Absolute disgrace!! I ordered a pot and pan set it came damaged with the glass lids smashed waited 6 days for it to come anyway requested for them to collect it that took 11 days to collect it back and I'm still waiting for a refund as that now was 5 weeks ago all in total!! They said they need to send me a investigation form and I need to send it back for what????? They had the item back as they said on the phone absolute joke !!

I received my Studio statement end of September 2019 and I'm credit over £200, they said they would send me a cheque within 60days,its now January 21st 2020 and still no cheque except for yesterday I received a cheque for £30 as compensation I have rang them over and over again to be told its being processed, I have logged a complaint and still no cheque, iv asked to talk to the finance department but told that Its not possible. THIS IS STILL ONGOING

I’ve had similar issues I returned two items around Xmas time they both got delivered to Studio (signed for) at the same time but I only received the refund for one I’ve since phoned customer services and emailed them a copy of the tracking number as I used my UPS account and they said there is nothing they can do that they will be sending a form out in the post which 18 days later still hasn’t arrived it is shocking how they are allowed to get away with it

How bad are studio ,cancelled an item , got delivered ,returned and sent to me again , returned again. Then turns up today !!!!! Being returned by Hermes again will never use them again !!!!!!!

Studio customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced, not at all helpful don’t send letters out I have had to ring again after waiting 11 days Also a parcel was picked up by a currier to be returned and it has been lost, over 2 months later it’s still not found and nobody has bothered to follow it up. Had to called them 10 times so far and still nothing plus I’m being charged interest for something I haven’t got. Don’t Oder from these VERY POOR

Never had an issue with studio at all. Just had wardrobes delivered and after reading the reviews about them I was so worried, people saying they were damaged, scratched and took nearly 9 hours to put up, don't get me wrong they ain't the biggest ever but for what I paid I can't complain, my partner got the 3 door wardrobe, draws and 2 bedside tables up in 2 hours. They were packaged all over 3 boxes but he said it wasn't a problem to sort. Delivery was supposed to be 10 days but got them way beforex, with a text to say when and what time.

they take your money, don't deliver the items, start a lost parcel case with courier - when their tracking even says not delivered its obvious i didn't get the items! Told me to speak to the courier. what a Joke, my contract of sale is with Studio. didnt get my xmas items. asked for refund. haven't got it. Terrible customer service, nightmare to respond, long delays in refunds, that i still have not received since before xmas on an order placed 9/12. Several complaints later and this terrible company have not dealt with my case. They are a complete sham. Please don't buy anything from them , use one of the other online companies. Worst company I have ever come across and likely lost my money unless I take them to court. not likely, but I will for sure spread the word on how poor they are across social media and review sites like this one. if you have a bad experience with them then spread the word! don't let other people get caught. chalk this one up as bad luck like a number of other suckers. Should rename them to Stupido as thats how I feel for ordering from them.

ordered a wardrobe, paid in full and delivery cost. Arrived a courier damaged. Called customer services !!! told would need to reorder, make payment again and would get original payment back in 14 days ??? i never got the wardrobe, I will have my refund and never deal with them again

AVOID THIS SHOWER, HOUNDED MY MOTHER FOR PAYMENT OVER A WEEK BEFORE IT WAS DUE! SHE HAD PAID IT. £15 SHE WAS ASKED FOR BUT PAID £60! THEY ARE A UTTER DISGRACE.PLEASE DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEM.

I placed an order which included xmas presents and was told they would be here for xmas. The money was promptly taken from my account, 16/12/19, BUT they did not send my order. When I saw there were no orders pending on my account I asked for a refund and as at this date, 7/1/20, I have not received my requested refund. Shocking treatment of customers, don't use them.

Still waiting for a refund after being told last week they've put a note on my account to hurry things up. Called today and they've said the same thing. I now can't buy an alternative product until this refund comes through. First and last time I'll be using studio.

I ordered a toy shop as a Christmas present for my children. According to the tracking, it was apparently delivered by Hermes on 16th December to me at my address but NOT my signature. No calling card and I checked with neighbours - no parcel. I called Studio to report this and was told Hermes would call me within 24 hours. I explained that as this was a Christmas present and I have no faith in Hermes I wanted a refund. No call from Hermes, and no refund. I chased on 23rd December, still with no contact from anyone and no parcel, and explained that I needed my money back to buy a different Christmas present. I was promised a same day refund. I didn't get it, and still have nothing now (2nd January). I have had no explanation, no apology, no contact from Hermes or Studio. My children got no main Christmas present due to Studio's appalling service and broken promise of a refund (they had agreed not to wait their standard 30 days as I explained that I need to buy something else in the absence of the original gift). Very disappointed and I will never use Studio again. I don't appreciate being lied to and they should have done what they said and given me my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company, Ordered a mobile phone on the 9th Dec. told it would take 7-10 to arrive, Great in time for Xmas, By the 19th nothing had to chase it up took them 3 days to reply, saying it would not be dispatched until 23rd & will take 5 days to get to me. Told them to cancel the order & refund me the £500 I had already paid off the phone as needed it to purchase 1 else where, told it would take 14 days to refund. Complained & was then told 5 days to refund. After numerous calls & being told there,s delay on refunds & that I had not cancelled the phone I received a letter saying the phone is being dispatched on the 6th January. After more phone calls to Studio & fed more bull I eventually received my refund .. 23 DAYS OF HELL NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER OFF STUDIO..

Ordered a fire in early November, three weeks later received a text to say my order had been delivered, checked with my wife who was at home and nothing had been delivered, rang studio to say I haven’t received my fire they said they would open an investigation that would take 30 days in the mean time if I wanted my fire I would have to pay for another. Over a period of three weeks both fires have come, one is badly damaged, I am so disappointed I wanted to send both back, five separate occasions they’d said they would pick them up, every time they have let me down, I am still waiting for then to be picked up

Terrible Customer service. Microwave broke 5 weeks after purchase. Rang studio on 19th December, told courier would pick up, no courier turned up. Rang again 20th, told courier would pick up, no courier turned up. This went on until 30th December when I called and had a right go. Now told they will credit the account and no need to return item... Fingers crossed I get a refund, watch this space!

New developments..probably after a… New developments..probably after a honest bad review,and two weeks waiting for my order or my money they answer with a email asking to confirm a few points that it doesn't seem legal at all that I didn't received the order and that way pay cash that was the reason they took the money. Well...Reply to this "Santa Claus"when a order its pay by card you only take the money when the order its dispatch,as you can see (8008479315096233 )Hermes the sender it's still waiting for the order to be received so it means was never sender. So why they are asking me to confirm something that they already know. It's disgusting...this should be a present. I read some reviews that people were waiting for orders for Christmas that were never received on time or still waiting. Probably they are not ashame of themselves because the Santa Claus was busy with the money from this people. I advice people to report this situations.Its simple if they don't have a order they shouldn't sell it to the customers to make sure the customers can spend there money elsewhere and avoid this situations
