“Met with them about 2 months ago and was told to find the best deal I could and that they would match anything I found. Lowes was running a special on all 4 appliances that I purchased and they matched Lowe's price. I was very impressed and look forward to working with them.”

“My wife and I bought 3 Bosch appliances from the O’Fallon location. We worked with Jake and he was very helpful and made it a really great experience overall. He was focused on finding us what we needed without trying to sell us on anything extra or pressuring us into buying. We could tell Jake is very committed to doing his job well and the customer experience. We searched around and Slyman had the best prices. Also, we had one minor issue pop up with a factory rebate - Jake stepped right in with a follow up to help us and make sure we were 100% satisfied with our experience. 5 stars.”

“Our experience was great! We went in having done our homework, so we knew the features in a washing machine that we wanted. Greg Gibson answered our questions knowledgeably. The buying experience was quick, easy, and pleasant. Slyman's selection was good. We have been told they employ their own delivery and set-up people. Experience with a big box store has taught us that is important.”

“Easy order online. Was a little frustrated with delivery between 7-11 and then see the route change and not get here until around noon. They did call around 11 to let me know it would be closer to noon. Delivery guys were professional and nice. They started the washer to make sure there were no leaks and told me to let it run through a cycle empty. I went down to find water all over the floor maybe 15 minutes later. Called the number from the delivery guy. He turned around and headed back right away. Found it was backing up in the drain pipe and said they see this happen due to maybe a stronger pump or more water from the new machine. Was impressed with his quick response to come back.”

“Our dryer stopped working right before the long holiday weekend. Bobby and Trent helped us find a replacement quick! We were able to pick it up and get it installed quickly. As always Slyman Bros. has helped our family out with fast, friendly service. We'll keep coming back!”

“My family and I have always bought our appliances at Home Depot. When our range broke down, we went to Home Depot, purchased a range and they told us it will be delivered 5/24. No call, no show. Then they said 5/25, again no call, no show. I called and complained they said the earliest they can deliver is 5/30. I needed an oven by 5/27 because on 5/27 my boys had their birthday party with the family. I went online to Slyman Bros on 5/26 and purchased the oven because it said I could pick it up today 5/27 by 9am. This was perfect because family was coming in town at 4pm. On 5/27, I called to confirm and Mary Beth at the Ballwin location was very sweet and professional and said that the warehouse was closed due to Memorial Day. I was extremely disappointed and explained to her the reason I bought it is because they had some in stock and I could pick up the next day. Mary Beth worked with the Ballwin team and store manager, Greg, and got back to me stating Greg could go to the warehouse and locate the range and once he does he will give me a call. Greg called me and let me know the range was ready and he saved the day. He was extremely helpful, professional and went out of his way to save the day. I was able to pick up the range by 1pm and bake all my dishes before my guests came at 4. I am so appreciative for everyone who helped out at the Ballwin location and I will forever be a Slyman customer going forward.”

“I shopped the south Hampton store for all new appliances for a kitchen remodel. Trent was knowledgeable about the products and pleasant to work with. We bought all GE Cafe series and informed us a rebate and provided the necessary forms. They will order and hold shipment until it is needed mid August which solved my storage issue. The showroom was well laid out and spotless.”

“I was very pleased on my recent visit to Slyman Brothers. My questions were answered and I was not pressured to purhase an appliance that was beyond my needs.. Mary was very friendly and responded very quikly when I left a phone message. So glad someone reccomended Slymans to me.”
