“ I have shopped with Studio for years never again I ordered a cardigan for a friend which never arrived no satisfaction with customer service . No cardigan no money back case closed postage cost outrages as most things you order are sent back terrible quality ordered 3 packs of Xmas cards all damaged went in bin how this company is still trading I do not know ”

That's nearly £10 extra on top of the original price.... This is absolutely shocking. I will give the dress away before paying this to return it. Disgraceful customer service. ”
