“I like the ingredients, and wanted to try the stuff. What would have been nice is a 5-10 minute explination. Not the long version. I wanted to try one bag and every thing pushed to buy multi bags and sign up to have deliveries. You put me on a email list that I did not request.
I bought one bag and sadly no one likes it. (I have six cats)”
“I really wish I would have been given an opportunity to change shipment before it was shipped. I didn't need the flea and tick meds. I now have enough for about 2 and a half years. Please don't send more.”
“I thought I was ordering Simpatica Trio, but I received just Simparica. And not my usual box of 6 months. NowbI have to order something additional for roundworm?”
“I emailed and got no response for a couple of months. My dog needed heart worm pills a flea collar, I paid the vet $ to have a shot given to him for heart worm until I would finally receive it in the mail. I had also. Called your company. Finally after 2 months I was able to get my dogs things. I was told you couldn’t get ahold of my vet. Yet every time I call I get an answer or can leave a message.”
“honestly bummed that koala health meds cost twice what others are charging. I would not recommend a service that doesn't have competitive pricing. Too many spam emails as well. I don't need a PR team to fill my inbox, I need afford meds for my senior dog.”
“My initial order and first follow up order both took too long to be delivered so I ended up having to get another 30 day supply from my vet. Maybe it was the USPS, I don't know but I don't have that issue with other shipments.”
“Dr Pinello wants Harry-kitty to get 5 mg methimazole each day, but you sent instruction to give 1/2 tablet each day, even after we discussed it. what's going on?”
“An important Rx was held as "pending", the Rx was called in directly to Koala by the vet so we were perplexed about the hold up. Turns out it was Koala that was holding it up over a simple question that an email or call to me or the vet could have resolved it. I had to call Koala, speak to varies reps until "finally" the issue was resolved. However, I had to take the initiative to call rather than visa versa.”
“I had trouble ordering my dog’s medicine after delaying an auto ship order because I didn’t need more of his medicine only a week after receiving a month’s supply. It was confusing to get them ordered and then difficult to use a discount code that was sent to me by your company- first I was told the code had to be entered before placing the order but I told the employee about the code when she first answered my call and then several items were excluded from the discount but I did finally get my dog’s medicine ordered. I waited two weeks and never got his medicine so I called back. They investigated it and decided to send me another order. I never received the second order they said they sent but I did finally receive the first order but it took almost a month to get to me. The problem was when I did get the first order it was only my dog’s oral medication not his eye ointment (which cost me around $70). I tried to call customer service and was put on hold several times then was hung up on. Out of frustration I dropped it and am now trying to stretch what eye ointment I still have because I don’t have the energy to continue to fight this situation. I have never had this much problem with 1-800-pet-meds, chewy or the last company my vet’s office used for their pharmacy.”
“The process of using Koala seemed really great at first but then our product never shipped. I was finally sent an email over 6 weeks after I placed my order when they realized that it had not been shipped and remedies the situation.”
“I received an e-mail about an order ready to ship. I responded immediately, requesting that the order be cancelled. I then called and asked that the order not ship and requested to be taken off auto ship. The CSR was very nice and told me that it with be cancelled. Two days later, I received the shipment in the mail. No cancellation.”
