Just wish I had looked on here first. I usually do. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a slow cooker which came and the lid didn't fit. It was obviously a defective batch not a one off. Sent it back in November. They say the have refunded me but they haven't. My bank says they haven't. If you try and complain they just send you in an eternal loop of 'we've sent your email to the relevant department' who come back and say they paid it on 7/1/20. So you say no you haven't and the process starts again. I have now registered a disputed payment with the bank who will get it back for me as I have proof that I am due a refund and proof that they haven't.

Rubbish! I bought a duvet set from Studio. When I opened the parcel, I realised the duvet had been used and had scribble on the inside of the cover. I was really surprised that they could sell an item like this.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with regards their customer service.after numerous phone calls and promises of a pick up of an item the situation is still not resolved . This has been ongoing since 28th November. I have now gone to the ombudsman and do not want anything more to do with this company. They promised to return phone calls etc and you never hear from them again , I’ve chased and chased this company and called all to my expense so will definitely never buy anything from them again or recommend them . Let’s see what ombudsman have to say about them

I returned parcels straight back when they arrived with same courier in Nov. Studio said they hadn't received them so can't refund yet and should wait a bit longer . This eventually got sorted on 18th Jan with an email saying that a refund was being processed. Waited 3 days , no refund ,was informed 5 days , waited week and a half ,was informed 2 wks , left it 3 wks then called as no refund !! Have been fobbed off after dozens of calls . Are they folding and that's why nobody is getting there money back . They owe me 217.00 . Am taking legal action as something not right here .

I have ordered a coat twice now the first time the order was cancelled they said there was no stock. The second time it said dispatched and on it’s way, then I get an email saying no stock available ,when I emailed them they said they were unable to get the stock when the order was processed ,it still said in stock online now it says out of stock online, surely if the item came back in stock they could have sent another one out, but no they said reorder. I would not want to deal with this company but I really like the coat can’t find it elsewhere ,if I could I wouldn’t bother with studio ,took a week before they let me know the order wasn’t processed, most companies I have ordered with online have delivered in a few days or less, studio is too slow.

I orderd a double bed on the 9th of December was told guaranteed by christmas, christmas came and went and still no bed deliverd so i spent ages getting through to studio customer service who are completely useless and dont have a clue just for them to tell me they are waiting for the bed to come back in stock so they sell you items that are not even in stock, i got a message middle of January saying i can pick a date for the bed to be delivered so i thought great no longer having to sleep on a mattress on the floor so i called the delivery company to book delivery date but to my surprise they tell me the bed was badly damaged when arrived to them so they sent it back and i need to contact studio to sort out my refund, so i did but i keep getting fobbed off now i am £340 out of pocket and still waiting for my refund, countless messages to studio only for me to get ignored, this company needs shutting down

They didn't make me happy. They extended my credit and once I dipped into that they raised my interest to 60 percent. Underhanded tactics used by this company

As soon as this is paid off....goodbye Studio...utter utter rubbish and as for the postage prices...Wow!...something weighing grams is the same as a pair of trainers...don't join rip off!!

Delivery process delayed and too late for purpose. Returns process a disaster. Four arranged pick ups all no shows. Final pick up 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Customer service centre abroad and not able to escalate complaints therefore ineffective. Studio have had my money 3 months and still no refund processed. I will not use Studio again

Bought 2 Dissident Sherpa jackets as Christmas presents for my son. Looking at the reviews, I must be in the minority because after just 4 wears and one careful launder, one is a mass of bobbles! Absolutely dreadful, I feel so embarrassed 😩 not worn the other one yet but not holding out much hope. Cheap yes but not worth it when it doesn’t last! Sorry I would not recommend.....

Customer service is not good! I had a date for a wardrobe delivery, lost a days work, arranged and paid for horses to be looked after morning and evening, when 5pm came I rang them to see if they could track order, they’re reply was oh sorry the date has been moved to next Monday, GREAT!!

I will never buy anything from Studio again. I was sucked in at Christmas by the cheap decorations so ordered extra bits to make the order worthwhile. The order included a Christmas garland and bath at set, both of which were showing as in stock at point of ordering. To avoid paying the £4.99 delivery charge I made the mistake of opening a credit account as it offered free delivery. The goods arrived minus the garland and bath mat set. I was still invoiced for these. Trying to explain to customer service is not easy, they shut you down without taking ownership of the problem. I was unable to log back into the account I made so ended up being 2 days late in paying, for a £35 order - £12 late payment charge was applied as well as an interest charge of £2.21!!!!!!! Absolutely extortionate rates! As well as the pricey customer service telephone number (watch the charges) The stuff that did arrive was of a cheap appearance and poor quality but due to the issues I already had in dealing with this mob, I couldn’t be bothered to try and return anything. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother ordering. Cheap for a reason, pay more for a better quality product and service elsewhere.

Absolute disgrace!! I ordered a pot and pan set it came damaged with the glass lids smashed waited 6 days for it to come anyway requested for them to collect it that took 11 days to collect it back and I'm still waiting for a refund as that now was 5 weeks ago all in total!! They said they need to send me a investigation form and I need to send it back for what????? They had the item back as they said on the phone absolute joke !!

I received my Studio statement end of September 2019 and I'm credit over £200, they said they would send me a cheque within 60days,its now January 21st 2020 and still no cheque except for yesterday I received a cheque for £30 as compensation I have rang them over and over again to be told its being processed, I have logged a complaint and still no cheque, iv asked to talk to the finance department but told that Its not possible. THIS IS STILL ONGOING

I’ve had similar issues I returned two items around Xmas time they both got delivered to Studio (signed for) at the same time but I only received the refund for one I’ve since phoned customer services and emailed them a copy of the tracking number as I used my UPS account and they said there is nothing they can do that they will be sending a form out in the post which 18 days later still hasn’t arrived it is shocking how they are allowed to get away with it

How bad are studio ,cancelled an item , got delivered ,returned and sent to me again , returned again. Then turns up today !!!!! Being returned by Hermes again will never use them again !!!!!!!

Studio customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced, not at all helpful don’t send letters out I have had to ring again after waiting 11 days Also a parcel was picked up by a currier to be returned and it has been lost, over 2 months later it’s still not found and nobody has bothered to follow it up. Had to called them 10 times so far and still nothing plus I’m being charged interest for something I haven’t got. Don’t Oder from these VERY POOR

Never had an issue with studio at all. Just had wardrobes delivered and after reading the reviews about them I was so worried, people saying they were damaged, scratched and took nearly 9 hours to put up, don't get me wrong they ain't the biggest ever but for what I paid I can't complain, my partner got the 3 door wardrobe, draws and 2 bedside tables up in 2 hours. They were packaged all over 3 boxes but he said it wasn't a problem to sort. Delivery was supposed to be 10 days but got them way beforex, with a text to say when and what time.
