Odered a dressing up rail on the 13th October for my grandauthers birthday promised it would be delivered by the 15th in time for her birthday i have been on the phone now 5 times all they can say is sorry for you delays we didn't have it in stock it well be with you in. A couple of days i still haven't received it yet 😕 now i have received a email saying i will get it on the 5th of December why didn't they say we haven't got it in stock i would of gone some wear else i am not happy 😢the little girl has had her birthday with no present of nanna and studio has a lot to answer for it please dont oder anything 😢

I paid for the personalized dolls house on 21 September and got email regarding its cancelled on 31octber and should received a refund back with in 14 days starting the face I have to ring myself to cancelled the item from Monday 15 November and still within the cancellation team I have spoke to the team about this IAM still in waiting on a refund back and cancellations team to get move on I've even spoke to a manger and now waiting on a call back today please do not order anything from here they are rubbish and some have no clue how to there job we should receive a refund on top 14 days and wasting are time they it's the first time it's happened it's ridiculous it has bin loads of time happened reading theses reviews absolutely ridiculous. I Had to pay for a return to studio as they would not help me return the item i then had to pay a Courier £2.80 to return the item! I also cancelled an item through their secure contact form three times and its still showing awaiting despatch unbelievable customer servicce! I have now reached the limit of purchases from Studio and will be paying back the money i spent on their site. NO MORE!!

Ordered a bed on 22nd August its November 18th now still not arrived, all their say its a very popular it will be in the warehouse soon give 5days after that to be delivered. Ive been told this 5 times now.

If I could give zero I would...wrong item delivered. Phoned them, they said to return with returns label, no label included. Said they would send a returns label in the post (baring in mind I spoke to two different people on two different days) and to allow 5-7 days, well its now been 12 days and neither label has turned up. Phoned again and they finally emailed one and said collection has been arranged for the next day..well it's been 6 days and still no collection. This was for a birthday present and they have totally screwed it. So peed off!! Do not order from this company.

I ordered a personalised work bench on 9th Oct aa it was shown as in stock. I waited the advised 28 days and since then its been nothing but headache. Numerous emails and being given 2 delivery dates followed by one yesterday to say theyve had to cancel the order and will issue me with a refund. The credit card I used to pay is now closed so I queried how i'd get my refund only to be told the item was never in stock and payment was never taken. LlE!! My Oct statement states otherwise. This is the first and last time I'll use this company!

I ordered perfume and received the wrong one. When I phoned I was told that I would have to return it then wait for them to refund me (up to 14 days) and then re order it!!! It took 35 minutes to explain that it wasn't my choice to return it but that they made the error but was told this was the only way of correcting their mistake! I DO NOT recommend this company.

I wish that I’d read these reviews before placing an order with them. Order placed 2nd October paid for in full. I received an email stating that my item was no longer available and would receive credit. After many emails and a telephone conversation with Geraldine (manager) I am still waiting for my refund. Never again will I order from Studio.

Absolutely horrendous. Bought a monitor and was told it would arrive within 10 working days. I thought it was long but I understood with current supply chain issues. After a week I called to see if there was any sort of indication when it may arrive or a tracking code etc. I was told the laptops would arrive by that Friday (I called on the Monday). Friday got here and still nothing so I called, they then said it had been cancelled. We had no communication to let us know this. Now I am a monitor down and unable to work from home. Truly poor service from a truly detestable brand. I would implore everything considering shopping with them to AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Wanted to buy the very hot Nintendo Switch Oled. It seems out of stock everywhere but Studio. They listed it on the site as in stock and even got picked up by Google shopping which showed that it was in stock on Studio website. To be sure I kept checking the site for a few days and it was in stock every day. Finally pulled the trigger and discovered that the site pushed very hard for their credit account which I then signed up. 2 days later I got the email saying the Switch Oled was out of stock and my order got cancelled. Another 1 day later They listed the Switch Oled as in stock again. And 1 week later I got report from Experian that my credit score went down because I opened a new credit account. So basically within 2 weeks of knowing this site Studio, I lost my hard earned credit score for absolutely nothing in return. Checked some online review and found that it's Studio's standard tactic that listing popular products which they don't have to lure customers onto their site and to sign up on their credit scheme and then cancel the order afterwards. They get a potential customer or at least his/her financial data/info/profile. Dirty business. Absolutely avoid!

Company refuse to refund a cancelled order and are now ignoring my emails. £30 still owed to me by them! This is been since the 11th of October. luckily my card has refunded me via chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS I DIDN’T AFTER WARNINGS!!

So bad fraud service company ,take 20days not got my flowers, after lose flowers and when I order flowers is £26.99, but from my account take more money £58.97,so hope everyone do not buy anythings from studio ,it deceive consumers! Thanks

Ordered a wooden tool bench for my nephew for his birthday in november, ordered in September, received my second email to say it's been delayed and won't be arriving til the date of his birthday then to allow 5 days for delivery, this is terrible service and will not recommend or will I order anything again from Studio.

Disgusting services products don’t turn up and if they do they are damaged you speak to people on the Instragram chat that take over a week to reply and then offer you a £1.49 refund on a product that was over £20 that arrived damaged. Shocking don’t bother

One of the worst website I ever brought with. This was my very first order and will never buy anything from them. Ordered 2 items , 1 has received after 7 day but for the other one , received an email after 35 days saying it’s still on its way and sorry for the delay. Then I called the customer service department to cancel this item and he said someone will call my within next 14 days ( wooohh he was joking right). Now , After 7 days of opening the package first received (part 1 of 2 items) the item broke( yes truly it was ). Returning procedure was fine she knew what to do when I rang the customer services. Hermes collected from home but even 18 days after the collection money hasn’t been paid to my card. So what sort of company we are dealing with. Today I called again to ask what happened with my returned item and my money , the guy said someone has to call me regarding this return AGAIN WITHIN NEXT 14 DAYS ( YES YES you heard right) don’t know what to do with this and I believe those type of companies shouldn’t exist on this earth

Placed an order, received an email saying allow 28 days for delivery but never heard anything. Rang to chase but was put through to an overseas call centre where the agent only spoke broken english and kept being told 2 weeks. I emailed customer services and received a fuller response saying the items I ordered weren't in stock but there was more arriving the following week so i would receive the items in two weeks. However every two weeks kept getting emails saying my order had been delayed 2 weeks! I received 2 of these emails. Then eventually 2 months after placing my order I received an email saying they did not have my item in stock and would have to cancel my order, and, I would have to wait 14 days for my refund! I am still furious, why sell stuff that they don't even have in stock. Yet when I go to their website, the items I ordered are still available for sale and the stock leveIs show that my items have good stock availability, so what's going on here? I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else to avoid at all costs.

If zero stars was a option that’s what I would have given placed my order on 17October With studio, the parcel has been lost with Hermes and today 7th November after speaking to customer service all week (who have zero clue) I have been told this will be resolved in 8 weeks. Are they having a laugh!!! Refused a refund even although I’ve paid and they haven’t delivered. Never again avoid/avoid/avoid

People need to be warned about purchasing from this site. They take their payment when you place your order and 2 months later your order still hasn’t arrived. An offshore call centre answers their phones and they hardly speak English. It’s impossible to speak to anyone who makes any sense and impossible to cancel your order or get a refund

If I could give 0 stars I would. The overseas customer team have no idea what you’re saying and are absolutely useless! They’ve incorrectly reported to my credit file and stopping me getting a mortgage. Absolutely horrendous service and issue has been ongoing since May. If only I read the reviews first!!!!

I would like to talk about a scammer working for the company!!! There will be times where my payment would increase even though I have paid!!! I keep paying and balance never goes down!!! You guys keep adding on to my payment when I bought nothing!!!!!
