“I ordered a little mix LM5 pouch and the image on the product looked blurry, regardless of it being blurry I’ll keep it but in future I will not be ordering anything that has pictures on bags, pouches etc .”

“I order a birthday present for my son. I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING to arrive before his birthday. I was to receive the product on the 13th of May per order. I would not have ordered the product from Redbubble if I knew they couldn't deliver the product on time. I contacted customer service and they blamed the 3rd party company. Didn't offer any more information, didn't offer refund of shipping. When I track my order, it still says in Process. I would not recommend using their site to order products. The reason some of the questions are not answered below is because I have NOT received the product.”

“Their communication around shipping is completely felonious. I received a shipping announcement but the tracking number is bogus. Any attempt to contact customer service is an endless loop of automated BS giving me the same wrong information in the shipping email. I will never buy from them again.”
“Update: Previously I had wrote a review because my order was extremely late. Redbubble contacted me today Letting me know that they gave me a FULL refund , and still shipped out the two shirts that I had ordered!. I am extremely pleased with the outcome.. I have been a long-time customer of theirs and I definitely will continue to order from them. I had never had issues before which is why I was kind of shocked, but they made everything right. Thank you Redbubble! :-)”

“I was a customer with Redbubble for a few years and ordered several several items from them, I placed a order three weeks ago, and still have not received it , The items have not even been shipped off , and when I asked for a full refund all I got was a email telling me that it would be another month! before I received my items!. You would think after I have ordered at least 20 shirts from them that I would get better treatment!. I will never order from Redbubble again!”

Not only do they have a huge range of products/designs that would fit everyone's tastes but they provide fast, reliable and great quality products. The prices are also quite affordable. I received my items in under a week and they look exactly as shown on the website. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend to anyone :)”
“I ordered 13 stickers from redbubble and only one came in the estimated delivery. I gave it a few more days, and emailed customer service notifying them that my order has still not come. Keep in mind that I ordered these stickers on march 27th. They still had not come so they sent me a replacement order that was supposed to arrive april 20-23. I sent another email and they told me it would be delayed to the 30th. So the mail came and nothing again. I emailed them today (the 30th) yet again, telling them my order is still not here! I am so frustrated. I give them a two star and not one because the one sticker that I did get was pretty good quality. Just be careful when ordering from them. I am not sure when I will even get my full order but I am sure it wont be soon.”

“I requested a change to my order immediately after placing it. The system said no problem, order is not finalized and prompted me to fill out a form. Then they emailed me saying oh we can’t change a finalized order but don’t worry here’s a voucher! I don’t want your voucher, give me my money back! Shady to the max.”
“After ordering in March you shipped me 4 wrong shirts, 3 of them blurry and damaged as well, none of which that I ordered.. after 3 days of trying to explain to your staff my order was completely wrong you finally resubmitted the order.. however you put ZERO rush on it nothing to fix the massive mistake. Now you tell me it’s going to be another 2 weeks. I spent almost $150... I get there are difficulties to operate in this pandemic but I have a business as well and when one of our staff makes a mistake we do everything in our power to make it right and rush an order in that event. You did NOTHING to put a priority on my replacement order after you messed up the first time and nothing when I messaged back over a week later still waiting! Shame on you I will never be ordering from your company again and I will be sharing this terrible experience. What an absolute shame.”
