“Everything we were promised actually happened. The installation was on the day and handled with efficiency and politeness, as was the removal of our existing gas heater. We have been please with the new radiator which was installed in our conservatory which we don't usually use over the winter period but this year we have been able to use it, even through the very cold spell. we no longer get condensation or damp in their either. We are very satisfied with the service we received and the product.”

We had to chase up for dates as we were not told of the huge workload they had and therefore about an 8 week wait! The fitters were very efficient and very pleasant and kept to the COVID rules! Our appliance was fitted within a few hours and it was all left very tidy and ready to go! Our water heater is brilliant with plenty of hot water on tap and immediate! Very pleased!”

“The electric fire developed a fault causing the power to go off at the fuse box when we tried to switch it on, I called Fischer and explained the problem and they sent two technicians with replacement parts, after checking the unit they found the fire could not be repaired on site and would recommend a replacement unit, I was very happy to receive a call today saying the fire would be replacement on Thursday next. “I'd acquired so many leaflets regarding the Fischer Heaters in the last few years, I wish I'd done this earlier. In the coldest room of my house, the business equivalent of an Auntie's sewing room, it has made such a difference. The difference being "gentler" heat in the daytime when the central heating is off. For the last four years having used instant heating, which is far too harsh and not long-lasting, so I think I made the right choice. In the daytime, obviously, there is no value to the expense of powering up the central heating predominantly for the benefit of one room. Having grown up and lived in a world of storage heaters, this is better than those ... as I was debating a storage heater just for that room. Most impressive was experiencing the piece of demo heater brought by the representative [Christian] so I could see how such a heater was capable of performing and the temperate being retained.”
