Totally unusable. Apparently I have an account but I have no idea how. Says it’s going to send code. Doesn’t so now what? I suppose I will just get a parking ticket. Totally useless

Parked in Redbridge, payed for parking and got fine. I accidentally instead of letter O in my plate number i had put number 0. I have posted them proof of payment. They didn't accept it for the same reason and had to pay fine. It is just disgusting!

Gave up after 20 mins trying to register at a car park in Hampstead. It reminded me of similar experience the last time I tried the app which was years ago. This must be the worst-ever app. It's a disgrace that public authorities require it to be used.

I’ve not got any problems with Ringo itself,but the Waltham cross(location 32000) car park they manage has got some horrendously massive pot holes that should be fixed right away.

When I tried to park new car registration number , Ringo stated my old car registration number, so, rather than park there, I drove away. When I tried to park new car again, I learnt that my mobile phone was no longer accepted because I owed them for !! I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this issue without success. There’s no way to speak to anyone in the company. Does anyone know how to?

Useless app after trying to register and RingGo failing to send confirmation text to my mobile, then after asking them to resend a confirmation text to my phone several times with no response from the app I got locked out till the next day!! After this and what others have said would I trust them with my banking details, Definitely not!! If I drive into a car park with this app being the only means of payment I’ll have to find somewhere else to park.

Most useless and unnerving on so many aspects: -confusing (to say the least) clean access neighbourhood parking (my street WhatsApp chat is invaded by people seeking advice from others -and if been going on for the past 5-6 months since the LTN has been instituted prohibiting cars to drive through unless “invited” by residents) -confusing permits parking -cannot pay in advance of future parking (eg I cannot pay on Sunday because is non charging time ahead of, say, Monday from 9 to 10) -cannot stop payment if I leave earlier than anticipated, nor extending parking session is intuitive Go EasyPark!, show this bunch of prehistoric tech guys at RingGo how to do things!

I was going to use this website but it's not a secure website so I will not be using the website or the app especially where my bank card is concerned DO NOT USE this SITE OR APP if you want you details to be stolen or sold to scammers luckily enough there was pay and display machine

Can you please tell me why every time i pay RingGo £29.99 comes out of my bank for something which I hadn't and didn't subscribe to. Apparently on the day i did the app i paid a £1 to subscribe to some dodgy websites. Im should im not the only one and people need to check their bank details the company is called C-EAM.CO which i have never hear of. Absolutely disgusting

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS !!!! Used them a week ago and had to pay by phone as the machine was conveniently broken so had to use card to pay. Today (a week since I parked and paid with them) they have tried to take £30 from my account. Luckily the bank noticed the transaction and got in touch with me to stop it. The bank obviously realise they are a bunch of scammers !!!

Many sites are using RingGo name in many formats, I got scamed by myRingGo, yes my fault but did google search and its not a one off. This is a known issue, cashless parking sites is not good for consumers.

RingGo take a pre-payment approach so even though you may only park for an hour, you may notice on your bank statement that they will initially charge you the full daily rate - it will however correct itself after a day of them holding the full amount (which I think is very poor (illegal?) practise, charging you for services you didn't undertake). In addition they charge you extra for SMS / notifications, so I advise anyone to go into their Account > Settings > Notifications > and turn them all to OFF so you don't incur extra charges.

Every few months, without rhyme or reason, I am suddenly prevented from logging in; then told to change my password; then prevented from changing my password; then having to wait and fiddle around - with huge loss of priceless time - until the system muddles through. Since RingGo now has the monopoly of all car parks in my area, this level of inadequacy is completely unacceptable. Why are RingGo still in business? The abysmal rating tells its own story.

Arrived at usual car park now instructing us to buy ticket using this app, took an hour to sort, ruining our dinner out. Walked in cinema and there is now a machine you put your reg in to get free parking. No information or signs anywhere.

Scammed me. I paid for the parking in advance. Giving them my time of arrival. When I arrived the car park was full. They have refused to give me a refund. They shouldn't take money in advance if they cannot provide a car parking space.

Wife ordered ring Oct. 5th and payment cleared Oct. 6th. After trying to get updates for 7 WEEKS, she sent me the order email on Nov. 25th. I started corresponding with them Nov. 26th. After almost 2 more weeks, emailing every other day, I was told on Dec. 7th that a refund was initiated and would be in the bank account in 5 - 7 days. On the seventh day, Dec. 16th, I received another email simply with a tracking number and no mention of the refund. The ring was a gift for an October birthday and after being told the refund was initiated, we ordered another ring. Now we have 2 rings even though the myringos.com website claims 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked. After 12 weeks, they have never provided the refund. They have provided the worst online experience I have ever encountered.

The most useless business on the planet. The box isn't big enough to tell you how rubbish their parking app and pay by phone parking is.
