“ Worst experience with this company ever. Any information that you need, you cannot find such as a returns form. They just send you in the loop round round again. This includes their online chat service which again only gives you default answers and you can’t actually speak to a human. Absolutely terrible company. I will not ever ever ever be ordering from them again and would not recommend anyone to also do so. ”

“ Customer service rubbish, waiting for a refund for goods never received in October 2023. Keep being asked to give the same info, they say they will look into it and get back to me but never do. Can't access my orders, returns or statements on website any more and the "people" responding to emails can barely speak english. Will never order from them again and will be complaining to Financial Ombudsman. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!! ”
