I am also trying to write my bad review on their app but somehow it doesn’t show up. I hope it appears soon and I can help others telling them not to buy from you, avoiding the biggest headache they can have. Why is my review not appearing?

This business relies on being trustworthy, why is your customer service so bad ? You need to repeat yourself over and over again, no solutions, no acknowledgement. Trying to cover the issue, delay the process and responses. Very unreliable. Why is your customer service so bad and your operations so unprofessional? They exchanged 2 bags, delivered them wrongly and no solution was provided. Please don’t trust them. I have all the evidence, screenshots or my crazy story with them.

I am still waiting for my bag I ordered and paid for, nobody gets back to you, Hermes their courier is the worst as have apparently lost the bag but nobody sorts it out or refunds you. This is the worst company I have ever come across. Don’t use them!

If anybody else is having trouble with Vestiaire collective (I am currently waiting on payment) please go on Twitter tagging them and detail your complaint. They never do anything until it is in public eye. I have just tweeted them and attached some of these complaints. Sadhbhkg is my name on Twitter please everyone get involved and tweet a reply to the tweet. It’s the only way to get our payments

How can Vestiaire Collective STILL be trading? They are the most disingenuous, pathetic bunch of thieves. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And customer services people, start looking for another job because you'll need one soon. That company will not last as its reputation is completely SHOT!!!!!!!!! I hope you can all sleep at night thieving from people you greedy bunch. How long do you really think you can get away with your thieving practices! No-one will buy from you and I suggest everyone rips you apart on every social media channel to save good honest people from losing another penny with you! Thank God you have nothing of mine! I am instigating legal proceedings as I can get my money back of credit card company. They can keep my item.
