RIP off!!! Arrived in parking bay at 8.50. Only needed 1hour. If I paid cash which I didn’t have it was £2.20 for an hour. Because RingGo only does 9-10-11etc slots your forced to pay £4.60! £2.20 for the ten minutes until 9 and another £2.20 till 10. Then another 20p on top for god knows what? Carry cash is my advice!!

Garbage app. Frequently down. Doesn’t let you pay manually. What’s the point of this app if it’s not 100% reliable?!

Rubbish service makes it almost impossible for people that ain't phone huggers to pay for a resident parking permit do they get a percentage of the parking fines issued to people like me that can't understand the crappy website you phone them only to talk to the most rubbish press 1 press 2 press any number you want and we will take you back to the beginning crappy service ever

I have been trying to book my residents parking permit in Brent. Brent council in their wisdom transferred their parking permit services to RingGo last year. I have tried several times to apply for my permit. Payment kept failing. I contacted my bank to find out what the issue was and was told that the payment had been declined because RinGGo were not using the 3DS Secure payment processing system. It is impossible to speak to anyone at RingGo as you can only call the automated service to book a parking session. Even their only enquiry system is not working. Have tried to send two messages today. Both appear to have failed. Also, I found that I was being charged two different prices for the permit. I used their website, which was charging £239.20 and their mobile app, which was charging £113.20. Both were for a 12 month permit. I have no idea which one is correct. Why is it so difficult to speak to a human being? Is it because they are being inundated with calls because of their poor service?

Registering my vehicle was impossible. I was asked to provide my vehicle registration which I did, and did again, and a third time, fourth, and fifth, but to no avail. I have an English accent, without a dialect, nor do I have a speach impediment, oh, and my phone has no faults. However, RingGo is incapacle of differentiating an E from a D, nor a B from a D. After repeated failures i was advised that I was being transfered to a call agent. Three seconds later I was then advised that all agents are busy and therefore I should call at a later time. Given that I've been fortunate enough to find a parking space and I have an appointment in less than 10 minutes this information is about as useful as this lousy Tory government is at running Britain. So, RingGo is, for me, entirely useless.

Parking at Swindon Regent Circus. While the app shows you the full set of prices, when you go to pay you are offered only 2 choices, 1 hour or 24 hours. If you want to go for a meal, you have to select 24 hours at £38. Why should anyone have to pay £38 pounds to park in order to enjoy a meal out? Just to be clear, my family managed to scrape together £1.80 in coins that allowed us to park for 6hours. You guys are a disgrace and Swindon council are even worse for letting you operate. Why is there so much corruption and greed in this country and why do we put up with it?

Bang goes the good old days when you used to pay by cash. The scamming robbing gits, there are people who pay their council taxes and they're getting ripped off. Shame on Ringgo and shame on the councils for allowing this to happen. Making it harder for everyone.

Your system never works. It's seems to have problems with input of numbers on mobile phones. It's completely hopeless and unusable.

I received a parking fine for being in a Ringo car park in Milton Keynes for 14 minutes and every one of those 14 minutes was spent trying to pay. The text messages never arrived and I gave up trying to download the stupid App. Now wasting my time appealing the fine - first appeal was rejected and just reappealed again. Dreadful service.

Absolutely thieves working along with local council. I have parked my car in Chalfont car park where states that you can stay up to five hours, no restrictions on the time. I parked for 3 hours and after noticed that there is train delays straight away tried to pay extra to extend time or to buy 1 hour extra. However, once I tried to pay for it to extend 1hour, poped out the not in frames "Sorry we are unable to park you as the no return rule in effect. Please refer to a local signage". I have proof that the local signage does not state that in the location of max 5 hours stay you not allowed to extend stay after 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 hours. I have tried to communicate with ringo customer service in The live chat and she said you supposed to extend at least 10 min before expiring. I tried to extend 2min before and same framed message as above mentioned appeard on the screen. I have recorded all conversation and would love to publish this company to social media and journalists about dirty ringo and government business that ruins our lives taking money that we need to put food on the table. Please don't stay in silence, let's tell the world of corruption surrounding us. Neringa Urbonaite Thanks

App total waste of time doesn't send a verification code when required Oh got one 5 days later .travel lodge did put reg into tablet once,even they had problems with it working was unable to pay for 3 days parking.no one can speak too or help resolve,they rely on an app , message svs that doesn't work.so better not come chasing me for unpaid parking charges.

Absolutely useless app, took half an hour to register, then it couldn't find the location code, so I had to manually type in the location and then the help screen keeps coming up everything I try and purchase parking. Took 6 attempts to receive a verification number. Time taken upto now sat in carpark trying to get a ticket, 52 minutes!!!!... Still not confirmed my parking or took payment, had to abandon car now as was going to miss my appointment. What a rubbish app, total waste of time!!!!!.... Don't use, take cash instead for these carparks!....

Ringo is a rip off with hidden fees. They charge a 20 pence convenience fee and 30 pence for 2 texts. They said the convenience fee was advertised on the signage on site. When I said I have a picture of the signage with nothing about the fee they said it’s in the app T&Cs. The text messaging fee is also in the T&Cs. When I explained that online consumer purchase act says they must notify clearly of all fees they cleared down the chat. Be warned everyone. Try to use the local machine if there is one. All these 50 princes soon add up. C

One star only because it's not an option to give less. This app surely must be owned by some government official. I see no other way that it's the chosen app for this purpose. Given that it doesn't work at all.

Fake Website...top on Google search...Barclays fraud team contacted me as £39.99 was attempted to be taken by GB communications. Now no bank card. What is your company doing to prevent this scam.

This company is horrible. Visiting from outside Scotland. Tried 50 times to create an account. It never once set me the required SMS text for confirmation. Even tried email confirmation which was hard to find. I contacted support NO RESPONSE in three days. I cant believe they are actuall y in business. They are very bad at what they do, or try to do
