I ordered a fit bit for my partner which never arrived. I was credited the money back on my account "eventually" and I ordered another fitbit for her. This one never arrived either. It took FOREVER to get through to customer services and they just talk to you like robots. I ordered a large mirror that was smashed to smithereens when it arrived. I wish I had read all these reviews before using studio. I will not be ordering anything from them again!! Terrible service. Terrible company. Incompetent staff.

I would give zero!! I never write reviews but feel that people should be warned against buying from Studio and I wish I read these reviews first. I ordered a mud kitchen for the children just before Christmas. I liked this one because it had a tap that would pump out water, I was also tempted by the offer of 20% off if I opened an account. I thought that would be great as I’d pay it off straight away. So I ordered the item and the full amount was paid the next day. The item arrived a couple of weeks later but I wasn’t happy with how flawed it was so I asked for a replacement which was agreed and delivered (left outside my door). They added the cost of the replacement item to the account, so I phoned and they said it’ll be deducted from The account once the item was received back in their warehouse. I thought fair enough (but don’t know why they it wasn’t collected when the replacement was delivered!) I waited for the original item to be collected, but instead, another arrived! So I had three mud kitchen in my actual kitchen. They had also added the cost of the extra mud kitchen to the account. After opening the replacement, this was also poor quality (split wood), so I opened the third and found that that was ok (so it was lucky they did send a third as it saved me another phone call!). I called them and told them to collect the two extra items, clear the clear the account and delete the account as I won’t buy from them again. After a week or so, The two items were collected and I waited for my account to be cleared. I waited two weeks then emailed to say clear and close the account. They agreed again and this time they did remove to amount on the account. I was thankful it was over and I made a mental note to never shop with them again. 7 months later I receive a statement saying I owe £13.50! I phoned (took ages!) and asked why they think I owe them money, they said it was interest as I paid late! I explained that it was paid off the day after I ordered and therefore owe them nothing. The call handler went to talk to someone and put me on hold. When she came back to me, she told me that the account will be cleared with 2-3 days. Im not holding out much hope and expect they’ll send another statement!! The mud kitchen isn’t even that good. the tap gets jammed from the mud and the cupboard door doesn’t shut and keeps swinging open!! I wish I’d just paid the extra £20 and saved myself a lot of grief! Actually, I just wish I never bought from them in the first place! Awful company, don’t know how they get away with it!!

I'm pretty sure I paid it up in full, yet they saying its a credit account so it goes onto your credit. Shocking to learn they didnt take the payment, but used it to put onto credit. Customer service is a complete joke ! I wanted to speak to a manager, kept on hold for 27 mins, then tried to ring back, and my calls were not going through. AVOID THIS ROGUE COMPANY !!!!

I am so dissatisfied with this company. I am trying in vain to return an item. I’ve been given many collection dates but nothing ever happens. All the staff do is keep apologising. A complaint has been raised with them but still they don’t collect my goods. They refuse to give me my money back until the goods are returned. BUT they won’t let me return them. I am £250 out of pocket. They are promising yet again to pick it up tomorrow but I don’t believe it will be collected. This was the first thing I ordered from them and it will be the last. All I want is my refund. As a company they are keen to take your money, but when an item becomes faulty they don’t care at all.

Terrible company, I have been with studio for years and it’s only this past year they have been shocking. Keep saying I am behind with my payments when I am actually paying 2 payments in one month sometimes, customer services are a joke they speak over you and try and convince you they are right and you are wrong.I have also waited 9 weeks for a parcel to be picked up and just keep getting told it will be next working day, if I could of carried the big heavy 8 ft parasol to post office I would of but it wouldn’t of fitted in my car.numerous phone calls and emails to this company and they just not helping, if I could afford to pay it off I would but despite my extra payments the balance doesn't seem to be shifting.

Absolutely dreadful- do NOT order from them. Customer service,refunds system and actually getting money back the worst retail experience I’ve ever had ( and I’m 50 plus ). Poor quality products too. I’m going back to Amazon pronto. Will NEVER use studio again but will harangue them until I get all the money back due to me.

It's just a pure scam. They get your returned item back and never refund your money. Stay away! Bad quality products and wrong sizing, too.

Wish I had read these reviews before using Studio. It looks like this was a reasonably trustworthy company but in the last six months has gone seriously downhill on quality, reliability and ethics. Here’s my tale to add to the scores of others on here. Ordered a play centre for our nephews last November which took ages to arrive but they love, even though it wasn’t the best quality (turns out 18 month olds aren’t snobs!). Awesome. Was offered money off if I took the credit account which made sense - figured it could be useful for credit building, especially if the items were decent quality, as I could keep using it. Paid in full the day after ordering, the second the balance showed on my account. Haven’t used it since. Received a statement showing nil balance at the end of the year. Happy days. Just received another statement yesterday showing an £8.48 balance which was apparently interest on the £36 purchase that they had extended credit for, for less than 24 hours, a whole seven months ago. Say what? Even your less-than-friendly neighbourhood loan shark isn’t going to charge you that much. That statement estimates that I’ll have an interest payment on my next statement as well even if I pay it by the due date, presumably for the balance on this statement (which is just pure interest - I’ve not bought anything in the interim period). How can you be charged interest on something when you’ve paid it off in full within the due period? I’d love to tell you their answer on that if anyone ever picked up the phone. While there is sometimes hold music, I’ve been sat on a mostly silent line for over forty-five minutes now. Lesson learned: check Trustpilot next time before taking the plunge into a credit agreement with a reasonably unknown company. While that works out absolutely fine nine times out of ten, this time it bit me on the butt. I’ll be paying the amount and closing the account. They’ve actually offered to double the credit limit to £1,000 on the very same statement that tries to scam me out of dodgy interest payments. Ha! Sorry. Nope. Stay away - non-existent customer service, seriously dodgy credit practices and the quality isn’t good enough to warrant taking a chance that you might be one of the lucky ones. Not worth the hassle!

My boyfriend ordered an item on 29/05 it's now the end of June and still nothing. They took the money on 2nd June but keep putting the delivery date off. If we ever receive the item I will update my review.

I bought 1 pair of leggings and two bras (same size and style). All 3 were delivered at different times?? The bras were £10 each and had good reviews. Just recieved them and I shocked at the poor quality. They look awful and have no support. The cups have an extremely cheap and thin fabric, which offers no support. The straps just have no firmness. Just a very poor quality product. Better quality in Prinmark. The leggings are also made from a cgeap and nasty fabric. I bought 6 t shirts last year and the quality was great. However these products are just awful.

Things I've ordered so far shoddy and damaged. Phoned them today to say their items are showing a lower price but as soon as add to basket they shoot up in price. Called twice, and twice they suddenly acted as if they couldn't hear me.bad actors as well as bad quality of items they sell

Last September I stupidly bough an iPhone from these, when received the screen was damaged so it was duly returned. No credit on my account, so chased them only to find that they had not received the phone. Sent them all the tracking details and here we are at the end of June and still no refund. I have called no less than 9 times each being told we are truly surely sorry. I have today called them and that court action will be taken in two weeks if monies are not returned KEEP AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS

I have had two recliner chairs for over a month now . Tried to get studio to pick them as one did not recline so wasn't interested in the second chair didn't open it . But I have called customer service countless time .I get the same response each time wait 7 working days for pick up. But no pick up .so after a month I have had enough .I have been a customer of studio for ex amount of years but never again will I order from them I have lost all faith in them .

Ordered an electric beer dispenser for 89.99. Description said that the beer dispenser accepted 5litre universal kegs. Checked online and there were no such kegs. So tried to cancel the order. Order could not be cancelled and item was shipped. Looked good when arrived. Ordered a variety of five litre kegs and non worked in this dispenser. Instructions referred to a plastic cap on top of the beer keg and there was no such thing. Out of pocket 200. Returned the item still to hear back, Checked everywhere for the manufacturer of this item and lo and behold Amazon used to be the supplier. Item no longer available on Amazon so I wonder if Amazon also dumps items of to studio when they’re taking up too much space. I have refused the £10 compensation from studio customer service on the day of my call as accepting this means I have no right to claim full compensation through a formal process. Previously also bought a tiki bar from this company which looked second hand on arrival and I hand to fix it myself. Was also wrapped in packing film. Will never use this catalogue again. I do not trust this company.

Absolute waste of time customer service. First and last time ever ordering from them. Still waiting on order to be shipped almost 2 weeks now. Told repeatedly to wait, order cannot be cancelled, etc. A right joke this company is. Do not recommend to anyone!

They reckon that I owe £9.82 interest despite paying for the item in full before they had approved me for any credit. They started sending statements mentioning the interest 10 months after the item was purchased. They have ignored all contact regarding this & it shows on my credit report despite me NOT owing this money.

,For my experience is ok. I was order PS5. They little late for responding confirmed e-mail back. And about delivery system (supplier directly ), It ‘s hard to tracking parcel. However , I got my PS5 within 3day and everything fine. So It ‘s ok for me .

Id i could give 0 stars i would. Have contacted this company numerous times to collect a patio set that was delivered to me smashed up back in March. Get the same response from customer service and nobody is interested or ever turns up to collect it. Starting to think I'm going to not be getting my money back - total scam. AVOID!
