Most of their stuff does not look the same when it arrives (over a month later), than the pictures shown online. Jewelry items especially are super low quality, and only vaguely look like the picture online. I received "tiger eye" beads for example that were barely polished. They're grey! Some marketing scheme ("limited quantity item") makes you try to get an item for free, but they charge you for it and if you're not the chosen customer, it takes week to get your money back - 3 weeks later I have not seen that money back for the one "limited quantity" item I went for. Out of about 12 items, 3 were good, the rest was crapola.

I ordered a lighter on September 25 that was supposed to arrive by November 29. It did not arrive. Then they tell me wait another 30 days and contact us if it does not arrive by then. I waited 40 days. I tried to access Refund and they tell me it is BEYOND the 30 day RETURN policy. But I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! How can I Return something I never got! So I escalated up the Support. Then I get a message that my request can not be processed. "Try Again Later" they say. I look at a message they have on their site saying We have your back, get a Refund for items you have received. Read More. When you press Read More there is NO PLACE to enter the undelivered order information. Disgusting way to AVOID giving the refund I deserve. Order ID 5f6e1d7a42a5035c0be0fb3a

Item came late. Over four weeks. No longer needed by that time. Several emails required to get return instructions. Expensive to return. And then they just send it back to you saying "postage due", even though you got the post office to charge you what was needed. Wish makes it impossible to return items for any reason. A total scam ripoff outfit.

Ordered 12 tiki garden lights one was delivered contacted the customer service and after countless back and forth emails they asked for photos which I sent and heard nothing since. Spoken to numerous people and no one got the items paid for. DONT bye anything from WISH

€151,95 was removed from my bank account through PayPal WITHOUT MY CONSENT and this item here and 5 other items was sent to me in 4 packages. I haven't opened this table and chair because, I have been asking customers support representatives the question, who made the order? and that I also want to return the items and get a refund since I don't need any of them. After agreeing that I will get a refund, they placed charge back on the items. Since 11 days now now I been trying to send a pictures of the items I received in the customer support fora refund (as they advised me) I was blocked from accessing customer support on these items saying they need my identity card. I have submitted the Identity card several and even submit every other ID cards that I have since I was not getting a response. All to no avail. To say that, I am TORTURED FOR 1 MONTH now, is to say the least. No one is talking to me anymore, even though there are charge back on this items to show that I will get a refund. If someone have told me before now, about these things that I am experiencing, I WOULD NOT HAVE SAVE MY FINANCIAL INFORMATIONS WITH WISH because, they have proof to me that the site is not secured to save financial details. When I reported to PayPal, PayPal told me that wish promised them that I was going to get a refund since they have place a charge back ontheitems. But how am I going to get a refund, which have an expiring date without going through the due process of returning the item to get a refund? Only God knows!! I have been send photos of the items I received to wish general customers support and in their email in which we have for more than 2 weeks, before the last 11 days, all of them are silent. They are not are no longer willing to discuss how I can return the items and get a refund. Initially, when the first item (lingerie) arrived, I told the wish customer support agent, that I would like to reject the item and every other item that will be sent to me, so that my money can be refunded to me. (I made this same request whenever I receive any item, against the next delivery). But they keep telling me each time I made the request that there rule is that I will be receiving the items each time they are delivered, until all items are fully delivered, then I can ship them back and get my money refunded. NOW BECAUSE OF THEIR UNWILLINGNESS TO DISCUSS THE RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUND, I AM STOCKED UP WITH DIFFERENT KINDS OF ITEMS WITH I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THEM (EVEN THOUGH THEY PLACED A CHARGE BACK ON THE ITEMS TO INDICATE THAT I AM GETTING A REFUND. be careful it's a cheater company, i've buy a shoes in december 16th which cost 1$, after transaction i noticed that they took 53$, of course i canceled the item and they told that they'll refund money within 14 days. untill now i didn't receive my money. Another thing, i didn't receive a confirmation email, nor any way to contact them. i won't follow them no longer

Wish is disrespectful.. they feel as if they can treat customers like babies just cause they don’t want to handle their business.. they really thought I didn’t know they were trying to purposefully try to intimidate me. Wish claims you can’t cancel orders because of “COVID19” but allows returns.. that makes 0 sense because that puts workers lives in jeopardy faster.. if I didn’t go through financial and identity theft I would use these foreign only sites.

I ordered an item because it had a decent delivery date. Several days after paying they gave me a ridiculous delivery date of a month. I'd have never have bought anything that took so long. I know I've been conned and I haven't even received it yet. I'm paying again to get a better quality item delivered tomorrow from a different company!

I have used wish quite a lot in the lockdown year 2020. I like a lot of the products. they are reasonable priced. sometimes you have to wait a while for your order but sometimes it can arrive early as well. overall I'm quite happy with the items I get from wish and would be happy to recommend family and friends

I should've looked at the reviews before I bought from them. It is a RlP OFF scam company. I received the wrong item. The customer assistant dosen't give you options you need. When I got someone on chat they acted like I didn't like the product I bought when the picture shows it is not the same product I bought. It is doesn't look love the picture of the product I bought, not the same measurements or description. In order to get my refund I have to ship it back. I PAY to ship it back. So I am paying to have a product I didn't order shipped to and from my house and still not having the correct product. I wonder if the attorney general knows about this site. Who regulates web sites?

I order 6 items from Wish in two separate order. There were nice looking earrings and it's cost me about $300 totals. The store seller who is in partner with Wish provided me with UPS tracking number that belong to Amazon. These item were delivered to Amazon's customers but not me. Since it was delivered and I i didn't get the items, I inquire UPS about the package and UPS said the package belong Amazon, that I should contact my seller. UPS will not deal with me. I, then, contact Wish about the items not yet been delivered but Wish insists they were delivered. And in order for me to get any refund, I worked have to get delivered into from UPS to stated that these items were not delivered to me. Long story short, please don't waste your money on Wish, your wish may be not come true and say good to your money. I'm not sure if it's the Wish store seller or Wish and/or both in cahoots to scram me. I know it's much, but it's the principle and not money. I think may be someone working inside UPS is providing fake tracking to Wish to scram other people's money.

Don't bother buying from them, lowest quality products I've ever seen. Color was off and ugly, style was different, bad quality material, bad cut and confection. Pants will go directly into the garbage.

The item was not as described on the sales pitch, nor was it the colour I required. It was late being delivered and I had no papers or return information with the delivery. I have tried three times to contact Wish - but that is Wish-ful thinking. I have had zero response.

Wish has messed about so much I am at the point of taking action against the Leicester office to get it closed down. I sent back a faulty LapTop (paid £301) and sent it back to their Depot. It is now obvious that this is a regular practice - I have the delivery slip and the signature etc and every week they say they need a pic of the laptop (bar code) and deny delivery then somebody they will refund the monies within 14 days and then they start over again asking for all the information and we start over again this is now followed by a total lie about a second delivery with a replacement cheaper LapTop which was supposed be delivered by either Royal Mail/Parcel Force combined with two other small items which fitted into the letterbox. How can a 14inch laptop fit into a standard letterbox? I have asked for the tracking number but it seems to also have gone astray. This was also sent from their Leicester Depot so a lovely employee of Wish obviously collects Laptops or is Wish a bunch of ..........., sadly I must say yes. Do not buy off them all their products are old stock or returns or maybe just a pie in the sky???

they will take payment straight away but they won't deliver what the customer has actually ordered/deliver something not as advertised/something with defects on it please beware DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT TO THEM NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I ordered some products in October and and paid via Visa, taken out of my a/c immediately and it’s Jan 2021 and still haven’t got them. 3 months!!
