I previously had an account with studio, I was really happy to start with due to the deals they had for Xmas, but then after my account was all cleared in November last year I have statements arrive in April telling me I owed money on my account for interest, which I was really shocked by as I always paid my items straight away. I called studio customer Care and was told this was not meant to be in my account And that it would be sorted, I then kept received demand letters to make the payment whichI refused to do as I didn’t own them anything which they confirmed they didn’t seem to k ow how to correct the account do it didn’t keep saying I owed money, then I notice that it kept saying I deducted on the payments which then impacted on my credit score, you have to be very careful of this company as they don’t really care about there customer , to them your just another little coin pot they can scam and make money off, such a shame the owners let it happen I’m sure they would not like it if this was there family members money or maybe they are so corrupt they would not even care about them either, good luck to anyone using them and check you interest rate and they put loads of these up on account without telling customer,

I ordered Sherbourne coffee table, nest of tables and display cabinet. All were delivered but separately and over 3 consecutive days. The nest of tables came first. They were assembled and were great! Then the coffee table came the next day. It was assembled and there was a sticker on the top of the table saying do not sit on the coffee table. I tried to peel it off and it took the wood effect off! I received the display cabinet the following day and started assembling it. One piece of the cabinet which runs down the front of it was snapped but not completely, tempered glass on the cabinet window is printed upside down, there were 3 noticable marks (I purchased the blue set so all marks stand out). I had to pay for the assembly of the furniture and when it was finally assembled I was furious! I have seen better quality furniture in a dolls house! I wrote to studio and they offered a replacement and collection of faulty goods and 10% discount!!! Which meant I had to get someone to dismantle it all, buy packaging for it, send it back and get someone to assemble it again. I explained to them that I was not willing to pay for assembly and packing again! The quality is very poor and its well over priced! I got at least 3 responses each time offering the same answer! They were ignoring my response completely! I am not getting someone to assemble this cheap nasty over priced rubbish! I have used Studio for a few years now and this has really put me off! I got them patched up and stencils put on the them to cover the marks! They will do for now! I will never buy furniture from this com[any again!

So I had an account, no problems, then I started seeing that other people’s accounts were getting hacked but I didn’t worry as I’m so careful. Well I discovered my account was hacked as they changed my email address! This was back at the beginning of may, their phones were off (Covid as an excuse) and didn’t respond to emails. So I kicked off on their Facebook page and mid June I was offered £50 compensation and they’d open a new account and move my balance over. Didn’t hear from them again until September when I had an arrears letter! I still didn’t have the details to pay and they still had their phones off and ignored emails, so I then kicked off on Facebook again. They promised to credit my account for £50 and correct my credit file (they also hadn’t closed my hacked account). 4 weeks on and they’re still ignoring me and I still have the incorrect info on my credit file. Studio you suck

Firstly I couldn’t get credit as they said I have poor credit score, my credit score is perfect! This must be why they didn’t issue credit as they knew they wouldn’t make from me. Then my order was faulty but trying to get it back for a refund is a joke! It’s just one big scam stay away.

I put an order they took my money immediately but they they had to approve me to actually process the order. And in the meanwhile they already have my money! After that they said it takes 10 days for the order to arrive. I called customer services and their system was not working and passed me from representative to representative, all with issues with their system they couldn’t cancel my order or registration. AVOID AVOID

I purchased a lawnmower back in April 2020. The item is no longer working, I emailed studio and had no reply, I decided to phone them, the person who answered my call, Couldn’t really speak English, nor could she understand it considering the amount of time I had to repeat my name, account number, why I’m calling, eventually after going off the phone for the 5th time I was told that someone would contact me about a replacement, that was over a week ago and no one has called me. Cheap clothes and cheap electrical items are what studio are all about. I will be taking my complaint to the ombudsman and trading standards and will not stop until I have my money back or a replacement. Do it use this company.

I ordered a TV which wasn't available for 10 days. They then cancelled the order by e mail as not now available. Asked for refund. No response. Then message to say it wasn't cancelled after all and they will send it in 5 days. I bought a TV elsewhere when they cancelled but they have not refunded my money. They seem to be completely inefficient and incompetent and took money without completing the contract. Will contact credit card company tomorrow unless they respond and refund today. Utterly useless.

Keep away from studio they take yoyr money and dont send the goods. They tell people things are instock and they aren't. Do not buy form studio

Have tried every which way to sign into my account this morning to place an order. (15plus) attempts have filled in so many times. You then say hi welcome back . (4) occasions I go to check out only to have whole process repeat again!!!! Do you ever actually check out any of your orders?

I brought wallpaper from them and have had nothing but problems since I purchased it, the delivery was taking way longer than it should, so I had to cancel and order something from elsewhere as had decorators booked. For it to turn out that Studio didn’t cancel my order and it still turned up regardless, I was then told to wait for a returns label to be posted to me whilst having delivery men turning up every day to collect the item, which I couldn’t give without the label on it. I’ve phoned them up since and been told I now don’t need a label, just need to write my information on a bit of plain paper and wait a further 14 days for collection from a different company and then another 14 days for refund! I’m never going to use this company again, it’s just been nightmare after nightmare for me during a house renovation that is already stressful enough.

Ordered laptop 22/8, due to arrive 26/8, Hermes had it, didn't even make it to the local courier, possible damage? I don't know, no one has told me. Emailed Studio, got response on 31/8 saying they had dispatched another laptop I should get it within 14 days, that was the end of the communication, I have checked my a/c several times, no laptop has been dispatched yet, today I emailed them telling them to put it somewhere where the sun don't shine. I have also stated that their "customer service" is appalling. I would like the CEO email address if anyone has it please. Studio - you don't impress me much.

Never again, received my item damaged, after 3 emails Over a weeks timespan and no reply, had to ring, 13p a minute, to be on hold for 40 mins, damaged item was a birthday present for my grandson ( after a week of trying to make contact) who’s birthday was now in 3 days, it was a mud kitchen, with one panel damaged, wouldn’t replace damaged panel, wanted me to pay again!!!! To sent out new kitchen and refund when damaged kitchen was sent back, total joke.... please be aware and don’t use this company..... !!!!!! Asked for someone higher ranking to call me regarding this matter!!!! Doubt they will!!!!... wish I had read reviews before purchasing,

NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! Granite parasol base arrived BROKEN in MAY! It's now september and I am still awaiting a refund. I had returned the damaged item. They will fob you off saying it's been escalated, THEY WILL AVOID REFUNDS AT ALL COSTS. Still out of pocket and chasing this company who are ignoring me

I am a retired professional with an occupational pension which is above minimum wage. My husband also has an occupational pension. I recently applied for an account as I wanted to buy goods to the value of £26. I have no mortgage, no credit card or loan and have never been in arrears with anything. I was refused. Out of interest I decided to apply to one of the major banks. I was approved with a credit limit 10 minutes later. Studios loss!

Placed an order and got a confirmation email that it was to be delivered in 3 days along with a tracking number. Great. After 3 days no parcel. Checked the tracking number - parcel is delayed. One week later - parcel is still delayed on no further tracking information. Called Studio 3 times - on hold for 58 minutes, emailed them, just to get told call has been escalated but nothing happens. I now have no parcel, no refund and a very large phone bill. I will be taking further action and letting every social media outlet I know of to avoid this company like the plague. I wish I'd looked on here first.

Having had them botch up big time before, I foolishly gave them another chance! Won't go into great detail, as it would take too long, but they botched up again, this time with a "missing payment" (I've ALWAYS paid the full statement amount). I furnished them with proof, which they didn't accept (?), so I went to the bank to get a copy of the paying-in slip and send that off to them, too. Three days later, I finally got confirmation that they had 'located' the payment and it was applied to my account which, miraculously, it actually was! However a further three days on, I got another email (this was about the sixth email - all from different people) to say my payment had NOT been located but, AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL, they would apply it to my account! I requested they close my account. NEVER again!

Had problems a while ago with a Birthday gift for my Grandson which was faulty. Arranged 3 times (and took these days of work) for collection, which didn't happen! Problem was solved 2 months+ later. Foolishly gave then another chance. Recently I made a payment on my account (ALWAYS paid full balance), which didn't go through and I furnished them with proof of payment (stamped statement by bank), which they didn't accept. Made 15 mile round trip to my bank and got a copy of the paying-in slip and emailed it this to them. The answer to this was that they had located the payment and applied it to my account! Two days later I got another email (from yet another person), saying they could NOT locate the payment but, as a GESTURE OF GOODWILL they would apply it to my account! Such cheek and incompetence I've never come across! Will NEVER use them again.

Worst company I’ve dealt with! Ordered a water table for my daughters 3rd birthday which was damaged and leaked! Emailed god knows how many times, called customer services, was assured it would be collected and then I’d have to wait 14 days for refund.. it wasn’t, told I’d get a £10 credit, finally just received refund after 5th call to them and after 2 months of purchase! No credit and just an email saying they were out of stock and I wouldn’t be receiving a new one!! Do not buy for this company!!

Ordered Barbeque with 5-10 day lead time on 1 August. As of today item has still not been despatched. I have rung customer service twice and they are unable to confirm when item will be delivered. I have tried to cancel the order but keep getting told it will be a week before it can be processed. Bottom line is they do not care about the customer and are only concerned with holding on to your money for as long as they can.
