“When we requested Fischer to attend for a survey, we expected a hard sell but it never appeared. The engineer listened to our needs, concerns and reassured us that we were on the right track and provided evidence to back up what we thought. The finance offered made the decision even easier. The two engineers arrived promptly and fitted and cleared up within no time. They provided a full explanation of how everything worked and were polite and professional. Not had time to review the cost of use yet but the contralability and effectiveness is excellent. Just have to keep my good lady away from the controls.....phew!”
“There was a slight problem about the date of installation, due to general confusion caused by COVID-19, but an appointment was quickly rearranged and engineers arrived promptly, parked as requested in a private area without impinging on any of the regular occupants, carried out their work quickly and efficiently, tested the system and explained its operation to me very clearly, leaving guarantee documentation and instructions for use. They left the flat very clean and tidy and drove off as soon as they had finished work, taking all the old heaters with them. I have been delighted with the new system and am warm and comfortable now, with much lower heating bills too!”
“Two young men came and installed the heater without any fuss or inconvenience. They wore masks and were polite and left the area better than it was before. The operation of the heater was explained thoroughly before they left. It remains to be seen how effective the heater will prove to be, it was very expensive but if it proves to be as god as it is advertised as being will probably be worth it.”
“Ordered a premier radiator for my bathroom. The installers arrived a bit early which suited me fine. The work commenced immediately. Friendly and efficient the lads worked hard to install the radiator as quickly as possible. Aftersetting up the thermostat and checking everything was ok they cleaned up and left everywhere tidy. A good job well done. It all works fine and i have a lovely warm bathroom ready for the winter.”

“The heaters are very good and I am pleased with them. The delivery date was mixed up and it took a lot longer, after waiting for six weeks. I had no other heating. The staff at Fischer are always very helpful and try to sort out any difficulties. The man (Michael) who sold them to me, said he would come back to check they were alright but never came and I arranged for someone else to come. Overall pleased with heaters but admin at the office does not work well.”

“The staff arrived well on time and the whole work was completed in the two days allowed.Work was carried out to an organised pattern and the attitude of the employees gave me every confidence.They were extremely careful and there was no damage to the existing decorations, the previous installation was removed and disposed off with little or no mess and what did occur was removed immediately. The operation of the hot water system and radiators was explained to me in full, though I found the setting up of the controller of one of the bathroom radiators difficult to master. Previous to the work being carried out my own electrician fitted appropriate sockets adjacent to the position of the new radiators and hot water system. This I believe very much helped the installation process. In two rooms I still have radiators installed by Fischer Future Heat some years ago I intend to replace these at a future date.”

“The installation of the Aquafficient water heating system went very well, the engineers were both polite and proficient. They removed and disposed of the old hot water tank and excess plumbing before fitting the new unit. There was one small concern as it appeared that there was a minor leak from one of the new joints, but a phone call to the office got the hoped for response and one of the engineers returned to investigate. As it turned out the apparent fault may have been down to, nothing more than, a condensation build up. At this early stage I cannot give 5 stars as it is too early to assess the saving potential of the new system.”
