Ordered 2 beer fridges, only received 1, eventually after me spending 2 days phoning courier and studio I was told damaged in transit, zero communication from studio, I then asked can you send me a replacement please, they said no, that's not what we do, you'll get a refund (no laughing at the back) and just reorder another one, terrible service, decent company's would never have that as their standard practice (THIS IS YOUR WARNING, GO PAY THE EXTRA COST FOR THE ITEM WITH THE OTHER COMPANY). 8 weeks getting chased from one person to another and I'm no further forward, terrible terrible company, worst I've seen in 40 years, you can't speak to a manager easily, they actually pass you to another colleague and they try and kid on their a manager. Only the refund team can send me my money back but I'm not allowed to speak to them and trust me they don't get back in touch with me, when I used to read these reviews I sometimes doubted them, but I've realised there is company's out there with bad customer service, Martin Lewis tells you that, but I always didn't believe it, I BELIEVE IT NOW, BUY ELSEWHERE please!! My bank is now dealing with my refund...

Daughters birthday present arrived broken. Was offered 10% to keep it.. Declined offer. Been told it will take a week to collect it and three week to refund me. Absolute disgrace. She won't be getting her main present not until a month after her birthday!

Horrible Do not ever buy anything with this company. You won’t get your order or your money back. All employees don’t know anything and nobody solves your complaints. STAY AWAY from Studio if you don’t want to lose your money. SM

Poor service from a company who should care more about their customers than they do. I have emailed called and used messenger to complain and they simply have not helped. No apologies for the poor service or attempt to keep your custom will be made if this happens to you. Would give zero stars if I could

Terrible company bought a sundowner a hobbit would not fit on it got a 4.99 check as I couldn't be bothered returning wish I had now was sitting on it today fell through it im a size 8 the material wrapped right through at the seem i actually hurt my back I've never seen the likes a scam

Missing part on order they said they would sort the part part, 4 weeks down the line still nothing now a new complaint number, and told to take 10% off the total bill and loss my 12 warranty joke absolutely awful

Purchased a solar lamp post in June When I received it it was broke Called customer services same day They arranged it to be picked up the next I was told it could take up to 14 days for my refund So by the 9th of July I was getting Concerned no refund So I called them again asking why The guy said he would send me a £10 check in the post for my inconvenience I asked to speak to a manager he said they would call me later that day (no call) 😡😡😡 So it's now the 24th August still no refund or call 😡😡😡 I called them again to day no check was sent they have credited £10 to my account 😡😡😡 Which they can stick it !!! No manager available again today all in meetings 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Still no refund 😡😡😡 From reading other reviews I'm not the only one that's being treated badly by this company 😡😡😡 So my advice to you is DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STUDIO 😡😡😡😡😡

After having a bad time with a gift I bought for my friend 2 Pagodas The company has refunded my money with sending back the two damaged items That was decent of them To understand my frustration Thanks

If anyone is reading this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have called them now over 5 time waiting for goods I ordered on the 15th July. I was told that my goods would be delivered in 5 days. I didn't realise I was calling the Philippines!!!! So I have rather a large Phone Bill. I am being permanently fobbed off. Now they are saying my goods have gone missing...I have asked to speak to a senior manager only to be told no one available. I now just want my money back! again fobbed off " we will look into matter" and call you...have they No!! I am now contacting a solicitor as I feel that this company may not legitimate??? So people please beware!!

Poor quality products with poor quality customer services. No apology or replacement sent for the product I purchased. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I am waiting to hear about my payment plan being refunded as I opted out of this but it's still on my bill , I had a lovely message off you saying that this would be rectified and some interest would be taken off can you please tell me when? Every thing else with studio is amazing x

Ordered clothes from them received it within a 5 day sizes all correct clothes good for the price, so I can on say good things about the studio

Goods delivered with parts missing. Asked for item to be picked up in morning not afternoons as i work and needless to say someone arrived late yesterday afternoon!they have now decided to credit my account ny £1.99 as no one reads emails and they seemingly don’t refund postage even though the goods they supplied were faulty! Terrible customer service!

When trying to purchase an item I was informed of the delivery date and as it was after the date I required it I didn’t go ahead with the order. The next thing I new is the goods arrived, I then phoned to say I hadn’t ordered it and wanted to return the item. I was kept on the phone for 40 mins eventually they said it would be collected. It’s been here for 2 weeks and not collected. I now see that I have been charged over £10 for the phone call and spent a further 8.99 in postage to return it. In summary all my phone calls to order it and try and return it total £16 . So I have paid £26 and have nothing. I now understand why they keep you on the phone for so long. Avoid this company if like most elderly people you use the phone rather than the internet.

never used account, nothing i would buy. asked for account to be closed 2yrs ago YES 2years but it still there i contacted them AGAIN was told not to access account for 30 days if account (any account) is closed you cannot access it studio tell you its closed when it is NOT

Last couple of orders,i had bother with,hermes said delivered,looked at proof were not my feet or door,was kindly taken off my account and given £10 off next order which i used to get a carpet runner which was first out of stock,guess what,wrong carpet which they say will be ammended on my account,thank you Studio you have restored my faith after being a good customer for years,was going to close my account

Will never use this company again. I had zero balance yet when I clicked on **view statement ** it showed an outstanding balance of 17.00 exactly which was also on my credit file for some time...I had called numerous times to try to get to the bottom of this. All they kept saying was "it's not showing on our end" I said it 8s on mine. Eventually had to take this to the ombudsman and won the case as there were never any transactions for 17.00 exactly I requested my account be closed some considerable time ago yet noticed this morning I could still log into my acc. I had to call them yet again to deactivate my account. This shouldve clearly been done some time ago. I never did get an answer as to why an amount of 17.00 showed on my account for some time even although several months ago I was promised an explanation. I will never use this Co again !

Sent for quite a bit of stuff in June but when it all came it had been doubled so I got 2 of everything, and it was all very poor so sent all items back, now I am getting texts saying I owe £70 as they have put a penalty charge of £12 because I'm late with my payment, I rang and told them I don't owe you anything as I sent everything back but they said they had only received 2 parcels and that I owe them £57 + £12 +96p interest, what a joke, I will have to write to them as the lady I was speaking to just kept repeating herself because it wasn't on her script and she didn't understand me, in the end she disconnected me

I had delivery today and am so pleased only ordered 2 days ago Product excellent quality competitive price looks and fits true to size Studio has amazing choice at incredible prices
