“ Very difficult to make a return. Trying to find a returns label is impossible as there is no returns label in the parcel. Customer service is difficult as it’s as though they are reading off a script in a foreign accent. I have stopped buying clothes from them as the fit is bad and then you have the problem of trying to return. I would not recommend this company to anyone. ”
