Taken my refund and collected with there own company. 6 weeks later. No refund no product . Blamed everyone possible. Avoid. Left a very vulnerable family without 160 pound. Scammers

worst customer service i have ever had, i call handler managed to lock my online account, then said thanks for shopping with us. SHOP with you, i cant shop with you youve just locked my account, can talk to a line manager supervisor or manager. my 10 year old has better skills that the call handler, what a joke of a company no wonder why they nearly went bust last year, good luck for this year !!!!! i wont be shopping with them ever again

No way of cancelling orders. Tried to place an order then got a message saying "unable to process your order at the moment. Try again later" So I did and 2 hours later I got 2 confirmation emails as I ended up having a duplicate order. (Having read some other reviews, this has happened a lot) I got it touch right away. Got told that I needed to wait until the orders are processed before cancelling one. Bear in mind this isn't next day delivery, this is the good old 3-5 days one. Now they're saying that they're unable to cancel it and it will be delivered and I will need to call them to arrange a collection. This seems like a waste of time. If I had known, I would have used another website and paid £2 more to get a more reliable service...

I try to help people who want to do shopping online from studio.....I DON'T RECOMMEND TO NO-ONE TO BUY FROM "STUDIO UK"....if you will be happy to pay something for nothing, you can buy from STUDIO UK, if not....I suggest you to be very careful. For me was happening for second time, first time I used their credit, they charged me for interest even if I didn't jump out of the date which was set up, the second time I didn't use their credit, because my previous experience with them, I paid all my shopping with my debit card, and GUESS WHAT....they still charge me, every month I receive text from them that tge limit of my payment is on 5th of the month. I suggest you to check very well for what they charge you....they take your money for nothing. In my case I had to pay for nothing. I done a complaint to them but I still receive texts regarding my payment....I don't want to hear about them never in my life! My suggestion for you is to give up by buying from them and be careful!

Tried to cancel an order and their credit facility, I was told that it was impossable. I was in shock I' have never heard anything quite like it. I have refused to give them permission for my bank account and also will refuse to take the delivery. I explained they are breaking the law , legal requirement 14 day cooling of period. I was jspoken over and not listening too. Buyers beware its not worth the trouble. Still unresolved and getting e mails 😪😡

absolutely rubbish company. ordered same thing 4 times in a row to be told an email would follow. No email. When I rang them they had no record of my orders. Thank god I did not pay upfront after reading all of these complaints!! Dodged a bullet there! The sad thing is that I used to order frequently when they were Studio Cards and got brilliant service. So sad that they don't even seem bothered by all of these terrible reviews and are doing nothing to put things right.

First and last time we will EVER use Studio. After placing an order and being told we could delay the delivery, we found out we couldn't delay the delivery so cancelled the order on 19th July. We were told we would receive the refund within 14 days. We called them at 16 days as still no refund, to be told that they haven't received the item back yet so no refund - bearing in mind we cancelled this item before it was delivered.... Now, 3 weeks on and after several telephone calls we still haven't had a refund, and they are still saying they haven't had the item back. In the meantime they are still refusing to hand back almost £400 of our money! We were told last week they will raise a complaint to the "other department", to be told today that no complaint was raised. They dont have ANY contact details for this "other department" They can't transfer you to anyone, and the managers are refusing to speak to us. I cannot put into words how absolutely APPALLING this so called "customer service" is! I'm sure its not a problem for those who are paying on an account, but we paid the full amount upfront and I hold very little hope of getting my money back any time soon. Studio are a disgrace and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!

First if I could give them minus starts I would , I order some baby clothes quality is rubbish and you will just waist your money if you do, postage wasn't free and took a week One of the item was delayed and they had no clue when will be delivered they emailed me and I called them to cancel it and was confirmed 2 days latter it was delivered I called to know why they replied saying cancellation not guaranteed And they want me to go through a cancellation procedure Just waist of time and rude staff they won't let you speak

Awful. Placed order and after several emails asking where it was as I had been notified it was dispatched and delivery company's tracking stating they hadn't received it, they finally said it was missing. I have been asking g for a refund and getting nowhere and now not replying to emails. No order and no refund. Disgraceful. Will not be ordering from them again

Dont read Tristan pilot review for Studio as only positive reviews allowed. They will use every trick to slow down a return request and in some cases try to illegally charge you for returned item. 9 weeks for a wardrobe that was missing parts that I eventually returned and refused return charge. Actually responded to my trustpilot poor review so other customers can see but did not reply to me. Very sneaky...

Oder cloths for my son and partner for holiday twice I rang up and first time got told it had been sent to wrong depo rang again was told they have had no update and didn't know were it was. Customers service was useless keep putting me on hold the cone back with we will make a claim it will take 30 days. Told them what the items were and we would be back from are holidays in 30 days and some of the stuff order won't be use ask him to re order he couldn't ask him for money back on my account couldn't. Ask to speak to someone in the building who could help no mangers in the building what is the point. Told me a manger would be with me 24/48 hours not holy fing my breath right now. Then was ask to stay in the line a bit longer while they make the claim told them they could make the claim with out me on the line because I have already been. On the line for over snd hour. Pointless customer service and will not be using studio cards again as this is not the first time this has happened. What bake it even better with this company is thsts you pay for delivery.

What customer service I made order decided I no longer wanted it went to cancel need number contact again gave number again then said oh can’t cancel not sure what you are referring to despite telling them at the time all of them was told give it two days before doing that. And now just had email saying all despatched for delivery charge £4.99 amazing how quick they can work because when I first ordered them it said allow 10 days for delivery

Ordered a high rocker bed for my grandson .,27.6 . Realising it was to high for his room cancelled on 28 th 6 .was told I’d receive a full refund to my bank . 14 days later . After numerous phone calls & being told by customer service 2 weeks ago the refund would be in my bank by close of business . Never happened . Another call . Told reffered to complaints . Recieved email . Saying takes upto 8 weeks . Called again Friday was reassured the refund would be in my bank in 72 hours . Also told I would get a call to advise it had been sorted . 48 hours later nothing .,tomorow sunday so doubt I’m getting my refund . Furious to say the least …. Never again

Absolutely appalling service overall. I am still awaiting my delivery in which the order was placed and paid for on 12th July 2022. The customer service team are terrible, haven't got a clue!! Never again will I use this company!

Studio have not got my return item since 28/5/22 today 23/7/22 2 mths later and still not a word. Ive rang I’ve emailed an appalling company that does nothing. Ive got proof and I you get is I understand well you don’t understand I must have used £60 in calls am missing £300 product and studio will not do a thing Do yo know why stupid call centre staff that have sent me a label for the wrong address If I live near the office I’d be there unfortunately not seems live am not paying my bill to studio and am waiting for my day in court over an unpaid bill of £330

I am sick to death of ringing studio to pick up broken garden furniture which they delivered it has been stood in my living room for 6 weeks keep saying that they are coming for it and they don't turn up pick up on returns is disgusting x

I have ordered a few times from studio and the clothes have been brilliant and have always paid my account in full. I have now got a reject on my account as they think there is an affordability issue and they don't know how long it will take to resolve. now can't order anything and to top it of they have increased my credit limit to £600. Really couldn't make it up. Be very careful when ordering from this company

Ordered a pan set for Uni with Studio because I resented paying £50+ quid for a set. I'm of the mindset that you get what you pay for and usually pay out for good quality products. Decided I would buy cheap for a change because after all, a product regardless of the price, should be fit for purpose right?! How wrong was I!!!! I have read other reviews and by the looks of things I am not holding out much hope for getting my money back. If you want to waste your money by all means go ahead and buy from Studio. If you've any sense whatsoever you'll go elsewhere!!

Please be aware this company are absolute liars and scammers! I ordered some clothing and it states on their website that it takes 3-5 days for delivery. I have e mailed them multiple times asking the whereabouts of my delivery. Was fobbed off and finally turned up today…..10 days later delivered by Evri. On opening up parcel was disgusted at the quality and sizing of them. How they can get away with this is beyond me! I have immediately returned and am waiting for a refund. I will make it known,that people need to be aware of this company.
