021 and they didn’t arrive. I waited for a month a half an decided to cancel my order as they were Christmas gifts that clearly wouldn’t arrive on time or at all. They proceeded to do the refund and all good. I decided to give it another go and do an order for march 2022 but it’s been a month and nothing has arrived either. I proceeded to contact new look through WhatsApp and I got the refund but a horrible response saying they aren’t able to provide a tracking number and that next time it’s at “my own risk” to order for things… Quite frankly I’ve never had issues with my order as they’ve always come through and I genuinely love their clothes. Now, I’m giving a response that if my package doesn’t arrive is my problem alluding I’m just asking for refunds for fun. Honestly, very disappointed for their customer service and overall delivery. I’m never ordering from here again and would t recommend it to anyone either since they just won’t take responsibility for their lack of tracking system. Such a shame.

I spent ages chasing my tail for a discount code which i never thought excited.. Them system refused to let me purchase a.sale item when the last one was in my basket so i lost it, the shop itself is 👌.. their internet stores/shopping experience has some what to be desired. Thanks🤣
