Do not use this company. Disgusting service. Ordered chest of drawers, said could deliver in 10 days. Then emailed to say didnt have a dely date. Asked for refund, 10 days and 2 calls and theyve said tgeyve only just requested a refund. Please dont use them!!

awful company, so far i've called and made complaints, emailed complaints, put a trust pilot review and have had to result in asking my bank to dispute the payment for a refund as Studio cancelled my order, won't assist in resolving the issue, so i'm out of pocket by £300. Totally unacceptable and poor customer service.

Joke company.Avoid at all costs. Bought 2 items for £280, both proved faulty, so returned both in same parcel.3 months later, and after numerous telephone calls @13p per minute and numerous emails was still being charged interest on these items and they remained on my balance.Customer services,(dont make me laugh),they are are rude,speak little English and understand less.They fob you off with lies and give you the runaround.Emails are not answered.The company claims to have tried to contact you but have not,they also claim to have replied to emails Falsehood. They charge high interest rates,and keep charging for items returned to them.this puts minimum payments up and can incur default sums.I have registered a formal complaint in writing and written to the Financial services Ombudsman. I urge every grieved customer to do the same.This will force their hand.I will never shop with them again.

Absolutely disgusting addition charge they put on each payment a month!!! Example- £45 min payment £29 is addition charge!!! Can see how people get in debt when you have companies like this!!!! They said online they will contact me to make them look good but heard nothing, just shocking!!!!

Most unsatisfactory company ever, charge you for things you dont recieve and let you fight it out...they add crazy hidden charges to your account which your not told about...products extremely overpriced too and Lord help you if you need their customer services...they're redirected to the Phillipines. I had to threaten court action before I got any satisfaction and they and you will struggle to understand you or your call..STAY AWAY.

Please do not order from this company. Took my money on the 18th October despite my order not being in stock. Had to call 5 times and still do not have my money back. You get through to a customer team that can’t even understand you. I will never ever shop with them again and I will make sure I tell as many people as possible. Just don’t do it

If I could give this company minus 10 stars, I wouldn’t I’d give them minus 20! Like other people said, cancelled item and still receive dispatch email. Customer service people are awful. They don’t understand what you are telling them and you can’t understand there replies. Received wrong order. Called to tell them it was wrong. Asked them to send the correct order to which they said they would. Only to receive confirmation email of the wrong order again! Called to cancel but they now say I will have to receive the order and send it back before I can get refund. The whole process is shocking and I’d tell anyone to avoid at all costs.

Very unhelpful regarding returns - noinformation at all I made the mistake of returning mine with Royal Mail - very expensive at your own cost. Be careful and try a courier I am sure they will be a lot cheaper.

Delivery takes 3 weeks even if the item is in stock avoid using them as they never offer a logical Solution if one needed. Every time I message them to candle a delayed order I receive dispatched email! Someone should really look into this company!

Avoid this company. Billing system is so complex that can easily lead to the slapping on some extra fees. Avoid these 'interest saver plans' more hassle than worth. Took over an hour on the phone to customer services to explain THEIR mistake which they admitted to and refunded me the extra charges. Now the following month it has happened again. Balances which do not belong to me appearing on my statement. So sick of this. Parcels don't turn up. I have today cleared my balance and instructed them to close my account right away to be told oh it takes 14 days.....but it takes 14 seconds to set it up! Wish I had never bothered shopping with this shambles of a catalogue. Please avoid.

Personalised Forget Me Not Candle at £9.99 Incorrectly printed twice!! AVOID AVOID AVOID! I bought the candle and wanted a personalised message on it. I added the message with upper case at the beginning of each line and Christian names with the remaining text in lower case. I received the item and some lines were all in upper case and others were a mixture of upper and lower case - none where I wanted them. I contacted Studio and they arranged for a replacement to come out to me. However, the replacement had exactly the same errors! I contacted Studio again and they asked if I wanted another replacement. I said no thanks - if they couldn’t get it right the first 2 times I doubted they could get it right on the 3rd attempt! The personalisation is also just a sticky label on a £1 candle.

Absolutely disappointing company. In total 3 hours and 5 phone calls later. Decided to close my account. Ordered an item wanted to cancel it told cant. Item came requested collection 2 times no courier turned up. Paid £13:14 myself to give the item back. No one higher. They just put you on hold and dont care. No one can speak a word of English or even resolve your problem. By far the worst customer service ever. My advice avoid these cowboys.

I have wasted more than 6 hours today browsing the website getting bit & pieces for Christmas only to get to the checkout to see the message "We have received your order & are still assessing the application". I opened an account last year putting stuff on credit but decided not to complete the paperwork they sent as it was getting too close to Christmas. I can find nowhere to pay for my stuff outright, even tried opening a new account with a new email address but it won't accept the password which was triple checked & when you go to the password reminder the security info you give them apparently doesn't match their records. I used to shop with Studio many years ago but don't think I will bother in future, shame as they just lost a £350 sale!!!!!!!!!!

Studio resolution centre leave a voice mail for you to get in touch with them but the only problem is that they give you a phone number what doesn't work. Another great service by studio not, they don't care about their loyal customers

along with others i wish i could put 0 as a review. order a fireplace which we no longer wanted. I rang a week ago said someone would collect either next day or day after. nobody has come. rang again monday said they'd collect yesterday. no surprises nobody came. awful system!!!! avoid avoid avoid

Ordered an iwatch Never arrived Was told theyd look into it and it would take 4 weeks to ctedit the mi ey back then I could reorder Couldnt wait as it was a bday gift So 1st one lost Ordered another so as it gets here on time Nothing Weeks later The 1st still missing The 2nd nowhere to be seen £800 down Getting charged for both watches Im paying off my bill while I have no watches Customer service a joke I have a long list of unanswered emails Phone calls where I get the run around Cant understand anyone and im not being funny but think this is intentional so as people dont bother Studio You need to sort yourselves out

When you contact customer services and you ask to speak with someone higher they tell you no ones available, a big complain like studio and no one higher available to help you. This is disgusting how are you ment to resolve your problem

I have been working for a Sony Xperia plus 10 phone since September 14th, it's been reordered 3 times. The last time it was reordered was 20th October, it's now the 5th November. They use the excuse that it was out of stock but it clearly says online when I check stock availability. I also got family members to phone order line to see if its in stock and its been in stock since it was reordered on 20th October. I received a email saying it will be delivered by the 9th November but its the 5th of November and its still awaiting to be dispatched. I have been a loyal customer and have always paid my orders of very quickly. I have been messed around since the 14th September for the Sony Xperia plus 10 which was a birthday present for my son. Studio doesn't care about us the customer, they just tell you give it more time every time you phone them. They won't give you a truthful explanation to the problem. The first time I ordered it in September when they sent me a email saying it was dispatched but a month later they said it wasn't dispatched it was out of stock, the Sony Xperia plus 10 in black was in stock so I reordered it in black, the order got cancelled so they reordered it on the 20th October and now it is now the 5th November and Its still not been dispatched yet its clearly a states its in stock on the availability check, also by phoning up to check if the item is in stock and been told at least 5 times between the 23rd of October and the 4th November. I would like studio to contact me by some one high up in studio as customer complaints just tell you anything to get you of the phone to them.

I have been waiting for a item to be dispatched since 21st October, it's still not been dispatched. They try to say they are waiting on stock but i have had someone to phone up to see if its in stock and it has been in stock all the time.

Wrong size items sent despite size being displayed prominently. Ceramic ornaments sent in jiffy bag ( arriving like a jigsaw!) And my personal favourite, a designer t-shirt with emblem embroidered on upside down!! Customer service is some of the worst I've ever dealt with . Promised Monday collection to return the tat only to now say it has to be after Wednesday as THEY we're too slow !!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I've been a customer for over 15 years but I'm closing my account after this , mistakes happen but how they've dealt with them has put me off for good.
