“Placed an order in October for a specific event. National Pen couldn't not coordinate with their delivery vendor of choice-UPS to get my items on time. Subsequently event took place without needed items ordered from National Pen. Today....2 months after order date National Pen reaches out offering to send now unnecessary order with a 15% discount. This is unbelievable. I was told by the representative that I wasn't in a good head space to consider their offer.”

“This company is a SCAM! Do not lose your money with these people. They take your deposit and you will NEVER hear from them again!!! I should have looked at the reviews before I had to call the bank and charge them with FRAUD! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!”

“This company is absurd. I placed an order for over $2,100 in pens. The pens were not packed properly and when the pens were delivered, one box was broken and 216 pens were missing. I contacted Pens.com and was told to take photos of the packaging and tracking info so that they could file a claim with UPS. I did that. Then I waited to get my replacement pens. After calling four times to get them, someone placed an order for the 216 missing pens. After getting the 216 replacement pens, Pens.com started charging for me for the pens. They called me six time to ask me to pay for the pens. I explained over and over again to six different people that these pens were a replacement for the missing pens. Everyone agreed to cancell the bill for the missing pens. This week I got an email stating that they were turning this over to a collection agency for payment. I would never suggest to anyone to make any purchase from Naional Pen. They are totally screwed up and no one knows what they are doing. I am not paying again for the pens I should have gotten in the first place. These pens were paid for when I placed the order. Don't buy from these people or you will regret it! The reviews on thier site or phony.”

“They must be the SLOWEST COMPANY to ever do business. We ordered and have been waiting for weeks. But of course they charged us the moment the order was placed! Still waiting for our pens! BEWARE!”

“This company is a total fraud. They charge you EVERY TIME for set up and processing fees, delivery costs are ridiculous. They take advantage of the weak and feeble minded who seem to think they get a good deal. The pens run out of ink in days. Half the time the mechanism to open and close does not work. The bottle openers came apart on first use. And customer service when there is an issue is a joke. They delay and delay and then tell you its past the warranty time. And when you refuse to pay they HARRASS you non stop. Don't be fooled and stay far far away from these crooks.”

“Have been a long time loyal customer for 5+ years. We were sent our usual annual shipment of custom pens and this batch was a complete mess. They were all falling apart when we opened the box, and would fall to pieces if you grabbed a handful of them. To add to it, they were all in the wrong ink color that we have never ordered before. We had never had a problem before this and quickly learned how cold and unhelpful their customer service is. First of all no one called us back for weeks. When we finally got in touch with them, it was because they were calling to collect an invoice payment. They ultimately refused to help or address the issue because "it had been past our warranty". This is unacceptable as we cannot use the pens since they are very poorly made and we will be going elsewhere for services.”

“The additional fees add up quickly, setup fees and delivery/handling fee. Ends up as fewer calendars are more expensive than the large calendars in a larger quantity that I normally purchase. So, no savings here. We'll see how it goes. this time.”

“First time using this company and I regret every penny I spent with them. The order wasn't processed because of an issue with the image I sent, but the company never contacted me to let me know it was put on hold. No response to multiple emails. Every customer service rep I've talked to on the phone assures me the order is going through and being processed but it seems I won't be getting the order past 8 wks from when I placed it. Promises of the order being expeditated aren't fulfilled, so I'm sunk giving the gifts I had made for clients for the holidays won't be coming until January. Incredibly disappointed with how this company operates and DO NOT recommend.”

“Do not use this company. Believe all the bad reviews. Save yourself disappointment and frustration and just don't do business with National Pen. I placed two orders, one for 60 ink pens and the other for 100 - 2023 calendars for my customers. The pens were to have my company information engraved on them and the calendars were to have my company information printed on them. The customer representative who took my orders spent a significant amount of time with me going over the spelling of my company and the phone number. So imagine my surprise when I finally received my orders, the phone number on the pens and calendars was wrong. Now I have to scramble to find another company to order items from so that I can have gifts for my customers. I have requested full refunds, which they say will take three business days”

“Scam Scam Scam. This company are disgraceful. Each time I write an honest review somebody replies publicly making false promises! We ordered pencils and the logo is small, in the wrong place and very faint. We can’t use them. Last public comment was we had received a generous offer. A little while later an email arrived stating an offer of 10% . I asked for clarification, was this a refund or discount on future orders. Again no response. I assume another false public response (That is three now). I would love a genuine offer to rectify the situation. A full refund or redo the pencils to a high standard.”

“This company is horrible. They took an order from me, asked me for artwork, which I approved and then canceled my order claiming "Not enough stock". I asked SEVEN TIMES for someone in a managerial supervisory position to call me and sent emails. On 3 different occasions I called and requested a supervisor to call me back. Each time I was told "Someone will call you back within 24 hours". Still waiting. No one bothered to contact me back. Over a month and they still have $360 dollars of my money with no refund and no callback.”

“I placed an order, paid for it, waited 3-4 weeks and called to find out the status only to be told they don’t show my order even after providing and emailing them my receipt. RE ordered, waited 2 weeks as I was told there would be a rush on the order and they would be overnighted once they were done. Again, can’t find my order.”

“This company has probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had gone weeks without any follow up and had to send my own follow up emails just to get a follow up from them. I requested a refund and they told me it would be 3-5 days, but after day 11, still have not received a refund. Do not use this company if you value your sanity.”

“Terrible customer service. Abrupt and zero courtesy following my customer complaints. Borderline mis-selling as the descriptions do not match the poor quality and cheaply made goods. Do not believe the "gloss" of the website. Very poor.”

“Disgraceful company Order placed for key fobs in April 2022 not received or refunded in September 2022. Despite them claiming we will receive the goods or be refunded numerous times. my advice use anyone but National Pen”

“The worst customer service experience ever! The pen orders were missing phone number digits then one order had not even 75 pens out of a large order ! Box was just about empty yet they want to still say it wasn't their fault?? We are getting sample pens, calendars etcetera with the RIGHT number so how is it our fault? Also sending a box with few pens when it should have been hundreds still wanting full price . Finally they offered 20% off ! No absolutely not”
