I've been a customer 32 years since my son was born. They have stopped all telephone communication..talking to an agent online is like talking to a plank of wood. I've returned £500 of item evti collected and it states delivered I'm still having to pay 2 months on £63 as scared of getting a default. Emailed them all they do is reply and say sorry we have moved online wait a few days its a month now..anyone k ow what action csn be taken please thankd

I,ve worn a top twice meaning it's been washed twice that I ordered from you and the stitching is fraying on the outside of this near the cuff. Have not got the packaging but as it's faulty can I claim a reduction in the price. I can send a pic over my email

I bought a nurses watch 13/05/20 online paid by debit card Money was deducted from.my account but I did not get any confirmation email for my purchase or when it will be delivered.How do I.get the watch or money back?Tried to log into the account and failed it's now saying suspended

I have sent several emails asking why I’ve been refused access to my account. keep receiving the same emails saying youse will get back to me in a couple of days that’s gone on now for weeks. youse must have these emails already to send out to anyone making a complaint cause each email I recieve is identical to the last one youse sent and youse never get in touch to put the problem right. it’s diabolical youse can treat very good customers in this way. I’m getting now to go through resolver maybe youse will listen then

Hi I ordered a rug way back in December of last year it was£55.99. When the bill came in I went to the bank to pay .....it was only the next day I realized the bank had made a m take and sent of £744 ..to studio ..I was so upset I have EMailed and Phoned but do not seem to be getting anywhere. I'm so worried I have bills to pay and need my money back

what on earth are they doing advertising on the web and they have no web facilities, It is a worrying thing when you come to pay, you go through the most rigourouse of questions.
