Mates.. Stay away from Rehlat, I book a ticket from them last week, The price has increased twice while booking, Still I went ahead and paid,.. After payment the booking was not confirmed, I called the customer service, she said it will done in 10 minutes.. I made couple of calls later , the answer was same.. Later I got a mail from that another 270 AED i need to pay to get the ticket. I was'nt ready to pay that since i felt cheated.. I cancelled the ticket and asked for a refund, They say 20 working days to refund.. So they are churning my money for 20 days and then refund??? And refund will take another 5 to 7 days more from the 20th day
Never do a mistake of booking with rehlat. They show lower price on the site and its always high when it comes to payment ....And trust me the worst customer service experience i ever had .....”

I made a booking with them and they deliberately made the booking as failed and then asking me to pay extra 161 AED by saying fare hike, I have given them all the proofs (i.e screenshots from Airline website, different other online travel agencies and even from their own website) that the fare is still same but they are asking me to pay 161 AED , this is not the first instance where I'm being asked to pay extra, this is 3rd time they are doing such trick, I'm 100% sure that there's no fare hike because I have taken confirmation from the airline also that there's no fare hike at the moment, so why are you doing Haram business by telling lies to me, in This way nobody Will book tickets from u if u don't stop using these tricks

They canceled my stay on the day of the trip saying that there was a technical issue.
They told me the refund will be sent within 10-15 business days, 15 business days passed, still no refund!!! could you please send me my refund finally!”

When I changed my mind and canceled my reservation, the advance payment was not returned to me, despite my repeated reminders about it. This is a misappropriation of my money! My experience with them was horrible! I’ve made the mistake to book my vacation with them. A day before the reservation they sent me a message saying that due to some issues the booking was cancelled but they will send me the refund receipt as soon as possible. It passed almost a month and daily they say to be patient and to understand them because they have issues with their servers. I’ve sent them more than 40 e-mails, I made complaints at the Police of Dubai, Consumer Protection from Dubai, Dubai Tourism, etc. But it seems they don’t care! THEY DO MONEY FOOLING PEOPLE!
I will not stop with the complaints, bad reviews and comments, until I receive my money back!!!!!”
“Bad website and bad customer service all around. I am still trying to get my money back. It's impossible to cancel my trip on the website and customer service does not reply to my e-mails.
In their reaction on Trustpilot Rehlat states: "Please check your mail and refer the cancellation policy." However... The policy states you can cancel on the website and through customer service. I followed all the necessary steps on both cancellation options and still no cancellation. Referring to the policy only helps if the cancellation options actually work...
I'd be inclined to give a better review once the matter is resolved, but for now I'm sticking with one star.”
“i book a flight from cairo to sharm el sheik on 29 June 22. After I pay with my credit card they cancel the fly. Until now I do not get back my money. They need 40 working days to give the money back the say. Never book over this company. Take care!!!!!

“Booked my hotel 3 months ago paid the full amount, received confirmation email that everything is fine.
Prior to 24 hours of flying to Spain, Rehlat cancel the booking. There is no refund of the money, there is no customer representative to talk to, no one replies to emails, upper management is unable to be reached, every customer representative will tell you they will get back to you in 24 hours, when you're flight is due in 5 hours. I have called the hotel, and they have said that Rehlat themselves have cancelled the booking a couple of days prior to avoid the hotel booking fee, even though they have taken the full amount of money from me 3 months ago.
You will be left on your own with no compensation if you do business with this company.
Avoid them at all costs.”

I have booked a hotel there , had some issues with payment using two credit cards but finally my payment using third one went through and received the confirmation and receipt.
Due to the bad reviews online ( I wish I have listened to it... ) I have contacted the hotel directly 3 days before my arrival and the hotel confirmed my booking , at this moment this looked like legit OTA.
I have arrived to the hotel and heard from the staff that the booking was cancelled by OTA just in the morning on the same day and of course I was denied checkin and told to contact the OTA. Even called them few times but received no help , customer service is a joke there as well. Had to search for a hotel in emergency to have a place to sleep... and of course paid double price for it due to high demand in holiday season.
Explanations from Rehlat Scammers were simply ridiculous ( something that my card was black-listed by them or whatever , why they took my money then ??? ) , but months passed and I have never received a refund ( what is right now no surprise ) and I have even stopped to communicate with them on this ( as their email answers always were a very similar copy paste messages ) and initiated a chargeback request to Mastercard.
Don't let yourself fooled with price lower few% vs the competition as I did , if you are reading this review please forget about booking anything with these thieves !”

Refund Received after 2years , however they have taken 70% of ticket charges towards admin fees , even after the airlines have refunded the full amount. (Booking ID:1551415)
There is no Update yet from the Rehlat Team
As per their policy , service charge is AED 90/- for a ticket cancelled. (which the airline cancelled due to covid), but charging 70% of ticket fare (aed 200) is against their policy and a clear scam from their end.

They give time false frame to process the refund but they will just waste your time and money calling them for updates.. no no again to book on this Rehlat scammer agency. Not professional
I had 3 tickets which they requested a lot of money to change the booking date and when I cancel it
They took 1/3 of the amount
And saying 50 to 60 working days to refund the remaining amount
When I call them up after 3 weeks to request for the refund receipt. The response I get it’s not yet issued
Omg not sure how they are still operating and why such agency is not closed
Please be aware and don’t ever book your tickets through them
