If you inquire about a failed delivery, they won't help track the item. The only response is a robotic automated reply via email. According to their policy if the driver send GPS at your address its delivered.. However my item was not delivered to my address the driver left it five neighbours away, left no card to indicate where left. This I found out by catching the driver a few days later.

I am absolutely furious!! I ordered and paid for goods on 12/10 and received a confirmation email followed by emails updating on the delivery from Yodel. I was informed my parcel had been delivered to my selected store on 13/10 but when I went to collect my parcel on 16/10 I was told it wasn’t there. I contacted Yours Clothing to be told they were not liable after the parcel had been delivered and they will not investigate. How can they not investigate when a parcel from them, delivered by a company they instructed goes missing!! Disgusted at Yours Clothing customer service. I am over £50 out of pocket and no goods!!

If I could give zero stars I would !!! Dont even bother buying online from them. I was a loyal customer for few years now and I have spend over 2k so far purchasing from them for my mother and sent them abroad. Last 3 orders have been a nightmare !!!!! 1st) I placed and order and I realized I ordered something that I didnt meant to!! I contacted them 2 mins later through all the ways ( email and live chat) asking them to cancel this order, they didnt. They said once the order has been placed , it cannot cancelled !!! OK !!! even if thats 2 minutes after the order placed???? Thats just UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!! 2nd) I placed an order online to sent abroad with 2 items in there . One of them got sent correctly and the other sent wrong size !!! When i spoke with customer service I ve been told to ask my mum ( 60yo woman and ill who doesnt even know how to use touch screen phone) to take a photo and prove that the wrong size has been sent as they sent a size up !! Of course my mum is unable to do something like that so i skipped it. 3rd) After the last 2 bad experiences with this company, i attempted to place another order for my mum to surprise her, and I ordered 4 tops size 22-24 and I double checked before I submit the order as i had been scammed before. All sizes were 22-24 and the sizes received were 26-28!!! When i tried to contact customer services they told me that these were the sizes i ve ordered and asked me to prove them the opposite !! How can i prove you the opposite when you dont submit receipt after the order which will be showing the sizes ordered? And lets say you sent receipt with the sizes ordered, what if wrong sizes ordered? Would you cancel the order or would you do anything to help your customer?OF COURSE NO!! all what you would do it would be "sorry we cannot cancel the order even if you told us 2 seconds after you placed it, and if its wrong size, even if its going abroad you need to pay for your return " so basically your customers dont have any option or after sales assistance once an order has been placed !! As someone who is working in retail management for high end retailer I will advice you something .... look after you loyal customers because these are the ones that will return. And even if you go out of your way for a customer and make a refund to please a customer you should know that this customer would come back even if your services are not great. But if you ignore customer issues after and you dont go out of your way to provide a solution then you lost a customer for life. Well done for you exceptional service. You just lost a customer .

Hi popped into your Felixstowe branch today and was so impressed by the ladies there.I purchased a pair of knee high boots which I have never been able to fit my calfs before.But with the ladies help I did and am thoroughly delighted.Lovely caring ladies and an assist to the store.

I am a frequent customer for myself and my Daughter , we where looking for 2 outfits to wear to a wedding but all your occasions dresses are only online I ordered 5 dresses 3 each to try and picked 2 , then the original dress my daughter wanted came back in stock so I ordered 2 more I returned 3 dresses and kept 2 incase the new ones didn’t arrive , while I was instore I purchased a pair of leather leggings and a top for my daughter to wear on hen night the assistant was amazing I explained that I was holding on to 2 dresses as we had orders her first choice which was now back in stock , today I returned the final 3 dresses as we where delighted with the first pick , I took them into your East Kilbride Glasgow store unfortunately the girl was sullen and extremely unhelpful her tone when she spoke to me was argumentative, (are they on your card is your card signed and scrutinised my signature but in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable ) I had returned all dresses in good condition and in original wrapping with the receipts was pleasant I work in a store myself , and when I said I didn’t have any trouble last week she dismissed me raising her voice to glare at me and say it’s always the same , in the last 2 months we have spent over £300 in your stores , I have never had a problem before , but I am so angry I will never shop in yours again

Unfortunately I have not yet purchased anything this time but your "live chat" needs much to be desired. I was querying why an article of clothing costs £33 in UK and €55 in Ireland. The answer: "prices can vary on our international websites. I am well aware of the exchange rate and I am well aware of Brexit however, as far as I know, Yours Clothing have opened a number of stores in Ireland so surely the clothes should be delivered to a central point in Ireland to avoid the extra taxes. This, is not a good picture for loyal clients and until this is sorted, I will definitely be looking elsewhere.

Love yours shop usually… Love yours shop usually, however what an actual pain in the A*** to return stuff if you have ordered stuff online which majority of the country do now. Tried to return to Basingstoke store they sent us away saying it needed to go to Asda no more information because of the payment method. On our next day off went to Asda and tried to return only to find we needed to print out a returns label. I honestly think they try and make it as difficult as possible to try and return stuff so people don’t bother.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I returned a number of items and received a refund of £17 less. I queried this and was told I kept one bra that was a 2 pack? When actually I returned every single bra! Unsure why I would keep one when it's a set of 2? I've shopped here for years however after this I would strongly advise against shopping with them. I've since taken this further

It is not very open where companies are based. They offer local language website thereby confusing the origin of the company and after Brexit buying from Yours clothing costs you a lot more than you thought. The prices aren't that low that you would expect that. It might be mentioned in the agreements, but I saw no clear mention when purchasing online. I have no clue about the products yet, but have to pay almost 40 Euros to get my 2 items. The possible import costs where carefully moved to the background. So they don't lie, they just don't warn you upfront.

I ordered a size 11ww and they sent me a size 8 in the left shoe and a 9 in the right shoe, then I had to email them could not talk to someone, phone number is wrong on the website ,that was ordered for my wedding

I received an order of a dress which was unsuitable. I followed Yours Clothing Returns advice online and each time I tried to set up return label it would not accept order number, I'd nor eurvide. I have sent three emails to ask for help to return item. No one from Yours Clothing had answered any of my emails. This is the first company whom has ever provided no customer service. To date no one has answered my emails and I cannot print returns label. I will never buy anything from Yours Clothing ever again.

I received 2 peplum tops early may. Took them on holiday and they where enormous. Reported within the 28 days but was messed about by customer services and given unobtainable telephone numbers. I contacted resolve who have been working with me. On the 14 of June I was contacted by yours and they said they would refund me my money and it would be in my bank within 7 days so I return goods as they are faulty. They e Mail me a label no bigger than a postage stamp.😂 I sent items back. Yesterday I received an e Mail saying that because the items where now over 28 days return that they can not refund my money and received an e voucher to spend with them. What a fraudulent company they have turned out to be. They forced me out of a 28 day refund. Clever way of not paying out. Wont use them again. Might write to the CEO.

I have had a number of issues with the quality of the clothes, from shrinking despite proper washing instructions, Items becoming misshapen, and detail glitter stars in fabric wearing off in parts. After some lounge pants shrunk 6” in the leg, I was asked to send them in even though it was over 28 days, they then said they wouldn’t look at them as it was over 28 days and they would charge P&P to send back. Faulty item so I said put it in the bin and I will not shop with them anymore. There has been a problem with all my orders!,

Just terrible. My experience has elements of most of the reviews below. No contact details for phoning Yours when my return was held up for weeks by the dodgy courier company they use in Ireland. A frustrating webchat where I had to constantly repeat details to various personnel, some of whom were plain rude. Now a delay in getting refund, despite emails stating it would be received within 5 days and 7 days. I really think it is contrived thievery.

I have sent 4 messages to you this is my 5th with not one reply ...disgusted is an understatement i explained in all my messages my issue. I sent my return last tuesday via asda billingham with my goods and my email adress still not had any information back. Would very much appreciate some form of reply.

I have had 2 issues with Yours. Firstly, they sent me a jumper with two black oily marks on it. I returned it to them by post after being told they’d only refund me if there was a manufacturing fault. I waited weeks and wrangled with online customer service (who were utterly unhelpful). Yours finally refunded me after all that because the stains on the item were older than the time the item was sent to me. The item should never have been sent back to a customer in the first place. The second occasion was when I ordered two blouses and returned one because I ordered two for comparison. I had a parcel tracking number but no refund. The tracking number showed they’d had my blouse for 11 days with no action taken. I used the online customer service to complain. They kept sending me copies of their policy stating refunds can take between 14 -21 days. I kept giving them the tracking number and telling them they already had the parcel which they advertise as a shorter refund period. After four attempts and several repetitive emails, someone asked what item did you order? I repeated the information from previous message and two days later, I got a refund. The online customer service messages are abrupt, patronising and keep reiterating information which I have already taken into account before emailing them in the first place. Do the staff read the messages properly or is it an automated response to key words in your message? Either way, it’s appalling customer service designed to make you give up and put up with their mistakes (and never to expect a refund either). I like the clothes but the customer service/standards of some items sent out is appalling!

Order some clothes for express delivery on Monday (I had a wedding on Saturday and am flying out on Friday), to be emailed Thursday that none of the 2 items was in stock so they cannot fulfil my order! How do they not have a system that reserves online orders once ordered from the website? Also, despite paying £6.99 for express delivery I am not being refunded delivery when nothing has even been delivered! first and last time I will shop here as now I have nothing to wear for a wedding!

I have ordered 3 tines in my usual size that I am in every other store. The 3 times I ordered the size has been wrong. And then you need a printer to return which I do not have. Please shop at shein if you are plus size.
