If I could give less than one star I would. How I have been treated during this pandemic has been the last straw. Late spring time during pandemic I bought items not knowing they wouldn't be taking them back as returns if they didn't fit. I didn't see any signs saying so and no one at the register said anything. Had I known I would have waited to buy the items. The very next day when I went to return them the lady behind the counter said, "We will not be taking any clothes items back while the pandemic is going on." Well that made it sound like it was going to be a very long time. I waited a few months or so and still the pandemic didn't end. So many trips to Walmart later I finally got curious. I went to the return desk and asked how long it would be before they would start taking items back. The lady looked at me and talked back to me in a way I didn't like. She said that happened a long time ago, shortly after I bought the items. We will not take any old items back anymore. I was shocked and upset. I didn't see any signs, which they only put up small ones by the return counter, which I don't pass by normally. Between the way she and the previous return counter lady talked to me and the money tied up in what I bought I got mad. I walked out and cried. With all the additional things going on I just can't go to Walmart anymore. I am done. Never again will I shop there. I don't feel walmart treats its customers well. They didn't seem very transparent during these hard times.

Is Walmart in Kernersville, NC price gouging? These gloves before the pandemic were $6.47 and now they are $12.12. I have been purchasing this item for the past 4 years because I cannot use latex gloves so I know how much they should cost. Ridiculous!

Beware of Walmart marketplace sellers. I ordered a Power Ranger Legacy Series Titanus action figure through one of Walmart's marketplace sellers called A-Mason Flash. They sent me the cheap replica Titanus Soul of Chogokin. These are collectibles and collectors know the difference. This was clearly false advertising! It clearly said Legacy Series and the product description went on to say that this figure went with your other Legacy Series figures. These collectibles are not cheap and I never would have ordered anything other than the Legacy Series. I emailed this marketplace seller and never heard back from them. They are scammers!! Be very careful with these sellers. Walmart, however, is working with me on a return. We'll see if that goes well.

I think Walmart stores are are the best. I did however come upon one that I am NOT impressed with. The address is 6145 N. 35th Ave Phoenix AZ. I was looking for a bike and I found the one I wanted but the Walmart I usually go to did not have it. The only store that had it was at 35th Ave. I have never been at this store until 1/27/21. The store is huge and nice open isles. I walked up tp the greeter, WHO WAS WEARING HIS MASK BELOW HIS NOSE, where the bikes were. On my way there I seen 2 more employees who were waring their mask below their noses. I also observed 3 customers the same way and one 1 wearing his mask around his neck. The bikes were there but prices not marked an information on them hard to find if at all. My final rant is this. I found the bike I was looking for but I will never step into that store again. My safety seems to be no concern to them and the bicycle department head needs a lesson on how to display a product. I am sure other customers have observed the same short comings that I have. Thank You Dan

We ordered a grill on sale around Thanksgiving, it was delivered by FedEx on December 14, 2020. It arrived severely damaged. I contacted Walmart and they made arrangements for a company to pick it up. We had to load the grill and all the pieces on a pallet and we secured it with our own straps. It was picked up December 18, 2020. I had asked that we get proof of pickup, which we never did. When I originally called to return it, I asked if it could be exchanged for a new one and was told yes. So we waited. I contacted the chat Walmart contact and was told the exchange was in process and I would get an email when the replacement grill was shipped. Today, January 25, 2021 I called customer service and was told we haven't even been refunded our money yet for returning the damaged grill. I was also told that there is no exchange coming and if I want to order another grill and get the same price, I would need to order it and then call customer support to get the price adjusted. I asked if we could just pick one up at a store and get the sale price and I was told no, if we pick it up from a store we would pay full price. I'm very disappointed as we were told by 2 "chat" customer service people that the exchange was in process. Then to find out that it's not and we haven't even been refunded our money? It's not easy to contact customer support in the first place. We just want a new grill that is not damaged, and for the sale price we ordered it at. Sadly, we will have to shop elsewhere for a new grill now.

I ordered a product on a boxing day sale. After 3 weeks i had already been charged on my Visa and the product had not yet arrived. I called the carrier and the parcel had not been sent out from Walmart. I then called Walmart and they said they will check with the delivery company. The issue was escalated and said I would be contacted within 3-5 days on where the product was. After the 5th day I called back and still no resolution. The customer service representative said I can order the exact same product again online at the same price I paid back 4 weeks ago on sale. I said thank you and ask them to email me the information so I have a record of the offer. They refused to email me the offer. I was then transferred to a supervisor who said they could not email me the offer. I I wanted the offer I had to re-order the exact same product again on line and they would honor the original price. I had to be done instantly as the offer would expire. After about 1 hour and 45 minutes I placed the order on line and they adjusted the price. Problem was that I was still being charged the tax on the regular price. They only offered a credit on the price difference. I asked why i am paying more for the exact same product I ordered 4 weeks ago that you have not delivered to me yet. The supervisor then tried to give me a math lessen as if I was stupid. This has been the worst experience ever dealing with an online purchase.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I bought a $129 battery at the store 6304 N 99th, Omaha, 15 months ago. Now dead for third time. It has a 3 year warranty but they say it can be charged up even tho I’ve fully charged it up with my large 12 volt charger 3 times. I’m not going to leave my wife stranded again with a dead battery. All I want is a prorated price for a different battery. I’m not asking for new battery free. I was shocked that even manager Kim said no. All the money I’ve spent there over the years. NEVER AGAIN!

The Walmart in Payson, Az., clearly has mask requirements posted at its entries, but approximately 10% of shoppers were not wearing them. The Payson Walmart has many such negative reviews of shoppers not adhering to the wearing of masks posted at its entrances. When I asked an employee about this I was told everyone was supposed to be wearing masks but employees aren’t allowed to enforce this “requirement.” Then why post it? Is that how Walmart handles posted policies? Just post the policies but don’t enforce them? It appears Walmart is only interested in their bottom line. Well, I know it won’t make a dent in Walmart’s bottom line, but today I left a shopping cart full of groceries in the Payson store and I won’t be returning. I hope Walmart customers nationwide will begin doing the same. BTW - before I get labeled a left-wing liberal, my voting record speaks for itself. I’ve voted Republican all my life, including this last election. So my politics have nothing to do with my views regarding masks. I just don’t choose to patronize a place that says one thing but does another. Makes me wonder what else I being told about Walmart products that maybe aren’t true.

I ordered 2 children's toys that cost $101.20. They were due 12/28. Was sent 2-$12.00 cheap toy substitutes with no explanation in early december. The original games were never sent, and after a phone call where I asked WalMart Customer Service twice if I had to send the cheap toys back they told me no I did not have to. I was now getting emails from Prinicity who told me they "were sorry the item did not come out as expected". As if I got the correct item in the first place. Then they told me if I returned my items I would get the same item sent out as they first sent me. I don't want a repeat of the order I was sent. After a month and a half I am now waiting to see who calls me back from Prinicity!! NEVER do business with these people.

I have no problem with Walmart. I have a problem with the Walmart protection plan extended warranty from Square Trade purchase option for electronics. If you purchase the 3 year or 4 year extended warranty from Square Trade, you will probably, like I did, end up not only losing money, but losing your device, as well. I bought the protection plan for a PSVR bundle. A little over a year later, one of the plastic lenses fell out of the headset. I probably could have glued it back on myself, but I had the Square Trade insurance (they're an Allstate company), and I thought it would be better to file a claim on it. I thought that a "professional" would be able to repair it better than I could, or they would replace or refund the headset. The saga of headaches I went through with them (long, long, long story short) left me minus, not just the headset, but the entire PSVR bundle. Instead of refunding my money, they sent me a Walmart gift card for the original price I paid over a year ago. Now, I will have to purchase a new bundle altogether which, a year later from the original purchase, costs one-hundred and seventy-two (or more!) dollars than the amount refunded. Now, I have no PSVR, and I don't even have enough money to buy another one! I do, however, have two-hundred and ninety-ninety-nine dollars to spend at Walmart on clothes, hard-ware, groceries, etc., but those are not what I purchase the extended warranty for. Point of this story? Don't waste the extra money for the extended warranty from Square Trade on electronics. If it breaks, just order the parts you need from the manufacturer, and repair it yourself. If you can't repair it yourself, just go ahead and buy a new one; because if you try to depend on Square Trade to repair or replace it, you're probably going to end up - - two or three months, and multiple headaches later - - having to buy a new one anyway (and probably for a higher price!).

RATING = 1 HAVE MADE 8-10 CALLS TO THE 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING THE FAILURE OF MANY/MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES TO WEAR A MASK FOR COVID, AND TO WEAR IT PROPERLY. THE LATEST INCIDENT INVOLVED A STORE EMPLOYEE IN THE AUTO SECTION: HIS PICTURE IN THE AUTO DEPT. IDENTIFIED HIM AS "C. J". - A SUPERVISOR IN THAT DEPT. RECENTLY (JAN. 9 OR 10) HE WAS CHECKING OUT CUSTOMERS AT THE REGISTER IN THE AUTO DEPT. THIS MAY HAVE BEEN AROUND 11-12 (NOON). HE WAS WEARING HIS MASK ONLY OVER HIS MOUTH NOBODY WANTS TO BE IN ICU ON A VENTILATOR. THIS STORE IS NEITHER A PLEASANT NOR SAFE PLACE TO SHOP.

Now that every aspect of our lives has become political including the stores where we shop, I have decided to choose the stores where I shop based on their political leanings. NEW YORK/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Walmart Inc , the world's biggest retailer, joined other major companies in indefinitely suspending donations to U.S. lawmakers who voted against President-elect Joe Biden's election certification. The Arkansas-based company said on Tuesday that in light of last week's attack on the U.S. Capitol, its "political action committee is indefinitely suspending contributions to those members of Congress who voted against the lawful certification of state electoral college votes." These are knee-jerk reactions that are clearly targeting one political party. I don’t recall them targeting the democrats when they called for violence against republicans. This past year I spent close to $7,000 at Walmart, not as much as I normally spend. That’s the last money Walmart will ever get from me. They have benefited greatly from the lock down on smaller businesses during this pandemic. I will spend my money in the future on small, locally owned businesses who don’t play politics. I hope others will do the same.

In the past year, Walmart Plus has managed to deliver my groceries on the first try exactly TWICE. I've ordered about ten times in total. This is what usually happens: 1. The driver never delivers or delivers the wrong groceries. This last time, the driver delivered a box of dog biscuits that were so large, I immediately knew he not only screwed up my apartment number, but also my ENTIRE COMPLEX ADDRESS. No one in my complex is allowed to keep large dogs, and the pet limit is 2. The community is close knit & very pet friendly (we will walk each other's dogs, for example), so we would DEFINITELY notice if someone broke this rule. Also, of course, the driver drops the bags. Don't order eggs or bread. Nothing fragile like that. 2. Walmart support "reassures" me that they will call me back to follow up. 3. Meanwhile, I have no food that day. 4. I have no food the next day. And no phone call. 5. No food this day, either. No phone call, either. 6. I call the local store to talk to a rude store manager who informs me that I can do a pickup, but if I don't want to do that, they will refund me "when they get around to it." The one time we allowed this wait to happen, we were left waiting for a solid two months only to find out the manager still hadn't even started the refund. Now, we keep calling back until we get an employee that's sympathetic enough to set up a new delivery time. 7. This process repeats almost every time we place an order. We have been informed that the following is true for ALL STORES: - If you check contactless delivery, Walmart is alieved of any responsibility for the delivery. It is up to their sole discretion whether or not they will refund the purchase. This includes cases in which Walmart's drivers mess up and don't deliver or deliver the wrong groceries. Read the fine print. Don't do contactless delivery. Require your signature as proof it was delivered. - If they mess up your delivery, they cannot reschedule until the next day - if you're lucky. Period. - They have no time frame set for refunds being received. They can keep you waiting for them to refund your purchase as long as they want to. It's all left up to the store manager. As far as I can tell, the store managers hate this service and actively sabotage it. Since they're sabotaging it, I'm guessing there are no incentives in it for them. Typical corporate BS. At least Amazon gets their customer service and deliveries right, though....

Based on their website that said they had 7 Revlon Christmas hair dryer brushes left on sale for 1/2 price but you could only get at the store in Clayton NC, I drove there and was told when I could not find them “oh the website is always a couple of days behind”. Too bad. Contacted Walmart via a chat and was told the same thing. They do not care that you just drove out of your way 25 minutes to go to a Walmart you normally do not go to because they post a LIE!

I purchased a set of cork backed placemats from the Walmart Marketplace. The placemats started to split after using them for several weeks. When I went to return them to the store, I was told that they had a 30 day return limit which had passed by 13 days. The employee said to call the Walmart customer service for assistance. The two customer service agents that I spoke with (Andrew and someone else) informed me that Walmart does not stand behind the products they sell, but that they would contact the Marketplace seller for return. Andrew then said he would contact the Marketplace seller, but ended up connecting me with the Marketplace Seller where I could only leave a message. This is a very deceitful practice by Walmart to sell something on their website and not display with the item the information that the return policy was different than Walmart's 90 day policy, This information is only visible if you click on the tab adjacent to the picture of the item and not a requirement for the purchase process. Regardless, this product should last longer than 30 days and if defective should be returnable to Walmart. The cop out that Walmart is not selling the product is ridiculous since Walmart is making money through advertising and should stand behind the product they are selling on their website.

Please keep an eye on your account if you decide to buy on walmart. com. I made a purchase for $44.16 on 12/31/20. One of the item was refunded for $ 16. 18 and was left with $ 27.96. Walmart not only charged my account $44.14 I was charged another $33.42 plus another $10.66. So they charged my account almost $100 for $27.96 . When I called customer service. The man that I spoke to try convincing me into believing that my account was charged th right amount amount of money. After, a long argument he then admitted that I was right. He apologized and said he was going to care of everything. He said they were going to send me a notification email and then the money will be posted on my account within 3 to 5 business days. Guess wha? They only send me a notification for the $10.66 . So, I contacted my bank to file a dispute. I will never order anything from them again.
