Worse customer service i have EVER experienced! Ordered an item on the 5th of oct, on the 9th got an email to advise that it is with hermes, logged on to hermes on the 7th and it advised there is a problem but we will have your order with you within 24 hours, 3 days passed and no update and hermes stating the same, I have sent 4 emails and no reply and I called up and the customer service adviser just advised to wait for it to work its way through the system... well 9 days since I was told it was coming I still do not have the item!

Aweful company i ordered item online still waiting for delivery . Called uo customer service who said order never been placed or was cancelled although i habe confirmation email of order . disorganised studio steer away

We bought a table in May/June, it came damaged, marks all over, we took photos and sent them to studio, chased them up umpteen times, 4 months later and still no help, absolutly appauling customer service, lesson learnt we won't be using studio ever again!!

I bought a TV, unpacked it pluged it in and guess what, it didnt work, i got intouch with customer service, she was going to charge me for sending it back, haha, i told her im paying for nothing, then the collection charge was dropped, she asked me if i wanted a replacement, i said yes, only that the tv had gone up in price, as when i orderd it it was on special offer, i told her to forget it, i dont buy from Studio that much, had an account for years and only had about 5 items, 3 of them damaged on arrival, i have now asked them to cancel my account, total and utter rubbish being sold on here

Ordered a halogen oven which shattered whilst cooking within 1 month of purchase. Contacted studio. They raised a complaint asked for photos which were supplied. They rang me I answered and spoke to the woman I think her name was tracy. Few weeks later tracy sent me an email to say the case has been closed as she could not get in touch with me! This is after speaking to her on the phone and emailing her multiple times! Also if you try writing a negative review on your product on their website it wont be published! So the halogen oven I ordered has 5 star reviews all round because they wont publish the negative ones! Totally corrupt company. They will never see my money ever again. And tracy is useless!

Account with financial Ombudsman In jun payed so balance dropped to 710 from 833 come sep my balance increased alot the company is a joke an are robbing money it costs to phone the company I have screen shot evidence I've not purchased anything since jun an I've made payments before due day my account now should be around 500 its still 771 since 5th sep my account again dropped to 744 but then on statement says 762 been like 3 to 6 months since I purchased anything an have made like £49.99 payments but this is silly my last payment of £45 odd but interested of £56 odd how

Customer service is an embarrassment, they are rude and extremely unhelpful, waiting for a refund on a faulty item which took them 6 weeks to collect!

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a Sherpa hoodie for my daughters birthday which was to be delivered within 10 days. Email received to say it was delayed therefore arriving days after needed. Delayed again and now cancelled. Prior to cancellation I made 3 chase calls to customer services and all 3 times got someone who had a very poor understanding of the English language and was clearly just reading a pre-prepared response. Emailed them with my complaint to which I got an automatic reply which said we will reply within 7 days, still no reply 20 days on. Never again will I order from this company. Shocking

Just received order from studio 5 pair personalise pjs and slippers when thy took the order said all was in stock pair pjs and slippers missing phoned them said out of stock can't return order as personalised so I have 1 grankid left out not happy with service at all should not have took order in first place when thy said all was in stock and now tell me out of stock last order thy will receive from me

I previously had an account with studio, I was really happy to start with due to the deals they had for Xmas, but then after my account was all cleared in November last year I have statements arrive in April telling me I owed money on my account for interest, which I was really shocked by as I always paid my items straight away. I called studio customer Care and was told this was not meant to be in my account And that it would be sorted, I then kept received demand letters to make the payment whichI refused to do as I didn’t own them anything which they confirmed they didn’t seem to k ow how to correct the account do it didn’t keep saying I owed money, then I notice that it kept saying I deducted on the payments which then impacted on my credit score, you have to be very careful of this company as they don’t really care about there customer , to them your just another little coin pot they can scam and make money off, such a shame the owners let it happen I’m sure they would not like it if this was there family members money or maybe they are so corrupt they would not even care about them either, good luck to anyone using them and check you interest rate and they put loads of these up on account without telling customer,

I ordered Sherbourne coffee table, nest of tables and display cabinet. All were delivered but separately and over 3 consecutive days. The nest of tables came first. They were assembled and were great! Then the coffee table came the next day. It was assembled and there was a sticker on the top of the table saying do not sit on the coffee table. I tried to peel it off and it took the wood effect off! I received the display cabinet the following day and started assembling it. One piece of the cabinet which runs down the front of it was snapped but not completely, tempered glass on the cabinet window is printed upside down, there were 3 noticable marks (I purchased the blue set so all marks stand out). I had to pay for the assembly of the furniture and when it was finally assembled I was furious! I have seen better quality furniture in a dolls house! I wrote to studio and they offered a replacement and collection of faulty goods and 10% discount!!! Which meant I had to get someone to dismantle it all, buy packaging for it, send it back and get someone to assemble it again. I explained to them that I was not willing to pay for assembly and packing again! The quality is very poor and its well over priced! I got at least 3 responses each time offering the same answer! They were ignoring my response completely! I am not getting someone to assemble this cheap nasty over priced rubbish! I have used Studio for a few years now and this has really put me off! I got them patched up and stencils put on the them to cover the marks! They will do for now! I will never buy furniture from this com[any again!

So I had an account, no problems, then I started seeing that other people’s accounts were getting hacked but I didn’t worry as I’m so careful. Well I discovered my account was hacked as they changed my email address! This was back at the beginning of may, their phones were off (Covid as an excuse) and didn’t respond to emails. So I kicked off on their Facebook page and mid June I was offered £50 compensation and they’d open a new account and move my balance over. Didn’t hear from them again until September when I had an arrears letter! I still didn’t have the details to pay and they still had their phones off and ignored emails, so I then kicked off on Facebook again. They promised to credit my account for £50 and correct my credit file (they also hadn’t closed my hacked account). 4 weeks on and they’re still ignoring me and I still have the incorrect info on my credit file. Studio you suck

Firstly I couldn’t get credit as they said I have poor credit score, my credit score is perfect! This must be why they didn’t issue credit as they knew they wouldn’t make from me. Then my order was faulty but trying to get it back for a refund is a joke! It’s just one big scam stay away.

I put an order they took my money immediately but they they had to approve me to actually process the order. And in the meanwhile they already have my money! After that they said it takes 10 days for the order to arrive. I called customer services and their system was not working and passed me from representative to representative, all with issues with their system they couldn’t cancel my order or registration. AVOID AVOID

I purchased a lawnmower back in April 2020. The item is no longer working, I emailed studio and had no reply, I decided to phone them, the person who answered my call, Couldn’t really speak English, nor could she understand it considering the amount of time I had to repeat my name, account number, why I’m calling, eventually after going off the phone for the 5th time I was told that someone would contact me about a replacement, that was over a week ago and no one has called me. Cheap clothes and cheap electrical items are what studio are all about. I will be taking my complaint to the ombudsman and trading standards and will not stop until I have my money back or a replacement. Do it use this company.

I ordered a TV which wasn't available for 10 days. They then cancelled the order by e mail as not now available. Asked for refund. No response. Then message to say it wasn't cancelled after all and they will send it in 5 days. I bought a TV elsewhere when they cancelled but they have not refunded my money. They seem to be completely inefficient and incompetent and took money without completing the contract. Will contact credit card company tomorrow unless they respond and refund today. Utterly useless.
