Never had an issue prior to this; Placed an order on 15th November. Still waiting for my goods. Evri lost the parcel and it has been like pulling teeth to get studio to refund my money (I paid the balance to avoid late payment charges and it affecting my credit rating). I keep going around in circles, even though I provided them with the information needed and even though evri confirmed they lost my parcel, studio keeps telling me it is to be collected from my local parcelshop.

They take your money but don’t send the goods. I cannot get a refund. Customer Service is useless. Avoid unless you want to loose your money

Ordered a rug and two air fryers, received the rug and one air fryer. I’ve been trying since 2nd November to get the amount taken off my account. All emails and Facebook messages get the same reply word for word. They are now saying that my account is in arrears and charging interest and telling me to pay the amount, which I’m not doing. I have been a customer of studio since 2005 but I won’t be ordering from them again.

Item not delivered. 12 emails later over a 3 month period with all relivent information sent still no credit to my account so interest being charged. Feels as though all messages are automated so don’t think they have any staff Studio you need to read these reviews and sought yourself out because you are robbing people which makes you no more than thieves

Do not use this company Do not use this company. If things go wrong they have no complaints procedure. I ordered something in August which arrived damaged. I’ve tried to send it back but they fail to collect. They just threaten my credit rating if I don’t pay. They have no working telephone system and inadequate email responses.

3 orders missing, chasing for 6 weeks. They just keep sending same emails and not actually dealing with anything, very frustrating.....

on going issue since may 21 st with a duplicated order.I rang the next day to cancel one but was told to ring the next day ,rang again and was told they could only stop i item from being dispatched .courier delivered on the 27th may and i refused one order 3 weeks later they resent the same order again .i rang them up and a courier collected the next day but studio will not credit my account .Then telephone number discontinued and email .I have had demahds for payment from the Finanical department who has even looked at my account and said they can see the issue but cannot do anything about it as the retail is a separate company ????.This has been on going and today i received a threatening letter telling me they were sending a debt company if i did nit pay .They owed me £28 but with there intreast on is now £35.00 which for peace of mind as it was becoming very stressful i paid THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they do not deserve even 1 star

Studio is owned by Sports Direct so it is no wonder customer experience is bad. You can't get through to them by phone and their useless help section sends you in loops with no way or hope of getting help. Keep away from them I say.

Horrendous customer services. Ordered duvet set beginning of Sept, opened and has dirty brown rust coloured marks over pillow cases and duvet cover. Contacted them over chat bot. Took 45 mins to confirm my order number and name going backwards and forwards to be told me was being escalated and someone would then email me. Asked for call and told not possible. Weeks later still hadn't heard anything so emailing them telling them how peeved off I really was, this at the beginning of November. Takes about 5 emails to confirm just name and address with email replies taking days to a week to get response. Sent images and since 6th December had no reply. Emailed them few days ago and now they are asking me to confirm my name, address and order number all again which is already on email thread. Order no allegedly starts with ST but have sent them 2 images of my order e.ails with nothing of the sort. 3 flipping months to try and chase a £12 refund and the £4.99 for postage for something they have sent out covered in dirty marks! AVOID at all costs, worst communication and service in my life!!!

Ordered early November, goods never arrived, emails amounted to nothing then they stop replying, basically this company are thieves with a smart website that seem to be able to get away with it!!! Don’t go near them

Ordered tv for my daughter for Christmas, when I looked at the description it said nothing about putting it on a wall mount, so since all tvs now come being able to wall mount, I assumed you coyld, no it doesn’t took 5 different attempts and 2 days to get a response and basically they weren’t interested just said to read description which like I said didn’t state you couldn’t put it on the wall, not the first time I’ve had problem so will never order from this company again they are a joke

Ordered goods end of October received 1 item but did not receive the others,tried contacting them many times about this but I am being charged for them luckily I didn't pay at the time of ordering but they are telling me I have to pay for them which I will not do avoid this company at all costs unless you want to stress yourself out with not getting any joy with sorting things out

Despite contacting studio for several months I am continuously receiving regurgitated responses to my problem An AIR FRYER NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE I.E IT HAS NO CONTROLS. I HAVE FORWARDED ALL DOCUMENTS INITIALLY RECEIVED,IMAGES, COPIES OF ORDER, DELIVERY NOTES AND INVOICE THEY CONTINUALLY ASK ME TO SEND THESE DETAILS. IT IS UTTERLY DISCOMBOBULATED. NO PERSON TAKES RESPONSIBILITY I HAVE BEEN INVOICED FOR THIS ITEM. I HAVE REQUESTED RETURN PROCEDURES, POINTLESS AS EACH RESPONSE CONTINUES TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY RECOGNITION OF ITEM OR PROBLEM TRULY THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Awful awful company. Created a large order around £90. Received two items and they are telling me the whole order has been delivered. It hasn’t. I have two pictures of the small parcels that have been delivered. If I had the whole order it would have been massive. Still haven’t had money back but have had about 15 emails from different people asking me to send them the same information over and over again. I’m not paying for stuff I haven’t received. Just awful. Do not order from this shambles of a company.

Money taken, no order confirmation I placed an order on Dec 26. You have taken the money but I have not yet received a confirmation email. Please address this immediately. Disappointing way to be treated as a new customer.

Hi there, I am requesting an update in my ongoing investigation of being charged £84.99 for items advertised at £40. This is on my account and payment is due, I will not be making a payment until this is resolved. There has been an apparent investigation since the 4th of November. Evey email.fobs you off or send a generic response. I have asked for contact details to complain or to speak to a manager but apparently you don't have managers or a complaints system. I'm now requesting all the notes made about this account and investigation you have been having and your conclusion. I know this is not your fault personally and I apologise that you are bearing the brunt of this but I am not continuing to be fobbed off and no one taking any responsibility to spend 10 mims to look at at and resolve it. Along with the account notes regarding the investigation I would like confirmation that you don't actually have any management or complaint system in place in your company. Can I ask what your actual company policy is when someone complains. Many thanks Lauren

Please read reviews before you order from this company. They take your payment then cancel the order. I ordeder an item and made up the order with a £1 pack of Xmas cards, part of the order was cancelled more or less immediately but I was then told had to pay £4.99 delivery for a pack of £1.00 cards even though I messaged them as soon as the order was cancelled. No way had the delivery been sent

I ordered the bird cage holdback for curtains from studio and was appalled with the first order and worst experience ever. Items were discoloured worn out and expensive and did not refund the full amount including delivery which was their fault and was expensive. Rubbish customer service as sent emails and received no response.Please never purchase from them this was the first and last time for me.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered 3 items and qualified for free delivery. Received one item about a week later but Studio couldn’t fulfil the rest of the order and now expect me to pay £4.99 for a pair of £6 pyjamas. I can’t even send them back because they were personalised and have already been given as a gift. I have since sent an email to the company’s CEO and even he doesn’t respond. Avoid Studio at all costs!!! I had a similar problem with them last year and should’ve learnt my lesson.

AVOID! An absolutely disgraceful experience from start to finish. Ordered a play kitchen for my daughter’s Christmas present on the 22nd November, funds were taken from me immediately. I didn’t receive an email confirming the purchase which at the time I thought was pretty poor, double checked that the funds had been taken and not returned and thought nothing more of it. 10 days later (having paid £4.99 for postage) still no sign of the play kitchen. I tried to speak to someone at Studio - it is IMPOSSIBLE. I navigated my way through an awkward chat bot that didn’t have any options relating to my enquiry - ‘paid for item but it’s no where to be seen’ and finally I was seemingly talking to a human. 30 minutes later, Emmanuel told me that he needed to elevate my enquiry and someone would be in touch in 2-3 days. TEN days later still no word from them. I went back onto the online chat, tricked the robot into letting me talk to a human and after 30 minutes was told that the person I was talking to was having technical issues and I’d have to start again - see screenshot below. I started the process AGAIN and skipped straight to demanding a refund. I was told it would take up to 7 business days… it’s been 5 and nothing yet… My daughter’s present hasn’t arrived for Christmas despite ordering it 5 weeks ago and I haven’t been refunded. Studio will inevitably go out of business and it deserves to with customer experiences like this. Do NOT risk your money with these absolute jokers.
