“I received a text to say my parcel would be delivered on Wednesday between 16.00 and17.00. My parcel never arrived when I went to track it on line it said parcel delivery failure. I rang the main dpd office to be told it was the incorrect address. Which was completely untrue. It was the correct name the correct address and the correct eir code. The woman on the phone promised to ring me before 5 pm on Thursday. Still no phone call Thursday night This isn’t the first time this has happened and it always seems to be with dpd. I hate when they are the courier for an order I placed on line as there is always an issue with the delivery. Stay well clear of dpd unprofessionally excuse for courier company.”

“These guys are unbelievable. One of their special needs drivers left a delivery at a neighbours while we were closed with only 3 out of 4 boxes. Since I realised 10 days ago I’ve reached out 5 times to ask the whereabouts of the 4th box and had not one reply. This is despite me telling the kids that the delivery is required for a live order which I’ve now had to refund giving the customer a woeful experience because of DPD incompetence. These mentals are charging nearly £20 per delivery too. We’re down a £60 order, lost a long term customer and an entire box of CBD drinks and they won’t even reply. Grifters. Use literally anyone else.”
“Absolutely dreadful service. Package not received. Given three delivery times over two days and still no delivery. Depot will not answer phone no matter how many times you ring. Emails from depot are noting short of lies. They appear to have no knowledge of where their driver is or where parcel is. Will not sue DPD again and will not buy from any company that items will be delivered by DPD.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. Parcel was out for delivery. Driver waited no more than 10 seconds at the door and took off again. Didn't even have a chance to get to the door. Then I selected to collect it from a collection point. I collected it the same day it was dropped off at the collection point. And every day since, for a whole week I have been spammed with emails and texts saying to collect it even though I already have. I called dpd to enquire about it and the first 2 calls they ended immediately. The 3rd call I was put through to a customer support person who was less than helpful. He told me that 10 seconds is " possibly enough to wait around". And then proceeded to be of no use and hung up also. Absolutely disgraceful service as per usual with dpd. Its a shame to even call it service because its only a lack of service at this stage!”
“Worse than awful. They seem to have completely lost a parcel that we need for work. Twice customer "service" have promised to look into this and call back. Days go by and they never call back. When I told them that our local depot has had a full innox for three YEARS (in other words, no chance of ever leaving a message and it's entirely deliberate) the woman on the phone simply giggled.”
“Received text confirming delivery 2-3pm. Stayed in all afternoon. Its now 5.30pm. Online delivery service says 'driver unable to contact you'. A lie. I had no text, phonecall or email. I tried to contact DPD on webchat. What a joke. This company has no customer service. This was a delivery from Dunnes Stores. I have informed DS that I will not use their portal ever again if DPD are the delivery agents.”

“I live in a large apartment building on a busy street. The local DPD driver shows up, puts the parcel on the ground outside the door, rings the doorbell and then drives off at speed. He never waits for an answer to the intercom, he never tries to make any contact, just leaves it there. I've had deliveries stolen because of this, when I'm not home it still gets left there and just gets picked up by someone walking by. Absolute joke of a service.”

“One of the worst delivery services out there, they failed to send my packages on 5 different occasions, on the tracking number it shows as I wasn’t home despite I was home, never received a phone call from them and never left myself any envelope to say we tried to deliver but you weren’t home as their policy says, a bunch of liars, I didn’t order myself from them, I bought something online and they send it with this scammers unfortunately, still waiting for my package to be delivered”
“Be very aware that most thr reviews are fake!! This company is a joke. Have had a few OK experiences, but when they cannot find your apartment they'll just say they tried to contact you and they don't. I stay in kinsale and the guy probably didn't even try come and deliver my item. They are unprofessional drivers (not too sure about the actual customer service etc) If I don't get my item tomorrow I'll be sure to write a review on their customer services as well. To not even have someone Try deliver is appalling. At least try deliver it and prove that you tried with a letter, even tho I was here all day waiting!! Just unprofessional, lazy and unreliable. Perhaps getting drivers to first pass their high school exams will help with them having the ability to actually do their job.”
