If I could give a zero I would No contact no goods and if I try to contact then I need to scroll through a date of birth bit by bit and as I'm 55 it's taking me 2o min so far as it starts at 2021 and I'm still not there My first and last purchase I run my own business and I'd have gone under if I followed this It's not acceptable

I brought a bedroom set i waited a few weeks for it . They kept putting it off . When it finally arrived it was damaged so bad . When my son inlaw rang them up to tell them they said they would give us a credit note of 100 pound to spend. MY daughter then rang them up and said no way did they say that . Well my daughter told them to listern to the call . NO WAY WOULD I EVER BE ODERING ANYTHING FROM STUDIO AGAIN .

Returned a fire in May 2021 in August 2021 still waiting fir a refund despite ridiculous amount of emails calls .... Disgusting company never again....loks like been a court case to get our money .....

I returned a treadmill that broke within 5 months of purchase. The return went smoothly enough but I'm still waiting for a refund. They insist that I have been refunded and I sent credit card statements to prove that I hadn't. Every time I contact them they say they will escalate my complaint to the appropriate department always polite and full of apologies but nothing happens. I'm just going around in circles here. I won't let this go they owe me ,£205! I'm taking it further. Avoid this company at all costs! Like others have said I wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase.

Terrible customer service and company won’t buy anything or won’t recommend again we have paid for 40£ for our order but we didn’t get any first time we contacted they said within 7 days you will get your money back second time they said oh sorry we can’t see any details about your payment .please don’t buy anything from them or don’t order online

I ordered a garden parasol on Wednesday Cash went out of account Thursday Phoned on Monday o check delivery to be told order cancelled on Friday _out of stock. No reply when I asked when I would have been told. I now have to wait five days for my money back Customer relations complete zero.!!

Saved by Experian. Must admit I hadn't heard of Studio before I wanted to buy an espresso maker from them; offered at a £10 off discount and free delivery. In order to do that I had to apply for a credit account. Despite my superb credit, 999 out of 999, rating with Experian I received an 'application refused' email. Having read these reviews I can only thank Experian for saving me from what might have become a less than ideal buying experience.

Terrible company, microwave set cancelled after waiting 3 week, so ordered another... still waiting 3 weeks later again. Still not been sent to hermes. Joke of a company

When my order arrived one item was completely different to the item ordered, I emailed and they rang immediately and reordered the item and I the wrong item back, everytime I emailed they replied that they were sending it to the relevant department, I then heard nothing until I emailed again and got the same reply this happened numerous times, then I had an email asking for feedback which I did, then this week I have received 2 emails stating they want paying and will charge extra if they don't receive it but won't reply to my emails saying all I want is to pay for what I have received, they are making no effort or even getting in touch to try and resolve this. I would not even give it 1 star and will never shop with them again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting company! Received my ps5 today and the ps5 box was destroyed. Bundle extras were missing and all seals broken. Offered to pick it up or 10% off = £58 but voids warranty absolute joke! Nope have to go on the hunt again for another thanks studio!

All the t-shirts I ordered from you shrank in the wash. A kettle almost fell to pieces - the lid came off together with the handle! A clock arrived damaged. Trust Pilot has my review.

Ordered 2 sun beds never arrived Hermes picked them up but then nothing. After wasting time and money speaking to customer services paid using there credit offer. Only had money put back into account after giving them formal notice of court proceedings and reporting to financial ombudsman

The delivery is very quick even for garden items, I bought the trellis and Havana 4 piece set and it looks really decent for the pride east to assemble also would highly recommend

I ordered a fit bit for my partner which never arrived. I was credited the money back on my account "eventually" and I ordered another fitbit for her. This one never arrived either. It took FOREVER to get through to customer services and they just talk to you like robots. I ordered a large mirror that was smashed to smithereens when it arrived. I wish I had read all these reviews before using studio. I will not be ordering anything from them again!! Terrible service. Terrible company. Incompetent staff.

I would give zero!! I never write reviews but feel that people should be warned against buying from Studio and I wish I read these reviews first. I ordered a mud kitchen for the children just before Christmas. I liked this one because it had a tap that would pump out water, I was also tempted by the offer of 20% off if I opened an account. I thought that would be great as I’d pay it off straight away. So I ordered the item and the full amount was paid the next day. The item arrived a couple of weeks later but I wasn’t happy with how flawed it was so I asked for a replacement which was agreed and delivered (left outside my door). They added the cost of the replacement item to the account, so I phoned and they said it’ll be deducted from The account once the item was received back in their warehouse. I thought fair enough (but don’t know why they it wasn’t collected when the replacement was delivered!) I waited for the original item to be collected, but instead, another arrived! So I had three mud kitchen in my actual kitchen. They had also added the cost of the extra mud kitchen to the account. After opening the replacement, this was also poor quality (split wood), so I opened the third and found that that was ok (so it was lucky they did send a third as it saved me another phone call!). I called them and told them to collect the two extra items, clear the clear the account and delete the account as I won’t buy from them again. After a week or so, The two items were collected and I waited for my account to be cleared. I waited two weeks then emailed to say clear and close the account. They agreed again and this time they did remove to amount on the account. I was thankful it was over and I made a mental note to never shop with them again. 7 months later I receive a statement saying I owe £13.50! I phoned (took ages!) and asked why they think I owe them money, they said it was interest as I paid late! I explained that it was paid off the day after I ordered and therefore owe them nothing. The call handler went to talk to someone and put me on hold. When she came back to me, she told me that the account will be cleared with 2-3 days. Im not holding out much hope and expect they’ll send another statement!! The mud kitchen isn’t even that good. the tap gets jammed from the mud and the cupboard door doesn’t shut and keeps swinging open!! I wish I’d just paid the extra £20 and saved myself a lot of grief! Actually, I just wish I never bought from them in the first place! Awful company, don’t know how they get away with it!!

I'm pretty sure I paid it up in full, yet they saying its a credit account so it goes onto your credit. Shocking to learn they didnt take the payment, but used it to put onto credit. Customer service is a complete joke ! I wanted to speak to a manager, kept on hold for 27 mins, then tried to ring back, and my calls were not going through. AVOID THIS ROGUE COMPANY !!!!

I am so dissatisfied with this company. I am trying in vain to return an item. I’ve been given many collection dates but nothing ever happens. All the staff do is keep apologising. A complaint has been raised with them but still they don’t collect my goods. They refuse to give me my money back until the goods are returned. BUT they won’t let me return them. I am £250 out of pocket. They are promising yet again to pick it up tomorrow but I don’t believe it will be collected. This was the first thing I ordered from them and it will be the last. All I want is my refund. As a company they are keen to take your money, but when an item becomes faulty they don’t care at all.

Terrible company, I have been with studio for years and it’s only this past year they have been shocking. Keep saying I am behind with my payments when I am actually paying 2 payments in one month sometimes, customer services are a joke they speak over you and try and convince you they are right and you are wrong.I have also waited 9 weeks for a parcel to be picked up and just keep getting told it will be next working day, if I could of carried the big heavy 8 ft parasol to post office I would of but it wouldn’t of fitted in my car.numerous phone calls and emails to this company and they just not helping, if I could afford to pay it off I would but despite my extra payments the balance doesn't seem to be shifting.

Absolutely dreadful- do NOT order from them. Customer service,refunds system and actually getting money back the worst retail experience I’ve ever had ( and I’m 50 plus ). Poor quality products too. I’m going back to Amazon pronto. Will NEVER use studio again but will harangue them until I get all the money back due to me.

It's just a pure scam. They get your returned item back and never refund your money. Stay away! Bad quality products and wrong sizing, too.
