The most appalling customer service. Three times I've purchased items that never materialised despite being just listed that day or one day prior. Then they sit on the refunds for weeks. Was provide a paltry voucher for $25 when I complained, which doesn't even work. Customer service (online chat) were unhelpful and rude. Refused to let me talk to a manager and refused even to provide contact details to escalate my complaint. I was told twice "they do not give out that data." Ended the chat when a snarky comment and a smiley face. That's insulting after repeated refusals to help. Will never use them again!

Can I give no stars? First of all their level of english is just far from acceptable. They write same messages in return to different emails. I bought shoes from them- received two shoes in different sizes, didnt wear them once and decided to sell them two years later- it turned out that they are two different when buyer called me liar. I wrote them an email that I want my money back since shoes dont match description- no one wrote there they are two different shoes! they told me to send them back- then I received an email that they cannot do anything about it. Honestly... They make law that doesnt obey actual consumer law! Its second time I have to open a case with help of the police because they are bunch of scammers. Now when I reply to their email I get NO REPLY emails back, suddenly it doesnt exist even if we exchanged plenty of emails before...

two for two fails. first item ordered was not as described, thankfully they did well and refunded my money, but still disappointing. second time, i made an offer on an item, it was accepted, i made immediate payment. then the seller decided it wasn't available anymore. guess they got a better side offer. i have been advised i will get as refund 'as soon as possible' yet paypal refunds are pretty instant, and they have done nothing, so i opened a dispute. buyer beware. l certainly wont be bothering again, asked them to delete my account - of which locking me out was instant, if only they could manage the refund as fast...

Customer service operators especially on the chat line, Are extremely rude and inexperienced. Also conflicting advise is offered. The return process for an item misdescribed is fraught, and quite frankly not worth the hassle to bag a Good deal! The Seller/ buyer account site is poorly Designed. If you do buy or sell here, I urge you to always use PAYPAL. That way the dispute process will be easier than trying to deal with Vestiaire direct. PayPal will always act on your behalf, and put a a hold on the Vestiaire account until they are satisfied your complaint has been upheld. Shamefully, if you have to deal with Vestiaire direct, they will attempt to wriggle out of any dispute.

Extremely poor customer service and business tactics. Legitimate luxury resellers always offer returns. If you order from certain sellers, VC will not refund your money. Also, many fakes are floating around on their site and quality control passes the items on. Customer service will give you so many different answers on things as well. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and avoid VC!

I bought a bag and sold 1 of my bag at the same time around 2 weeks ago. 1) seller was dishonest on the condition of the bag even when asked and Vestiaire EU passed it on their quality control. 2) i was honest my bag was recoloured, Vestiaire Hong Kong missed it out in the description and rejected it claiming it was redyed. And when I made a complaint, they claimed Chanel banned them from selling bags that have been refurbished in any way. I don't believe this is possible since they are 2 completely separate organisations. Probably done just to avoid compensation of any kind. Not mentioned I packed my bag very carefully, stuffed to keep in it shape and bubble wrapped to keep it from bumping. It came back haphazardly thrown in a box and flattened as if the authenticator sat on it. Decided i had enough. Account will be deleted once I have settled the bag I've bought. Highly doubt i will get any form of compensation back based on their initial reply too.

I personally would not buy from this site. I found a listing for a Chanel diana bag offered by rebag on Vestiaire that had pictures of two different bags. Vestiaire claims to check all pictures before approving something is authentic and this level of carelessness leads me to believe this is not a reputable retailer and I would be very concerned to spend over $3,000 on an item that is clearly not marketed properly and most likely a fake. As you can see from the picture this is clearly not a diana bag.

I made an offer on a bag from SemiH in France which he accepted. 21 days later, I see a refund appear, no explanation. It was the 1st and last time I will use them. Avoid like the plague!

First time making a purchase and I am not satisfied. For one they are holding my money waiting for the seller to respond. The seller has not responded. It’s a waste of my time and money. I could have used my money to purchase a bag on another site. The sellers should be banned from selling when they don’t respond or ship out of a item. When I contacted customer service they said the seller hasn’t even been online in over a month and I have to wait 15 more days before they can cancel the order and refund me. I should be able to cancel my own damn order. Beyond ridiculous. I usually order from fashionphile. I ordered from this site because the typical bag that I wanted I couldn’t find anywhere else. Will not be ordering from the site again. I’ll stick to what I know which is fashionphile. They need to better monitor sellers accounts and their last activity. It should been visible to buyers to see when the last time a seller has been active on the site. Had a known that the seller hasn’t been on in quite some time, I would’ve taken my money elsewhere. Please chose other company if you wish to sell efficiently and less stressful. The customer service of VC is non existed. Not only you are going to wait forever in the chat service, the assistants are never helpful and most of the time quite rude and passive aggressive. The commission is also way too high for the poor service they provided. Though the delivery system is fine, for my stand point, it is just another reason for them to overcharge the fee for service. Also the famous "authentication" that VC is pushing is not effective at all, not only sometimes you have to wait up to on3 month to be checked, the authentication sometimes is not even accurate as one of my cousins used the app and still end up receiving replica product as well. For the policy...this is the worst part, if you are a seller on VC, and if you read carefully on their policy, you will realise that there is essentially no seller protection whatsoever. Not only the full protection is granted to the buyers, the seller has no say in buyer's claim and has to be forced to accept whatever outcome the 'expert team' made which essentially is just whatever the buyer claim. In conclusion, this is not a platform that provide what they claim to the users, and furthermore, they can careless of what you want as long as they make profits. There is so many other amazing platforms out there that I have used and loved, but VC is just the worst of everything I have ever used. If you chose to use VC, try not to sell anything that is over 200 dollar, it will be too risky if anything goes wrong.

I was overcharged for my order - just under AUD1000. Invoice from VC and what was taken off my bank account did not add up. Been waiting now 11 days for "experts" to resolve the issue. No responses to my follow up e-mails. Additionally the bag was not as described yet they cleared it... Will not be returning and might have to escalate the case of police, as when I said I want to return he item they said they will refund me the price I was supposed to pay, not what I was charged

The quality control does not look at listing and doesn’t go over inadequacies with listing. I spent 1000 dollars and they would not take my bag back after i showed pictures. I will never purchase from them. They really don’t make sure it’s a fake either. Beware

First of all, I was a fan of the Vestiare collective, but not anymore. They say you can pay instalments and when you go to check out they don't have this option. I wrote to the support and they said they have a problem and no mention when they can solve it. What's the point to say you have a service that is not available??? Second my boyfriend bought me two items, and after 3 weeks of waiting time, they said the items are not available anymore. I talk about two orders with a total of 3000 euros. I can confirm that they have big issues and are not trustable.

I am over here sick. I purchased a LV from Vestiaire Collective bag and DHL delivered it to the wrong address..... its an address where I use to live. I did not give VC them that address I updated it in the companies system before I ordered it ...however somehow DHL was given my old address. Now the bag is in never never land. I was able to CHAT with someone at Vestiaire Collective about what happened. I was told to send a handwritten letter along with my ID saying that I don't have the bag. I was told to be patient. In the meantime, I have paid for a bag that I don't have in my possession. My issue is that I updated the address BEFORE I purchased to I am confused to why it was sent to my old address.

If I can give 0 I give this website 0! If u want to buy a bag u have questions VC(customer service) never responds and very slow!when u back to buy ur bag nothing in the cart because someone want to bought it!recover cart 🛒 is one day!that means u need to wait longtime but u are not sure bag exists !bad service and messy system!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!’ Vestiaire is terrible. I bought a Prada bag from a seller and had to pay extra for the Vestiaire team to authenticate the bag. They inspected the bag and cleared it saying it was exactly how the seller said it was. When I got the bag it was not how the seller described!! She said it was in perfect condition but the label on the front was rusted and the label on the inside was loose and falling off. There’s other things about the bag that make me question if it’s fake. I HIGHLY recommend not buying anything from this website. I spent 600 dollars on this totally messed up bag. NOT WORTH IT! let alone customer service is terrible.
