Avoid this scam company. Paid for goods, supposedly in stock. They Emailed me 2 days later and cancelled order. No refund offered.

Do not shop with this company !!! Beware !!! Ordered a freezer, got a fridge, asked for a refund, product collected two months ago, two months on still waiting for my over one hundred pounds refund !! Dispi able company, do not respond to emails, are not admitting to have received the product from Hermes, despite being sent a copy of Hermes collection ticket !!! Do not shop with studio, This Morning needs to look at the company that sponsors it !!!!!!

I am so angry and frustrated. I have always had trouble logging into my account, password not recognised , details not matching records ect. Sometimes changing the password has worked but ive often had to go online or speak to customer services. This last experience has finished me, started with the usual palava of failing to access my account ending up with my account being suspended because I have had too many attempts to log in . I have spent all week trying to get help. Constant calls to customer services, emails, live chats and i still haven't sorted out the issue. The telephone operators are very polite but i suspect they are reading off an auto cue. No replies from emails. The final straw....... 2 messages from Studio this morning, one reminding that my payment statement is read although according to them i dont exist. The 2nd email has got to be a wind up, they asked me to complete a survey rating my recent experience with them. I was delighted to fill in the survey, if i could have put - 0 for my answers i would have and i really enjoyed filling in my views. Guess what, i had an an immediate reply saying that i had previously taken part in a survey and couldn't therefore submit another one, news to me, i am now closing my account and writing to head office to make a formal complaint,

On the 30th April i Sent two items back i have had a refund for one item the second item as gone missing and thay won't me to pay for it by the 17th may i told them i am holding all payments back till thay find this item.

Ordered an item that their website said was in stock, payment went through and I received an order acknowledgement. I received an email the next day cancelling the order saying the product was in fact out of stock. If something is out of stock say so on your website so people don't have to go the payment process!

I received an item I have not ordered. It has my name and address on package and so this is somewhat disconcerting. They could not resolve this over the phone. They have referred it to their "investigations" team but I do not feel confident. If I use their return label I have to pay postage which I refuse to do.

I placed an order for my sons birthday. The item was showing as in stock and I received an order acknowledgement saying it would be dispatched directly from supplier (although they do try to cover their backs by also stating it's an acknowledgement not a confirmation). I had no further notifications or emails. When it didn't arrive in the time stated, I checked my account to find they had removed the item from my order say it was out stock and for me to add to my next order. The funny thing is, it's showing as in stock but if I add it to my next order its double the price!!!!! False advertising at it's best.

Put an order for a pre-ordered game, 3 days after release day I get an email stating it was delayed and they don't know when it'll be delivered. I emailed to cancel and bought elsewhere. 2 days later I get an email back acknowledging my request but wanting data protection. As my name, email of my account and order number was somehow not enough (or more likely they were delaying until it was sent out). 4 days after their reply, I get another email saying it was dispatched. Disgusting service and I'll never use again.

My item arrived and it was damaged It had red stains and looked dirty they used my details to buy different stuff and this website is a big scam. I ordered some fat poo and it came damaged🤫also shush

A random item turned up today that I didn't even order completely different item code to what I ordered. Customer services is a joke could only send an email no reply. Will never order from them again!

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No one responds to emails and contacts and you can’t call them about a delayed delivery. What is the point of paying for delivery if they will only sit on their arses and not dispatch item on time. I asked to cancel and refund but they ignore me. Do not trust this company.

There is nothing good about this shop. Delivery takes weeks, everything is way to expensive for what you get and you end up paying more then it says.

just received a memory foam topper from studio after waiting a month and it came with a massive nicotine-stained colouring in the middle, looks like its been used by tramps for a year !!! absolutely disgusting if you ask me .... and another order that previously received was for a pillow that cost £18.99, the ad stated one side memory foam and the other side filled with microfibre, which was clearly misleading as when it was received it had a massive lable tag stating 100% HOLLOW FIBRE FILLED .... full of bs do not trust !!!!!, now ive got the job of returning which i might have to involve Trading Standards and health if they give me issues

It is virtually impossible to return an item. It's a con. Received item today. Paid a further £2.80 to have it returned then there is no depot to return the faulty goods. The only depots appear to be in manchester.

Whole of April I’ve been constantly lied to, I’m only trying to give them business via a catalogue sent to me😂twice I’ve had “it’s left n will b with u in 14 days” the last one was signed by Windy😂then a guy Josef said he’d send all my emails to the correct department😂😂ten days on still heard nothing, why do they all lie🤔

Wish you could give 0 stars. I order a garden corner sofa from studio on the 6th April. I receive no information about the whereabouts of the product. I understand the situation with covid 19 and that it makes things more difficult but the fact you can’t speak to anybody is terrible! I then finally received an update on the 16th of April, to say that my item had been dispatched to the courier and would be delivered with me between the 16th-21st April. I waited till the 23rd and try to contact studio, I emailed.. no response, I phoned was told they can not deal with it and I try getting hold of studio on social media. I finally received an update on Monday 27th april to say that my item had been received to the courier and Tuesday the courier delivered the item. Anyway during my 3 week wait, I ended up purchasing said product from Homebase, was able to get the item the same day! I informed studio that I no longer wanted the item over the weekend and they did nothing, so I now have the item, next adventure will be to get the damn thing collected. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, you will probably find the service quicker! Just a tip they do not tell you delivery will take any longer than normal!

Shocking customer service. Don’t expect to be helped at all if something goes wrong with your order. Would also be great if they could use some common sense and not send out severely damaged products.
