Every time I try to create a new password it does not send an email and it says that my phone number isn't verified so it cannot send a verification code. Thanks for messing up my training.”

“Unfortunatelly,i wasn't able to stop it my parkingsession when i was left the carpark. The app did not work properly... i did try several times.. eventualy next day morning ,at home,finally i was able to stop the session. It cost me £10😡😡 even I did spent only 1.5hour in Honiton with my 2year old boy... im a not a happy costumer at all.

“The carpark at Citylink Business Park in Belfast was nothing more than muddy, gravelly waste ground with huge puddles and no actual parking bays. People were just abandoning their cars wherever they chose. Couldn’t pay for 5hrs, only option was 4 or 6. Poor quality rip-off”
“I am a non resident landlord. I’m doing works at my property in UK and was trying to get a permit for the builder. I spent all morning trying to make the payment via the app with 5 different debit cards and it wouldn’t go through. I got in touch with the company via the chat and they gave a number which I can’t call from my Italian phone. Now if I get a ticket whose gonna pay for it??? So frustrating.”
“Utter, utter rubbish. Spent 15 minutes trying to log into my account on the app. Reset my password numerous times in a bid to pay for parking. Finally had to pay by phone and missed an essential hospital appointment. Utterly, utterly useless and led to a waste of an NHS appointment and tax payers money.”

The virtual chat did not respond. The app took 5-6-7 attempts before finally logging in. The Ringgo owners are an American Hedge fund. Hence zero customer service; Legalised extortion.”
“Appalling company.! Don't respond to corporate emails and subsequently got a ticket, whilst it took me almost 15 painstaking minutes to download and verify the app. Problem is council's outsourcing to these dreadful companies and neither talk to each other!”
