Avoid, avoid I cannot believe you can't speak to anyone, and was always 46th in the que everyday for 4 days, furniture didnt turn up after waiting allday also still no contact, no phone call, no email respond. Disgusting service never again

Dear Potential Customers One star is far to much for this disgraceful company that threat customers with the utmost contempt. They will promise you everything yet deliver nothing. Please do yourself a favour and keep clear. There are may other reliable sofa companies so don't waist either your time and money with this deceitful company.

Sales men sitting on sofas felt uncomfortable viewing not even acknowledged by them very nice lady however this is the Plymouth store.

Horrendous customer service phone service. On hold for hours! Having to drive to Maidstone store tomorrow to be able to amend our order. Which is over an hour away!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Excellent instore customer service, just don't expect your sofa to arrive anytime soon. Delivery was 2 weeks late, not a problem they kept us informed. Deliver was booked with an agreed time scale but was a no show. Waited 3 hours on telephone to be cut off. Now having to do a 120 mile round trip to go into store as you cant speak to anyone. Look at facebook and twitter, it seems this poor service is common some having 4 to 5 no show deliveries. NHS worker with nothing to sit on. Thank you sofology!

Still waiting for our sofa which was originally ordered in June. We were advised lead times were 12 weeks but would generally come quicker. We received a message in August to say our sofa was being delivered to the warehouse and should expect to confirm a delivery date shortly, two weeks passed and we then received a text to say the order was delayed until 25/10. We have sent numerous emails and store confirmed we should be receiving a call back regarding our complaint in due course but still no call. After spending 3 hours on hold only to be cut off as I was connected and calling store numerous times we are still non the wiser as to when our sofa will be delivered. Our sofa has now been delayed for a second time until 11/11 and haven’t even received a text or email to confirm this. Customer service have been poor and that is if you manage to get through on their ridiculously long hold time. Web chat is useless and nobody replied after 2 hours of sending message. Pointless having an email as nobody responds.

I was told delivery would be September then changed to October. Finally the sofa arrived but when put on its end to get into the lounge the ceiling was to low, delivery men had to take it back they told me customer services would call shortly to discuss options. I waited three days and still no call from customer services, I sent two e-mails and no response. So I called customer services and waited three hours on hold to speak to someone. I had two options, one being pay 20% of the sofa price to get a smaller one or 30% to cancel the order. I have had to pay £209 to get a smaller sofa plus wait another 20 weeks. Worst customer services and company I have ever dealt with. Make sure you read terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb.

Went into the Preston store, and had a great experience choosing our sofa, paid deposit and was told will take around 12 weeks. I saw the reviews here after and was extremely worried as many had a bad experience. But low and behold we got a text to confirm delivery the night before and sofas came the next day. They were delivered by a third party company and the men were great, the sofa didn’t fit through our door but they delivered through the conservatory and removed the internal sliding door to ensure it fit, even though the other delivery man told him not to and to put the delivery down as a fail due to not being able to fit through. The door came off and sofa came in, and he put the door back on. I think no one who gets a good experience writes about it, I can’t fault sofology.

Received an email from Sofology to say sofa would be delivered next day between 11am and 3pm. So waited around for delivery but none came! No update or apology whatsoever and still no sofa. What on earth is going on with this company?

I was due to take delivery of my sofas, guys came missing 2 sofas. I gave tried calling can't get through, tried live chat sitting there for well over an hour, no response. Raised formal complaint 3 weeks ago, no response Told by chat handlers who emailed me contacting depot, basically don't call us we'll call you, absolutely disgusting 😑 not got a clue about customer service, still no sofas, still don't know where they are and still no apology or contact from sofology I am still having to try and contact them, and yep can't get through. They didn't even no my sofas weren't delivered and shows on my account as delivered!!

Sofa was suppose to be delivered on the 15th of August, they’ve changed the date for September. The date arrived and they post pone for October. It’s now the end of October and I still haven’t received the sofa. It is saying on the login area that is to be delivered on the 20th, it’s now 29th and we haven’t heard anything about. 3hours on the phone queue and when you close the line cuts off. Avoid with all your strength this company, 0 star for the poor customer service. Lucas Carlos

Waited 6 months for our sofa and chair! Had 2 delivery dates not turned up! Now they have lost my chair! I still have no sofa can’t speak to anyone spent total of 17 hours on hold! They lie, they avoid you they hang up on you they are disgusting!!! Avoid avoid avoid!

Went to the Plymouth store, promised 9 week delivery, conveniently after the 14 day period where I could change the order, it then changes to 20 weeks.... Quite the change. After 2 HOURS on the queue, they tell me that 9 weeks was never the case and blamed the pandemic. They then told me that it may be longer than 20 weeks and they cannot guarantee a date for me. Says it all.

Absolutely shocking standard of leather. Have arranged for the items to be collected and will be awaiting refund with bated breath based on their appalling customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. A very distressing experience

Delivery booked for 27th October and it didn’t turn up. Spoke to someone at customer service after a 2hr 10 min wait and got cut off !! Customer service is terrible and no communication to the customer what’s so ever. I’m wanting to cancel my order now and go elsewhere.

Sofa and chair delivered leg snapped off and 3 others wobbly. Collected it a few days later. Very disappointed. Still waiting for refund!

I bought a sofa and armchair 14 weeks ago, paid a third and took out a payment plan - the delivery notification demands payment of the whole outstanding balance before I can book a delivery slot. Impossible phone queue runs to hours and then goes dead, web chats are ignored no matter how many you open, e-mails are ignored too. No way to contact them. Shockingly bad customer service - the absolute worst. They take your money and then ignore you. Avoid.

Haven't had our sofa for 6 months, been delayed countless times even when they've planned a delivery day, and pull the plug only a week before. avoid this company at all costs. by the looks of it, we won't be getting our sofa untill next year and we ordered it in June. Tried to call their customer services, tried twitter and can't speak to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Expected delivery date for my sofa was 3rd September. I didn’t receive a text until the 18th October to book my delivery. Confirmation text recieved the day before. Delivery was booked for 26th October and didn’t show up. No call no email. Phoned customer services twice and both the women I spoke to placed me on hold then put the phone down on me. Went into my local Sofology store- the sofa had been delivered to a different warehouse. They rearranged delivery for Tuesday 2nd November, another week later. Paying 3k for a sofa you’d expect the service and delivery to be seamless. It’s anything but!

Sofa was due to be delivered in May, the day before delivery we got rid off our old sofa and had a call from sofology saying the 3 seater would be delivered but the 2 seater was not in the container? 3 seater was delivered but was damaged, reported to customer services and were told to hang on to the sofa a new complete set would need to be made! 14 weeks later and delivery was set and also collection of damaged sofa, great we thought but oh no they had re-ordered the wrong colour! We called customer services and after much hagling decided on a refund but they had to collect the damaged sofa first. 7 days to get refund once sofa collected and we brought local who gave us a loan sofa until ours arrives with a lead time of 4-6 weeks. What an absolute shower, we would never recommend Sofology.
