Most ridiculous service in the world, I bought a balenciaga sweatshirt#19816956 with 265 euros and paid 15 euros for the "expert control", but what I received was obviously a counterfeit, it has a tag 40 euros on it, and a plastoc the washing label, but the service refuses to reimburse me because "it conforms to the description of the seller", that is to say that even if it is obviously visible it is a counterfeit, but at the unless it conforms to the seller's description, MDR, Ive reached the DGCCRF and I hope that your shitty service and your ridiculous "authenticity control" will be sanctioned.

I sent a LV agenda Ref# 21256137 to sell through Vestier at the end of April. Due to a custom reason caused by the Vestier (since Vestiaire doesn’t know of the customs rules of the country where the buyer of the product is located. ) they could not forward the agenda to their final buyer. Than they sent my LV agenda back to me. The agenda has stuck at the Turkish customs with customs expense of 1050 dollars is being demanded. Apparently this is totally Vestier’s mistake and failure. Warehouse expense goes higher day by day. Vestier anonymous support team member wrote to me to pay in advance 1050 Usd to Turkish customs, and they didn’t assure me that the total amount will be paid to me by Vestiaire. I need to have an assurance that the full amount of my costs will be paid to me as soon as I send the proof of payment documents to VC because THE CUSTOMS WILL DESTROY OR SELL MY AGENDA WITHIN THIS WEEK! I DON’T HAVE ANY NUMBERS TO CALL AND ASK FOR A HELP FROM VESTIAIRE, THE SUPPORT TEAM DOES NOT HELP ME!!! I

I would give them less 1 star for customer service just bad not only i didn't receive my package and they clearly stated they didn't bring to my home but to the office in which I work but again no package but I have to pay for .

The customer service team takes days to respond, lacks a functional understanding of English, does not follow up after they promise to, and provides wrong information. My goods are bound for DHL limbo lost, for ever. I tried contacting Vestiaire staff on LinkedIn to no avail. I’m hundreds of dollars out of pocket and no one will help. Stay away!

i bought a wallet. the pictures looked made it seem like it was in perfect condition yet when i received it it was full of terrible stains. never using this website again.

Was sold a fake Burberry Backpack that went through their authentication process which we pay for. I immediately chatted with them to provide photos and the reasons why bag is fake and provided a list with 8 items basically doing their job. Had to fight to get a return label and shipped back the next day and have been fighting with them ever since to get a refund. They pay the seller and don’t want to be stuck with the fake bag so they are dragging their feet.

Don’t do it! If you get scammed by a seller they tell you to relist/ resell the item 🙃 they don’t refund you unless you send them your id!!! Such an awful site! I am in shook

I was sold a fake Gucci bag and fake Gucci sunglasses, my account was deactivated when i told VC that i bought 2 fake item from them ... i have screenshots of the fake items bought on VC, the don’t reply to email so i m stuck with a FAKE gucci bag and FAKE gucci sunglasses bought from vestaire collective

Scammer alert Emma Hamilton from Paris France 24 Avenue charles floquet bought a bag by direct shipping. She claimed the bag was not real although 2 other authenticators (legitgrails authenticatefirst) said it is. A week goes by I have to chase my bag and finally Vestiairecollective said that the bag is authentic. She does this to probably get her few euros back so if you dont want to hassle never buy or sell anythung from her.

I never received my package and tried to send them the info they requested via email but it would not go through. Requested a good email from several representatives never received it but several representatives contacted me via text but still I was charged for a package again I never received. I sent the info via text because no good email was given just bad terrible customer service just horrible and too say the least I have purchased from them before and that was ok but now im so disappointed. I won't be purchasing anymore. The delivery service said it was dropped of in the office I work in the office where live and no package was delivered because it would have been given to me.

I have been waiting for THREE WEEKS for payment for a sale on Vestiaire. 12 emails later with subject heading: "We've not forgotten you!", have failed to address a defaulting Buyer who has not collected a Guiseppe Zanotti bag from DHL (who does that?), after she purchased it from me on 11th May. Vestiaire have received her payment. All sorts of excuses from the Buyer, but in the end DHL is contracted to Vestiaire. I fulfilled my agreement with Vestiaire, but they have stalled with excuses they are "investigating" my "query" about about non-delivery, despite DHL holding the item at a facility in France for almost two weeks. Three weeks later, still no payment after fulfilling my part of the contract. What's interesting is that I am rated as an Expert Seller, have never once dispatched an item later than 24hrs after a sale, always pack & present the item in pristine condition &/or protect it from damage during shipping. I have never had a complaint. Vestiaire have apparently slipped into the pit of money they have made from subscribers like me, and show absolutely no consumer protection when the circumstances clearly evidence that THEY are liable and must pay a Seller when a third party has failed to perform in accordance with the Sales Agreement they have with Vestiaire. And yes, I have a great deal of experience in Consumer Law and will be taking action accordingly. If you are contemplating being a Seller, be prepared to battle it out if you decide to work with Vestiaire. If you are a Buyer, know this: you too have a duty of care & must perform in accordance with the the Vestiaire Sales Agreement. Don't mess Sellers like me around!

I have reported them to Trading Standards. Their practices are a breach of the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. They do not need ID to interact with Evri. They only require the tracking number. Which they provided. The European Commission advises that if you do not receive an order within 30 days of purchase you are entitled to a refund. By breach of this they are breaking the law. Its appalling customer service and smacks of scammers. Avoid at all costs and report if you have had the same experience as me. They should be shut down. my parcel has not arrived and I doubt it will VC and Evri has got to be the worst partnership in retail history!

I sold a Burberry bag with Vestiaire on 09/05/2022 (22297195 Cloth tote - Burberry £160.00), shipping was a nightmare, I had to drive to several drop off shops as some could not accept parcels due to lack of receipts, usually I ship straight away, in this case it took me 3 days and countless miles until finally the shop could take it, I had already contacted VC via chat (a painful experience with a lot of auto replies and long waiting time) to possibly extend the sending time. Due to having had a bad experience with their shipping (last time it was FedEx and a parcel was stuck forever, I ended up contacting FedEx myself as the customer service was unwilling to help, FedEx also didn't pick the parcel up at work as requested but showed up at the home address, so I had to find a parcel shop, unbelievable) and hearing from people how their items disappeared with Evri or empty parcels were received, I had documented everything, the packaging, the size of the parcel, etc. So finally on the 12th of May I managed to send my parcel, it updated on the site, there is a link to tracking, however when I checked, the parcel appears as "accepted" and then nothing, apparently still at the parcel shop. I rang them and they said everything was picked up. I contacted customer service at Vestiaire Collective ASAP, I received auto replies and a request to send my ID via eMail. I declined and told them that I will happily verify myself, but in an unencrypted eMail it is too risky (I work in IT) so I suggested I could upload my ID on their site, they demanded eMail, I explained that an email will travel through several servers, there are a lot of cases of identity theft, I can send it as an encrypted file and send them the password in another eMail, for security reasons, however having spoken with Evri, they do not require an ID to open an investigation, they however require Vesitiaire Collective to get in touch with them, since they have issued the label and count as the sender. So far Vestiaire Collective has not done so, they keep on sending me the same copy and paste eMails, it seems to be impossible to speak to a human. All I know is that I sold a bag for £160.00, sent it and there is no trace of it apart from the confirmation that it was accepted and Vestiaire Collective doesn't seem to be interested, they seem to be more interested in getting me to send my ID in a very insecure way, putting me potentially at risk for identity theft, which could damage my career. I am considering a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office regarding a violation of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

I sold several items, however they have switched to a very cheap delivery service Evri/Hermes and 2 parcels got lost within the space of weeks. I provided the documentation order 17759206 (a dress) was sold on the 29th of April and sent to Vestiaire for verification the same day, the tracking shows it as having accepted by Evri, then the tracking stops, for weeks no movement. I have contacted Vestiaire several times, with the documentation, still nothing done! The message reads "We've received your parcel at the ParcelShop and will be collecting it shortly" - it is now almost a month later! I have been to the drop off shop several times to check, I was told that all items were collected by the Evri driver! Order 16589806 a pair of Yves Saint Laurent shoes sold on the 11th of May with direct shipping and sent the same day, since Friday the 13th the same message appears: "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We'll update tracking as soon as your parcel is out for delivery" - the parcel has reached the delivery depot, but ever since there is NO MOVEMENT. I have no idea where my items are, I have tried to contact Evri and was told that Vestiaire needs to contact them, I have contacted Vestiaire countless times, with a description of the parcels, the address of the drop off shop, evidence that I have dropped it off (a bit ridiculous since it shows in my account as sent, as the scan has registered) I get asked the same thing over and over, then I get told that my request is closed. I contacted Vestiaire 2 days ago, was told they would get back to me within 24 hours, 2 days later, they have not gotten back to me. They expect you to send a copy of your ID via eMail, not encrypted, so it can be intercepted and people can commit ID fraud, there seem to be no people replying only automated answers. I am happy to upload my ID securely on the site, but given that so far they seem to have lost it, I have no idea who is in possession of sensitive information that can lead to identity fraud. I am considering of taking legal action, as I sent my items in good faith with the delivery company Vestiaire forced on me (which btw has a terrible reputation), the parcels all disappeared. I can't even use a more reliable service as I have to use the label Vestiaire provides!

No payment received for more than two weeks . Asked for my bank statement , everything was provided , they just keep on saying to wait Be careful ! Looks like they are scamming me , not only me , my friend has a similar issue with them . They keep on saying some bs, which does not make any sense. I don’t know how to get money from them now

It honestly would be nice if those muppets that pretend to be quality control would learn how to read or look at pictures, but I guess if you are working for Vestiaire qualifications are not needed, following the rules, not needed. According to their own rules, small flaws are fine but need to be declared and shown, if you do so, the idiots flag it, despite the fact that the buyer was aware of it and even commented on the item (amazing how the buyer can see it but their "experts" don't - maybe because they recruit staff from the zoo?). I am waiting to get my item back and will then sell it with a reliable resale site, where they have staff that has an IQ in double digits and is able to read descriptions and look at pictures.... Seriously, away the total rip off company, you are dealing with seriously "challenged" people who are incapable of reading, their only qualification is sending out spam mails and auto replies....

Super bad customer service. Super bad picture cropping as you can see from photo. They do not respond to fix it. Also this site take on sale items what are bought in bulk from AliExpress ( I see them there and they was identical. One thing is to sell high quality items / vintage or new. Other is : support Chinese business / economy with support sellers who buy bulks from there. This site is nothing what it was before corona.
