“ They don’t like issuing refunds and do their best to hold onto customers’ money for as long as possible! Refunds are often ‘missed’ too, so a close eye needs to be kept to make sure the money is returned if you do need to return an item. ‘Sharp practice’ it used to be called! Also, they deduct returns fees from the refund, even if you’ve paid for free postage & returns. Only buy if desperate! ”
