Disgusting services products don’t turn up and if they do they are damaged you speak to people on the Instragram chat that take over a week to reply and then offer you a £1.49 refund on a product that was over £20 that arrived damaged. Shocking don’t bother

One of the worst website I ever brought with. This was my very first order and will never buy anything from them. Ordered 2 items , 1 has received after 7 day but for the other one , received an email after 35 days saying it’s still on its way and sorry for the delay. Then I called the customer service department to cancel this item and he said someone will call my within next 14 days ( wooohh he was joking right). Now , After 7 days of opening the package first received (part 1 of 2 items) the item broke( yes truly it was ). Returning procedure was fine she knew what to do when I rang the customer services. Hermes collected from home but even 18 days after the collection money hasn’t been paid to my card. So what sort of company we are dealing with. Today I called again to ask what happened with my returned item and my money , the guy said someone has to call me regarding this return AGAIN WITHIN NEXT 14 DAYS ( YES YES you heard right) don’t know what to do with this and I believe those type of companies shouldn’t exist on this earth

Placed an order, received an email saying allow 28 days for delivery but never heard anything. Rang to chase but was put through to an overseas call centre where the agent only spoke broken english and kept being told 2 weeks. I emailed customer services and received a fuller response saying the items I ordered weren't in stock but there was more arriving the following week so i would receive the items in two weeks. However every two weeks kept getting emails saying my order had been delayed 2 weeks! I received 2 of these emails. Then eventually 2 months after placing my order I received an email saying they did not have my item in stock and would have to cancel my order, and, I would have to wait 14 days for my refund! I am still furious, why sell stuff that they don't even have in stock. Yet when I go to their website, the items I ordered are still available for sale and the stock leveIs show that my items have good stock availability, so what's going on here? I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else to avoid at all costs.

If zero stars was a option that’s what I would have given placed my order on 17October With studio, the parcel has been lost with Hermes and today 7th November after speaking to customer service all week (who have zero clue) I have been told this will be resolved in 8 weeks. Are they having a laugh!!! Refused a refund even although I’ve paid and they haven’t delivered. Never again avoid/avoid/avoid

People need to be warned about purchasing from this site. They take their payment when you place your order and 2 months later your order still hasn’t arrived. An offshore call centre answers their phones and they hardly speak English. It’s impossible to speak to anyone who makes any sense and impossible to cancel your order or get a refund

If I could give 0 stars I would. The overseas customer team have no idea what you’re saying and are absolutely useless! They’ve incorrectly reported to my credit file and stopping me getting a mortgage. Absolutely horrendous service and issue has been ongoing since May. If only I read the reviews first!!!!

I would like to talk about a scammer working for the company!!! There will be times where my payment would increase even though I have paid!!! I keep paying and balance never goes down!!! You guys keep adding on to my payment when I bought nothing!!!!!

Easy Wash King Size Duvet arrived today - Disgusting - arrived in an open plain see through polythene bag. Absolutely No information as regards manufacturer, tog rating, size of duvet, washing instructions etc -must be a health and safety issue. I am in the process of returning. Wasted my time and Im very cross. This supplier needs looking into they are cutting corners!!!!! Its a gift - looks like its ready for the dustbin.

Waiting over 5 weeks for numerous items for Christmas still not received, customer service the worst ever spent 20 mins just to get them to understand my postcode. Used to be a fab company, I imagine I’ll still be paying and products will arrive after Christmas. My advice is never order here..

I have to give you one star when I would much prefer this to be zero. I ordered two identical items (small tables) for living room. One item arrived damaged, rusty. I contacted customer service. The advised I would need to purchase a new item at a cost of £80 which I don’t have, and then print of a returns label (a printer that I don’t have) wait for the items to be collected 3 - 5 days and then wait a further 14 days for a refund. How is this possible for you to expect the customer to be out of pocket for this period whilst you are allowed to deliver items that are damaged with no obligation to putting the customer first. I have saved up in the first place to be able to purchase these as a first time customer to Studio.co.uk and you expect me to pay for another item to rectify the problem. I have never experienced such a biased solution leaving a customer frustrated and penalised. A shame on you. Order ref; 8718285

The worst service I have ever experienced! Ordered matching PJs for 5 people. They emailed to say 1 was out of stock so I immediately phoned to cancel the whole order (no point in matching PJs if one is missing). I am 34 days on and I have received no refund. I have spoken to 4 advisors who kept saying they would cancel order and then refund. Yesterday got an email saying they are sending 2 of the PJs. I DONT WANT THEM. I am at my wits end! I just want my money back. Eveytime I phone or email they say the same sentence again and again with no resolve.

Sent return back (at my own cost) they received it on the 22nd September 2021, delivery showed received WITH signature and WITH photo of the package in their delivery warehouse - it’s now 36 days and no refund, even after multiple Twitter communication, phone calls and emails - just being fobed off with sorry a manager will call you, promised 3x of a call back. I’m so desperate I’m doing to call my bank tomorrow and let them know about the company, as as far as I’m concerned this is fraud and they are withholding my money outside of there own policy guidelines. Twitter and Google reviews are so bad for this company just wishes I would have done some research before I spent my hard earned money on gifts here. AVOID at all costs.

Worst customer service by far I've ever come across, having so many issue with them lately and I've spent so much money with this company over the years it's such a shame, constantly sending my parcels to my mother's house even tho it's got my full name and address on the parcels, parcels going missing in transit because of it, delivery charge is a pain and so is the interest charges, once all my stuff finally arrives (if it does) I'll be paying it off and cancelling it, such a shame. If they took off the delivery charges used a different courier company and had some decent intelligent people on the end of the phone they'd so really well.

DO NOT BUY FROM STUDIO I purchased garden furniture on 6 months interest free, to be charged interest every month. I contacted customer services who have done NOTHING to resolve them stealing money from me every month in Interest when they advertise interest free for 6 months

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this Company. I placed an order twice in error because it took the confirmation email a while to come through. I immediately called customer services to cancel the 2nd order only to be told this couldn't be done for another 48 hours! When I called back to do this I was told to let the delivery go ahead then return it. Really!!! During these calls I was put on hold numerous times while they checked my query and I'm not sure they really understood what I was talking about! If you are thinking of shopping with Studio, think again. Dreadful overall service.

Ordered some goods earlier October, still waiting for them to arrive 2 weeks on. Made numerous calls to the call centre simply to be cut off, told a manger or supervisor isnt there or that they cant help. Absolutely shocking service. Now contacted trading standards to help with getting a full refund. Avoid this company at all costs

I bought a prelit xmas tree and it’s missing the adapter, studio haven’t been helpful at all they are sorry but what use is that, I paid the whole amount because I didn’t want it on my account but if I return it they will credit by clearing my balance! So I’m basically stuck with it
