Paid for a microwave - delivered faulty. The stop/clear button wasn't working and could not be switched off unless the door was opened. Arranged for a return and requested delivery of another one to be told I had to pay for the second one too. Waited, waited, waited. Three days after the arranged collection date, Hermes come to collect. The bar code on the returns label would not scan. Was informed that the driver would have to come back the next day with another Hermes barcode. As I was not prepared to let it go without a receipt, which was offered. After 8 days the new one finally arrived. Again faulty, only this time the motor in the back of the microwave was making a very loud banging noise. Very frightening as I thought it could cause harm it was so alarming. Rang back to be advised it will be up to 5 days to collect. Upon enquiring about my first microwave return refund, I was advised that they hadn't yet received it and need to wait 14 days!!!!! I am now owed refunds for both microwaves and out of pocket to buy another one, and still have no microwave after two weeks šŸ™ Seams to me the faults were so serious that they should not be selling them.

Ordered an item on the 23 of November did receive the item phoned them to be told the item wasn't even in stock and that it would be back in stock on the 2nd and to give it 3 to 5 days so after the 2nd tried to track the item and was still saying they hadn't received it so i phoned them back to be told again that it still wasn't in stock and that it would be in stock on the 16th but to give it until the 21st which i explained is to close to Christmas as if i didn't receive it buy the time i had received a refund it would be to late to replace the item so i asked if they had the same item but in a different colour in stock so they checked and said yes a black one so i asked if they would just send me the black one instead as i wasn't really fussed over the colour the gentleman whom spoke very poor English then proceeded to tell me yes i could have the black one but would have to pay again but this time instead of paying the Ā£79.99 i originally payed they wanted me to make another payment but this time of Ā£99.99 because the item had gone back to its original price so when i explained that i jad already payed of the item but haven't received it so why do i have to pay again for a replacement item of the same product just in a different colour the guy couldn't answer me i asked to speak to a manager which wasn't available and he just kept demanding another payment which resulted in me requesting a refund absolute appalling customer service and i will not shop with studio again

Rip off they're ripping off when I tried to cancel an order.... Due to the goods being delayed for weeks they told me. Now they're saying I've got to send it back.... When I get it delivers I don't want it delivered. Its too late. They need to contact the courier and take it back. They've took my money and ripped me off

Placed an order to be delivered to work as Hermes in my area are beyond useless and items never arrive, (yet they use a fake signature to say they have), however Studios computer system defaulted my delivery to home, called within a minute explaining to be told nothing could be changed, total BS. The call handler was very patronising and very unhelpful, so after years of being a customer, I will never use them again.

Placed an order and chased it not going to be delivered to mid Dec when expected much sooner. Rang and unfortunately not fully understanding me. Happy to take money but not deliver on time. Will avoid in future

My items was dispatched on the 20 November 2019 it's now 3 decmber 2019 no items paid in full not happy all I get told sorry I have email 3 times no response just would like a full refund and delivery cost as well which I paid for

I received a message to my item would be delivered on the 2nd I took the day off work never left the house they said would be delivered today the 3rd my day off work again spent the whole day in the house to still not receive my item again Iā€™m NOT happy

I rong studio over the interests their keep putting it up by Ā£25 each month I tell them I not paying that interests their said its interest on top of interest I said you cant do that I said I want to sort this out their not having not of it I put the phone down please dont get nothink off this studio I rong me 10 time I suffer with panic attacks their put me in hospital

Itā€™s not studio itself but the shocking service you get from Hermes delivery service. I asked for my parcel to be delivered to my work address, which is manned from 8 to 6.30pm. They said they attempted to deliver 3 times to the Windsor office, which they did not. On the third attempt we actually saw the van pull up in front of the office but did not deliver. When I rang studio straight away, they really couldnā€™t/didnā€™t want to help to resolve this. Clearly the Hermes driver was lying and didnā€™t for whatever reason, did not want to stop to deliver this parcel. Do not use Studio for as long as they are using Hermes Delivery service as they are clearly not employing reputable employees!!

They sent the wrong item but would not allow free returns unless collected which was a 2 working day window. I managed to arrange to work from home but item not collected. Apparently I canā€™t drop it into the returns place myself which is very near my home and they wonā€™t reimburse unless I await the unreliable collection. Avoid!!!

Disguising company, ordered my wedding ring, first time order, they lost it on the day it was meant to be delivered, was told I had to wait 4 weeks for my money back after complaining I received it back after stressing, but ended up with lots of stress to find another ring on time, and also had to pay extra to get it engraved, please don't use this company, unless you want to be disappointed.

Items are generally more expensive than elsewhere online. I didn't mind paying a little extra if you can pay for the items over time. But when you do they add on huge interest charges every month even when you pay more than the minimum monthly payment. So by the the time you pay off your balance you end up paying 100s of pounds in interest. AVOID!!

Do not use this company. Disgusting service. Ordered chest of drawers, said could deliver in 10 days. Then emailed to say didnt have a dely date. Asked for refund, 10 days and 2 calls and theyve said tgeyve only just requested a refund. Please dont use them!!

awful company, so far i've called and made complaints, emailed complaints, put a trust pilot review and have had to result in asking my bank to dispute the payment for a refund as Studio cancelled my order, won't assist in resolving the issue, so i'm out of pocket by Ā£300. Totally unacceptable and poor customer service.

Joke company.Avoid at all costs. Bought 2 items for Ā£280, both proved faulty, so returned both in same parcel.3 months later, and after numerous telephone calls @13p per minute and numerous emails was still being charged interest on these items and they remained on my balance.Customer services,(dont make me laugh),they are are rude,speak little English and understand less.They fob you off with lies and give you the runaround.Emails are not answered.The company claims to have tried to contact you but have not,they also claim to have replied to emails Falsehood. They charge high interest rates,and keep charging for items returned to them.this puts minimum payments up and can incur default sums.I have registered a formal complaint in writing and written to the Financial services Ombudsman. I urge every grieved customer to do the same.This will force their hand.I will never shop with them again.

Absolutely disgusting addition charge they put on each payment a month!!! Example- Ā£45 min payment Ā£29 is addition charge!!! Can see how people get in debt when you have companies like this!!!! They said online they will contact me to make them look good but heard nothing, just shocking!!!!

Most unsatisfactory company ever, charge you for things you dont recieve and let you fight it out...they add crazy hidden charges to your account which your not told about...products extremely overpriced too and Lord help you if you need their customer services...they're redirected to the Phillipines. I had to threaten court action before I got any satisfaction and they and you will struggle to understand you or your call..STAY AWAY.

Please do not order from this company. Took my money on the 18th October despite my order not being in stock. Had to call 5 times and still do not have my money back. You get through to a customer team that canā€™t even understand you. I will never ever shop with them again and I will make sure I tell as many people as possible. Just donā€™t do it

If I could give this company minus 10 stars, I wouldnā€™t Iā€™d give them minus 20! Like other people said, cancelled item and still receive dispatch email. Customer service people are awful. They donā€™t understand what you are telling them and you canā€™t understand there replies. Received wrong order. Called to tell them it was wrong. Asked them to send the correct order to which they said they would. Only to receive confirmation email of the wrong order again! Called to cancel but they now say I will have to receive the order and send it back before I can get refund. The whole process is shocking and Iā€™d tell anyone to avoid at all costs.
