“Total joke of a company, never held an account with them yet when I have tried to use them told I have exceeded my attempts at logging in or my account was suspended. The whole private parking in the UK is a sham needs regulation and to do away with companies like RingGO”
“A very complex and difficult company to deal with. The difficulties start with trying to register with the App. Further difficulties arise with cards' acceptance and trying to make contact via any of the useless phone contact numbers. If you are desperate to pay for parking in the absence of a cash machine Ringo is not a solution. It adds to frustration over what should be a simple transaction.”
“They Charge you over the odds for parking and dont respond for a while, i got a parking ticket even though i paid, So now out of pocket even more as they wont wavier it or give me my 2.70 that i actually paid, A bit Scummy but its the only app i can use for where i work.”

I registered and parked at Fareham train station. I leaving the car park the app showed me as having parked for 4 hours longer than I'd actually been there. The app then didn't allow me to pay. I sent an email to the support team the following day. Never had a response, then received a £50 fine for non payment of parking. They've also removed the evidence from their app regarding the recorded time I apparently left the car park. I have made an appeal which they've rejected, and have told me the fine will be increased to £85 if I take the appeal further. I now intend to pursue this through the Courts.”
“Ringgo charged me for the full 24 hrs, even though we were parked for 1 hr 15 mins and correctly stopped the parking session when we returned to our car. They took over £10 out of my account when the charge should have been £2.70.
Apparently they will return the difference in the next few days but only after holding the excess and making money off the interest.
An absolute con, this should be illegal. Be warned, also switch off text/email alerts in the app or they will also charge you for each 'helpful' summary and reminder.
A huge ripoff, complaints being investigated nationally. Avoid.”
“Absolutely the worst company ever. Only one phone allowed on the app or website the. When the phone is out of the country, it won’t work at all. Watford Council are clearly making a fortune from home owners that believe Ringo actually works!”
“Absolute rubbish. Tried to renew payment card but automated phone line wasn’t functioning and kept repeating the process going round in circles. No one to talk to to rectify problem. Gave up in the end. Missed an important meeting.”

& that keep's occurring?
Why isn't the systems/algorith updated?
So do you want drivers to take a ''risk'' on parking?, so that they can be tied into going through an ''appeal?! process!'' (& no locations work, in other nearby streets as all have same code!)
The whole reason of downloading all! apps/registering vehicle/ccard, is to avoid incurring any fine! or to go through any appeal!

There's no contact/customer service number?, (''Jane! or whomever!'' the ai assistant, just goes around in circles!).
Just want to know why the locations don't work? & since I am all registered,can't you do the parking session over the phone?...obviously not!

“I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, but still there are error messages when trying to make a payment. I call the number and it tells me my account is blocked as I have t finished the payment via the app. I go to the website asks me to login or register the app to make a payment. It is all the most appalling con.”

And when I do it says "parking sessions unpaid" (how's that even possible??) and how do I pay them off?? Everything about their website and App is apalling (too much to mention). “Utterly appalling service. It took over an hour and an online chat to purchase a parking ticket because the app kept throwing up an error message, telling me to 'try again later'. It turned out that my account had been suspended because I had not used it for a while (3 months ago is not that long ago!) I also tried calling only to be advised that my account was suspended and that I had to log on to the app to resolve this and yet there was nothing within the app to indicate a problem with my account, or any form of resolution process. I parked at site 9550 in Didcot and whilst trying to sort out payment with RingGo the car park operator issued a penalty notice of £100 (UK Parking Control Ltd). Paying via RingGo is the only option at this site and yet RingGo's technology/service is totally unreliable. This seems like a scam and surely cannot comply with the British Parking Association's Code of Practice. Am disgusted.”
“The worst company ever! Using others for regular parking - don’t need the apps as all have user ‘friendly’ way of, put reg no followed by the #, put location followed by #, put no of hours followed by #! With ring go the poor quality AI is telling you what’s your reg number say clearly you do then the AI is repeating to you completely different reg no, followed by ‘is that correct’ - you say NO and the game starts again! 3 times it tried to park me in different location, with wrong reg no! Now I’ve done something that I wanted to avoid - had to download the app, unfortunately many car parks don’t give you any option but Ring Go - no Just Park or Pay by Phone or anything else that actually works! Let’s see how the app will work! But Ring Go is just POOOOOOOOOOOO.”
“Downloaded the app to pay for car parking, registered my credit card, immediately got contacted by my card issuer about an attempted charge of £20. I hadn't even tried to pay the parking. I now have a cancelled card, card issuer says this is common .”
