I placed an order for 4 items with studio in October 2022, when delivered it said it contains 4 items but it only had 2, I rang studio they apologised asked if I’d like to reorder the missing items which I did, they said they would deduct the first 2 missing ones from my account, when the reordered items arrived I paid in full so my account balance was zero, next time I looked they had put the reordered items on the new statement, I have rang, messaged back and forth being told ever time I must say very politely and full of apologies that this has now been refunded to my account and will show up on my account with in days, it wasn’t sorted, next thing I’m charged for late payments on top of what they say now owe, I have terminal cancer and want to sort out all bills for my wife, the last email from them was to say send a letter with loads of details so my wife can deal with my account. I have been with studio a few years, when we heard they were struggling we placed orders just to support them, but I think they must of changed hands. Just don’t bother with them it’s not worth it

I have no idea how this company are still allowed to trade. Ordered 3 weeks ago and my order still hasn’t been dispatched. Delivery times on my confirmation email state 5-10 days. Have spoken to numerous clueless people at customer service who all refuse to refund me DESPITE sending them screenshots of the consumer regulations that state I should receive a full refund as they have broken their ‘contract’ to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Here’s an example of a reply from said clueless person… Don’t bother ordering from Studio, they don’t deliver your order then refuse to refund you… ‘Thanks for sending us a message. I know the urgency of this situation. I regret to inform you that we are unable to process any refund or cancel the items. When the items will be delivered contact us back to arrange collection. Thanks, Christine’ DONT ORDER, the prices are low because they don’t supply the items!!

Worst company ever. Waited 15 days and items still not dispatched. Customer Service are awful, won't issue refund and never an available manager. Please avoid shopping here!

I ordered 3 items on the 26th November which should have been delivered in 6-10 days, upon tracking the parcels evri stated they collected them on the 28th November so everyone was OK. . .or so I thought! I waited patiently for 12 days for my items to be delivered then contacted customer service to find out where my items were. Customer services are based in the Philippines and have no contact details for evri except the tracking info, I asked for a refund which they refused as they couldn't refund me until the items I ordered were returned( so basically if they are missing in transit I won't get a refund) the only resolution I was given was to wait upto 30 days for my parcels to arrive after already waiting 3 weeks! 🤷‍♂️ studio has to be the most unorganised company I've ever used and I wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering from them. So as it stands I have to wait until the items are returned, that's if evri haven't lost them before I can ask for a refund. As soon as I've had my refund my account will be closed and I will shop elsewhere!

LOST BY COURIERS ITEMS have to wait 30 days of investigation before a refund Order a watch should be delivered at the latest the 30/11/22 raise a complain that it not delivered and now have to wait for investigation is finished up to 30 days and then get a refund. There go a Christmas present in these expensive times. FUNNY PART IS THAT WHEN GIVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY CALL YOU IN A FEW HOURS BUT HAVE NO TIME AND WILL NOT REPLACE LOST ITEMS BY COURIERS. IF YOU BUY AND PAY FROM STUDIO THIS MEANS THAT STUDIO GO IN A LAWFUL AGREEMENT AND HAVE TO DELIVER THE GOOD IN THE AGREED TIME.

Waited almost a month for delivery and customer service in India couldn't understand my English was so frustrating.no help at all endup up ,parcel lost so re ordered now that ones late Cs told me def coming monday but never came then told same yesterday 100% def def but mo show again nowbeen told def 100% coming today .its a joke!!! Fuming

Absolutely disgusting company purchased a phone faulty sent back with the shipping label you provided me 8 weeks later over 100 emails 32 phone calls still no refund gone missing through the shipping company evri have proof of sending on which has been emailed numerous times now I have contacted ombudsman

3 weeks late delivery told them to cancel multiple times they told me 1st time that they will arrange free collection then today's email said I must pay to send it back bearing in mind I already paid £5 p&p which was already over schedule

still haven't received my Nintendo switch or games i ordered the tracking number is invalid even the own company cant track it says it should of been delivered by the 1st December 2022 still nothing i'm now awaiting a refund but takes 14 working days still no switch they said its hermes/evri they use but they haven't got no parcel apparently

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Absolute con company. Bought a Christmas tree for the children at school. 12 days later product had still not arrived. Studio would not refund or resend item, ignored emails and said they would begin an investigation that could take 30 days. Which would be January. As I have no money, the children now have no tree. To make matters worse. They said, if the tree turned up, I would have to pay to return it for a refund! Big Fat Con.

Got sent the wrong items was suppose to receive a 3kg item ended up receiving a 34kg item and I went to lift it thinking it was my light item ended up hurting my back badly I'm 62 years old with alot of health problems and was left in pain for weeks and they said its not there problem even know they sent the wrong item and labelled it with my item information I'm suppose to have xray vision and see though a box they have no respect or duty of care for there customers they only care about money

I have bought a bed frame from here which was very poor quality. There was a missing screw, a mark on the headboard and a couple of the wood slats were slightly splitting. I have contacted studio regarding this on many occasions via email with each time a different person responding not making sense to what I wrote, therefore having to re explain all over again just to receive an answer from a completely different agent. In few of the emails I explained I work 8 am to 5pm therefore I cannot talk during these hours best to get my after 5pm or any time at the weekend. The context of the emails were ignored, I received an email each time saying somone attempted to contact me with no success. Each time I replied with a time best to get a hold of me. This went on for a couple of weeks, one of the agents then offered a 10 % discount which I accepted as I felt I was getting nowhere. I wasn't listened to and felt drained at this point. A week or so later one of the bed slats broke, I contacted studio to advise them I would like to return the bed for a refund or a replacement to wich shocked me there was no warranty on the bed because I accepted a 10%. If somone informed me prior to acceptance of the discount I would have never accepted it, I just feel that this was done to flog me off and getbrid of bad stock. I feel scammed I'm left with a broken bed lost money and have to buy a new bed as it continues to fall apart with more slats breaking. I will not shop here again. I got a call few days ago to inform me nothing can be done which is appalling. Multimillion company leaving an individual with lost money and broken bed especially in today's economy and cost of living crisis.

These absolute scum of a company has taken our money and not delivered the item. They just say excuse after excuse but not deal with it. We ordered a duvet cause ours got ruined and being winter it's a must but these incompetent neglectful company have left us waiting weeks and weeks and still not dealt with it. With the time of the year and how tight things are with money we can't buy another until we get out money back so and due to this my daughter and her mum are ill. These are an absolute bloody disgrace and we will be reporting them to trading standards and anywhere else we can

I ordered from Studio.co.uk 12 days ago and even don't been shipped(Q&A delivery time 3-7days) When I ask by email where is my parcel and why don't been shipped yet they just send me link to Q&A. Horrible service never will buy anything from there. Don't wastage your money and time.

Return a parcel on the 13th of September. Collected by Hermes or Evri. Organised by Studio customer service itself. It has been a nightmare to deal with Customer service. Keep asking the same question and info, passed from department to department. Keep hearing it will 7 - 10 days to process but end up being blanked. Fed up with phoning and chasing customer service. When returning something to Studio, please go to the post office or get proof of return. Up to now I have not heard anything, or anyone been in touch to let me know what is happening with my return. When you don't pay or settle your account, you will receive a text, email or possibly a phone call and be charged late payment fees. However, when it comes to dealing with return, the service is absolutely poor and non-existent.

LET DOWN YET AGAIN. WHAT A COMPLETE SHOWER OF BROWN STUFF THIS COMPANY IS. ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS AS ALL IN STOCK ON THEIR WEB SITE ONLY TO GET EMAIL 2 DAYS LATER THAT HALF THE ITEMS ORDERED ERRE OUT OF STOCK. FOUND SIMILAIR ITEMS ON OTHER SHOPPING SITES AT LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE THEY WERE SELLING FOR EVEN ON BLACK FRIDAY. WHAT A WASTE OF VALUABLE TIME. SHAME ON STUDIO AS THIS HAS HAPPENED ON A FEW OCCASIONS. NO MORE FOR ME, NO WONDER THEY CALLED IN THE ADMINISTRATORS. I HAVE CANCELLED THE WHOLE ORDER AND SHUT DOWN MY ACCOUNT. GOOD RIDDANCE.

Disgusting company, first time using them and they took my £144 without any intention of processing my order! Told me I had to wait for my account application to be processed and refused to cancel the application and refund me, told I should wait for the money to bounce back! Had no issue taking the full payment but no acknowledgment of payment other than the screenshot I took and bank statement, I also do have an account as I am able to login and have an account number! Told to write to www.studio.co.uk which is obviously their website STAY CLEAR OF THESE MONEY GRABBERS! First and last time I will use them
