“Horrible company! Such a scam. We paid for the tourist visa and after we paid, they told us that it’s mandatory that we must get insurance through them for almost $400! They never gave the visa and nobody answers the phone!! Now my 30th birthday is ruined and our flight is in 3 days. Such a Scam! I think they are in Pakistan, not even In Dubai. So wrong. I hope Karma gets you.”

“I contacted InstaDubaiVisa on the 20th December to arrange a business visa for me, my wife and two young children. I paid £596.00 and was advised I would receive our visas within 24-72 working hours.
Shortly after applying, we received two calls. One saying we needed covid insurance and its LAW in Dubai, I refused. then the other call stating that we needed to pay to have private covid tests before returning to the UK and this was also LAW in Dubai, again total nonsense and only after more money..
on the 24th December I contacted them to ask where our visas were and the "salesman" said due to short working hours over the Christmas period the 72 hours will take me past my departure date of the 27th December. I was forced to pay an additional £412 to 100% guarantee our visas before travel. Guess what.... we didn't receive our visas! Today (9th Jan) I have received an email saying our visas have been approved but I still need to provide copies of plane tickets, details of where we will be staying etc. We were due to travel on the 27th December... so only 2 weeks too late.
In a nutshell they are money grabbing scammers!!
I have asked for a refund but I'm not hoping for any reply soon!!!”

Auf meine Email wird nicht reagiert und die im Chat, können nur copy Paste drücken und ihre vorgefertigten Antworten weiterleiten. Finger weg von diesem Anbieter. Nicht zu empfehlen.”

I applied for a 2 visas for my mother and father in law who are elder people and are coming to visit us because my wife is about to have a baby. All I wanted is to get the application submitted as soon as possible. The 3 days passed and when i got in touch with them they said we will submit after 10 days. I explained that the tickets will be expired before that then they said can we cancel your application. And after a min they canceled it. Very useless they wasted my time and frustrated me keep me following up for a week i would have got my visa long ago by applying directly to government. Don't waste your time with dubaivisa.com.”
“Well they charge a lot and give false information. You will get the services while paying 3 times more money what you can get from other websites. They will get your visa processed by city tour and travels. You can book directly from there . I booked the visa from there and they gave the wrong information that it is valid for 14 days but when I originally checked with Dubai immigration, it was valid for 30 days. I got Covid and I thought that I don’t want to be an illegal immigrant and the InstaDubai visa agent told me to extend my visa for 14 more days and for that they told me to pay $270 but originally the visa extension was $130. Once I made the pay, I thought of calling Dubai immigration and came to know that my original visa was issued for 30 days stay in UAE. When I asked for the refund it was being told to me that they applied for visa extension, for which they never gave any proof. Also in there email it is being mentioned that the visitor visa are valid for 30 and 90 days only.So be careful when you are choosing there services because they can go to any extend to get money from your pocket.”

They employ lies and make false statements prior to payment. As soon as I Paid, the bot on their site masqueraiding as a human tried to upsell me to Express. Their normal visa fees is more then double through Emirates but we dont have Emirates in my country (Malawi).
I refused, and as people said on other sites they couldn't care less about me missing my trip due to their lies.
Best of all, they take a $40 refund fee for doing NOTHING!!

Of course, it's nonsense. No reputable visa agency could possibly make such outlandish claims.
My Filipina wife applied for a simple tourist visa to Abu Dhabi using their visa services. She paid AED 671. She must have been so unlucky to be one of the 0.02% who was rejected. BTW, since we got married, my wife has never had a single visa application rejected until she used InstaDubai. Go figure?
Of course, the 0.02% rejection rate is fake, just like the 100% refund promise. Please see their refund response below:

They claim to process visas within 24-72 working hours. Many applicants mistakenly assume this means 1-3 days. However, 24-72 working hours actually means 3-9 days!
The good news is that my wife reapplied via the Etihad airlines visa link and got a tourist visa within 72 hours with a minimum of cost and documentation.
Where possible, if you need a visa, then I recommend that you book your flight via one of the UAE airlines (Etihad and Emirates) and use the visa application services linked to their websites. Above all, do not give your hard-earned cash to scammers such as InstaDubaiVisa.com.”
