Overall a very bad customer experience with Walmart online ordering. Walmart delivery estimates are always wrong, expect to add weeks of too delivery dates. Also, you cannot cancel orders and get a refund after a very short window of time (30min). They will hold onto your money until the item is delivered then you can return it. They hope you either forget about the order or are too tired to go through the effort to return it. Ordered a snowblower in December, to be delivered in 2 days, only to have delivery date be moved to January, and they are still holding onto my money after I cancelled the order. I need the money to buy something to help remove snow, which is a big issue in our area in the winter with heavy snowfall. Amazon, and almost everyone else treats online customers properly and does order processing, cancellation and delivery estimates way better. As a customer, I feel Walmart has taken advantage of me, once they got my payment, they can move as slow as they want.

I ordered Christmas presents for my two grandsons. Four day delivery and now it's been three weeks and there is only a few days left before Christmas. One grandsons present had come, but my daughter can't let him have for obvious reasons. I'm beyond upset. They shipped it long after it was supposed to be there. I live to far to get him something else. Really three weeks and no Christmas presents from Nana under the tree. Don't trust your important events to Walmart. I could have walked it to Texas by now!

Once again Walmart has proven they do not care about customer service at all. We stopped to trade out our empty propane tank. We waited 20 minutes in the rain for someone with a key to come. Turns out they don't trust the garden department with the key. Someone getting carts in the parking lot had the key. This is why we go elsewhere as much as possible.

OMGoodness! I am ready for a Super Walmart or a Burlington to replace my current Walmart in Newton, NJ! I've complained before about the lack of average sized women (sizes 12-16) before and other things the store constantly lacks, but today was the last straw!! This store only has (3) handicap carts. One of the 3 has only one handle for backwards and forward motion! There carts are old and dirty and your'e lucky if they are charged!! I've been to the new Super Walmart in Rockaway, NJ and their carts are all new and digital. What a pleasure to shop there. Please get this complaint to someone in charge or more importantly, the owner. He seems to not care about this store. He does not restock quickly or efficiently enough. Store is under staffed for getting help. Seems he just cares to keep the doors open to pay the rent and only order the same things over and over that brings in the money. I HATE MY NEWTON, NJ WALMART !! I'd rather go out of my way to the Rockaway location and spend my money and time there!!! HELP US!!!!!

I ordered online groceries because I don’t have a car right now and I haven’t worked since March because of the pandemic. Walmart screwed up my entire order and I NEVER received any groceries!! I call the customer service line and after being hung up on 3 different times I was told that they can refund me but it will take 3-5 business days!3-5 days is Christmas. Thanks Walmart for ruining an already fucked up Christmas!! You a guys are literally the best!! Just like Trump! Really y’all are neck and neck!! Thanks!! This problem isn’t hard to solve. This is a multi million dollar company and you mean to tell me that they couldn’t fix this problem. I literally have to come up with a way to feed my family, but Walmart has food in the stores, but I have to wait. I hope your entire company fails!! So you can see what it feels like to go without!!

I’ve had numerous problems with Walmart. First of all, your credit card information is not safe!!!. Twice I’ve had to get on the phone with my credit card over stolen credit card information being used to buy products. Second of all, they never seem to deliver on what you’ve purchased. There’s ALWAYS A PROBLEM! Nothing but trouble!!!!! Stay away!!!

Visited Walmart in ebensburg pa today. I needed to cash my payroll check because I am a commonwealth employee. I was informed that they cannot process the check because their company they go through flagged it as a risky check. When a person works for the state there is nothing risky about it. I will be contacting my attorney. To me that sounds like a form of discrimination. I will no longer shop at any Walmart stores.

Visited your Walmart store in Lansing Illinois 17625 Torrence Ave 60438 on 12/18/2020. Was waited on by cashier ringing in line 3. Waited diligently in line to purchase my orders. After about fifteen minutes; the cashier (name unknown; no name tag); told a gentleman in front of me; he was going to be her last customer. Then cut her light off. She observed me and another woman behind me waiting also. Then eventually stated to him; I guess I'll stay open; she looks like she'll complain! I never said a word. Just waiting in line. How rude. First of all; if you saw other people in your line; and no one was coming over to replace you; at least finish them. She rung me up at 17:14:16 pm. As she bagged my items; she did it in a way that let me know she was angered. Hurriedly putting items in the bag. Shoving some bags to me to put in my cart. Not professional at all. Maybe if she would have told the gentleman in front of me she was closing after him before me and the shopper behind me were waiting in her line with her light still on, we would have probably been standing in another line! I spent $183.18. And that's just for that day. I shop Walmart every week. Sometimes more than once. Thanks for listening.

My wife and I visit this store at least 2 times a week. We have had issues in the past but nothing like today. Was in the store going through the self check out. After I rang in all my products I realized the register was for card only. I wanted to use cash. I usually use card but this time I had a lot of cash I need to get out of my hands. So I called the store rep that was working that area over. She was so rude. So I asked what I needed to do. She said I will cancel your order and she did. Then I asked her what I needed to do. She yelled at the top of her voice "I dont know". Then turned and walked away. I got a manager who over and explained to her what happened. She put me on another register that accepted cash. I asked what she was going to do with the employee. Had another customer come over and confirmed his family seen the whole event and she did exactly what I said she did. The manager went to speak with her. I was literally standing within hearing distance of the conversation. They thought it was a big joke. So I asked for another manager. She never got one for me. So I went to customer service and they called another manager up. I explained it to her. She shrugged it off like it was no big deal. I explained to her if I decide to come back to that store and I see that employee at that store then nobody in my family would ever shop there again. And she stated that the employee would not be fired. She was just talk to her. So the employee screamed at the top of her lungs in front of everybody in the store and she will not be fired? And why was she even working that area when she had no idea how to answer a simple question? And I am going to post this incident online and through all social media. Again, I am telling you if I see her there again nobody in my family will ever shop Walmart again. And I am certain I heard in the conversation she was having with the manager some racist terms toward me. But who cares? I guess I will let the viewers of my feedbacks determined if they care. The manager stated the employees name was Briana. But I am certain she was covering and gave me a false name. The name on the receipt shows Phebe. The incident happened at the Kannapolis location store Number 02005 on 12/7/2020 at approx 3pm. It happened at the self checkout left side of store as you are walking in. I still have the receipt if you need anymore information. I am going to copy this conversation and post it for others to review as well. I never want to see anyone fired. But this lady obviously cannot do her job and never ever attempted to apologize. And worse the managers were covering for her.

FlorissantSupercenter #5927 3390 N Highway 67, Florissant, MO 63033 This Walmart does not have customer service, nor do they have the customer in mind at this store. Long lines, cashiers have poor attitudes, and most are slow at processing items. When calling this walmart do not expect to talk to a manager. When you ask to speak to a manager you are placed on hold and never to be answered. I drove from my house to walmart and the manager never picked up (I was on the phone for over 30 Minutes, no one ever picked up). When I entered the walmart I asked/told the walmart greeter I wanted to speak to a manager. The front-end manager came out and I said I would like to exchange the gift card I had acquired for a walmart gift card that could be used on other than grocery items. She said that gift card can not be returned or exchanged.

I just have to say the Walmart market on 151st in Olathe, KS is above and beyond! Before the pandemic they were always so kind, the store was clean and they were always stocked. Now they started grocery pickup and they have just been the best! Always have my items, still so kind! Very happy customer over here!!

Online order small Christmas product. Wasnt delivered. Walmart delivery has this helpful message : "Delayed-check back later". when asking them on chat about product- they are not responsible for Walmart online order fulfillment. I have to find their vendor to get an answer about a walmart online order not fulfilled. Their vendor doesnt bother to reply. Calling their vendor on the number Walmart gave goes to a number - mailbox full-goodbye. Walmart takes NO responsibility for their own customers or their online fulfillment. Still not delivered. 4 contacts at Walmart all basically advising not their problem. Merry Christmas.

Poor policies for walmart on refunds for items that walmart canceled. She could probably say more then thats walmarts policy, thats walmarts policy, thats walmarts policy. She should also probably not lie and say I will transfer you to billing and they will get you your money back now and resolve your issues, because that cleary was not going to happen billing just repeated the same "thats walmarts policy" over and over again with nothing new too say or any more information. None of this is really their fault either its all walmarts fault for having poor policies to handle customer refunds for items canceled by WALMART, for having a website that says something is in stock and then letting the order go through and charging the person money only to email that person four hours later saying sorry we don't actually have that item but your money will be refunded automatically only to let them find out that automatically actually means 3 to 5 buisness days. And I get that mistakes happen every once in awhile and it would be all fine but out of the 5 online orders I have placed for instore pickup in the last month 4 of them were canceled thats a 20% success rate, good job walmart. And on top of that one of the itmes I ordered that was canceled because it was out of stock was not actually out of stock there was about 25 them sitting on the shelf when I went in 20 minutes after I got the cancelation email and when I asked customer service about it they called the person up that goes and picks that stuff up and they said oh yeah that item is out of stock I went and looked my self (while I am holding said item in my hand in their store) then.when I said you have like 25 of them sitting back there he said oh well sorry must have missed them. Poor customer service all around, poor policies, poor website, and 2 of walmarts employees lied directly to my face. Would give you negative stars if I could.

Animal Bites (Rat?) in online groceries order I bought "Dempster’s® Everything Bagels" as part of my online delivery order. Received this product with animal bites (would guess a rat) in the bag and the first bread of the bag. Marks are very irregular and a piece of the first bread is missing. This, in my opinion, is disgusting and shows poor management in how they store their products. -- Walmart blocked my review on their product on their site about this

No quality check either when their a fulfilling the delivery orders... -- Walmart blocked my review on the product on their site about this I contacted them about this, the first thing they offered was to issue a refund for the value of the bread, which I considered to be an extremely cheap move. After I complained again, got offered a 15 CAD voucher, I still think they are cheap. They own their disgusting mistakes very poorly.

I ordered a snowblower from Walmart.com. when it arrived the box was taped up and it looked like it had been opened and boxed up again. Walmart had taken a snowblower that had been removed from the box and shoved it back in. It had no packing around it, had scratches all over it, the handle was creased and parts were missing also there was oil in the box that had spilled out. Walmart did not seem to care about this, like it happens to them all the time. Now I have to figure out how to get this snowblower down to Walmart or have FedEx come pick it up, which would cost me for shipping, to get my refund. I will never, ever order from Walmart.com again and am so excited to have Winco opening here soon. This is not customer service. I feel Walmart tried to pass off this item on a customer knowing it was damaged.. And I will spend my $449.00 elsewhere.

Four lanes open long lines at all checkouts store crowded not enough of cashers long line at exit with the trying to see if someone stole something looks like walmart is using covid as an excuse to cut labor cost while all the customers are jam packed on top of each other trying to get out of the store. This was the store on Brookpark road in Brooklyn Ohio
