My daughter has ordered some materials which were essential for finishing her art work for the degree show (BA Fine art). We paid extra for the next day delivery as time was crucial. The order should have been delivered on Friday last week and she would be finishing her degree piece over the bank holiday as she had the 2nd of June as the deadline. Tuffnells didn't deliver. Because it was the day before the bank holiday we had to wait till Tuesday to be redelivered (which means she has lost 4 days that she needed to do her work). Yesterday we were waiting at home again as tracking said it was on the way to us, but nothing was delivered. Interestingly their tracking says it has been delivered. Where? We have Ring doorbell camera and I can prove there was no delivery. Also the lady who owns the store downstairs and was actually sitting in front of the store at the time when parcel should have been delivered, said there was no delivery at all. Avoid this company!

Hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They didn't collect our parcel on the agreed day of collection and then cancelled our service all together. Everyone involved was extremely unhelpful throughout the process and I was even told that they couldn't disclose the information when I asked if my parcel was going to be collected at all! Save yourself the grief and spend your money elsewhere.

To those that are suggesting that the "lost" Tuffnells parcels are actually been sold by the drivers, I can confirm this is correct. They often come into my place of work and sell them to my factory workers: beds, bikes, rolls of flooring, it's all up for grabs. The whole company is rotten to the core.

What a terrible crowd to deal with. Package failed to arrive first day , nothing next day and now nothing third day after being promised early morning delivery. Wasted three days waiting home and had to cancel plumber at who knows what cost. Avoid them if you can

4months ago 1 large birdbath with cherubs around the middle and 2 large owl planters...all about 3 foot high disappeared from the face of the earth via Tuffnells...on their way to me from the Isle of Wight to South Wales..I have the consignment number...the tracking number ..the collection note details..and sent photos of the 3 stone garden ornaments to all depots...these items were left to me by my dying father as they were his last wishes to me...last known siting Andover depot but did not leave Andover depot...so after investigation by certain legal persons the company will not cooperate...therefore I have to live with the fact that my dear father has been robbed of his wishes and that my inheritance has vanished into thin air. This has caused unbelievable upset to me personally and I am now contacting victim support as it is having a very bad effect upon my mental health...this has all been caused by a company which puts up the shutters and will not investigate their incompetent drivers...it is quite obvious that the 3 garden ornaments have been stolen by an employee for their own financial gain...do keep an eye out for the said garden items which now may inexplicably appear in a car boot sale.I urge anyone who is thinking about using this company to please consider the damage that they have caused not just to me but to so many other trusting members of the public who it seems are not the priority of Tuffnells.DO NOT USE TUFFNELLS

After reading these posts and expecting a delivery today i was very apprehensive about everything !! So I have to post this and say that the service we had a couple of hours ago was very good. They were on time -delivered on the day they said they would - all was complete and the drivers were most obliging to put three big parcels of gate stuff to exactly where we wanted them to. The only downside was that their internet was ‘down’

Avoid this tinpot, cowboy courrier company! If you have an account, I would urge you to close it and for any businesses using them, I would recommend you cancel the contract as they are failing your customers. My terminally ill husband has now been confined to bed for the last 48hrs when this courrier firm, Tuffnells failed to provide the next day delivery service of a riser recliner chair which was paid for on Friday. The initial conversation with their agent Darren lack empathy and any sign of service as he just continually quoted their policy to refer back to the supplier, Livewell Today. After numerous emails and telephone calls, I was assured it was on a priority pre-12pm delivery for this morning by their supervisor, Courtney and have to ask a friend to waste her morning sitting in waiting for it and it is now almost 1pm and still no chair. At an already stressful time, this has added anxiety and upset, theit service had been disgraceful.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF!!!! After weeks of being fobbed off by 'customer service' representatives and being told that my paddleboard has been scanned at a location nearby but will just take some time to deliver, I've now been told that my 12 foot board in a bright red board bag has been 'lost'. How on earth do you lose a 12 foot paddleboard in a fire engine red bag!? The answer is: you don't. Some sticky fingered piece of trash driver has decided he'll get himself a nice new board at my expense. ABSOLUTE THIEVES! The company won't help you at all and just protect their thieving drivers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!!!

Worst service ever no prior notice to delivery, 2x3metre kitchen work tops, the driver would not help me slide them along the stairs just in the doorway, he said he would leave them outside in the pouring rain i wasn't accepting that so he eventually slid them in my sitting room whilst I dragged them in he was so ignorant. I telephoned Tuffnels to complain to be told the drivers don't have to phone the customer its up to the driver as he uses his own personal telephone so I don't know what you expect me to do, she was as ignorant as the driver.

Pack of totally incompetent idiots, sent a BBQ, Tuffnells tracking says it's been delivered and signed for. Customer has not received item, finally get in touch and turns out they've smashed the BBQ to bits, took it back to the depot and just marked it as delivered because they're total smackheads. Never ever use these wasters

Avoid like the plague we purchased 2 sets of draw chests which was broken down into a consignment of 4. Only 2 out the 4 arrived and they were both the same parts so we couldn't even make 1 chest of draws. If you ever manage to get through to these morons you will find it a total waste of time even though your the fool footing the bill for the goods they will not deal with you. If your not the sender they pathetically keep quoting gdpr which actually has nothing to do with telling you where your parcel is.

Tuffnells lost parcels must be piling up as high as their negative reviews. They are the worst and most incompetent company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They have lost an expensive hot tub and I have had to take a big financial hit. They really couldn't care less about the customer. Their customer experience team have been useless and their tracking system is a joke! Losing someone's parcel is of no consequence to them. The strongest advice I can give you is DO NOT use this company under any circumstances as they will ruin your business or cause you the most unbelievable stress!

The worst logistics company in the country! Take on work they can't handle. 3 weeks waiting for a delivery still no Idea when it will arrive. No viable tracking number issued. Job on hold. 😡 No wonder they have a shortage of drivers. I'm a transport manager/HGV driver and all my deliveries are off same day so I would never consider driving for these 🤠 The management need the >🥾

The delivery driver never got in touch to tell us when the delivery was due. We were out so our doors were left leaning against the wall beside the front door. One of the doors was so badly damaged they took it back and hid it, presumably in the hope we wouldn’t notice. Second delivery was similar, except we were in. Driver still just dumped the door outside and wouldn’t wait for us to inspect it. Given the choice I would never use Tufnell again.

Supplier despatched an urgently required parcel last Wednesday to be on-site the following day. Still no delivery or any idea of when it is likely to happen -- if at all. Dreadful performance.

Never I have I ever experienced such incompetence in a company! Ordered a bed online was given a tracking number that states " we do not have this consignment" waited 6 days for a 24hour service and when it was delivered it had been dropped and the bed was damaged, contacted supplier who quickly arranged another to be sent within 24hours,another tracking number that didn't work and a bed that wasn't delivered. called Tuffnells and finally got through 5 days after it should have been delivered to be told it was in the depot waiting instruction from the sender?? And that as I'm not the account holder, the sender is, they cannot deal with me. Contacted the sender who has had to send out a third bed, thankfully it was delivered this morning in tact but I would never ever recommend Tuffnells to anyone and any purchases in future, I'll be checking who they use as a courier. To any businesses out there if you value your customers DONT use Tuffnells its not worth the headache.

Honestly where to begin. I don't have the contract with Tuffnells, my sender does. However I am the one who is currently suffering from their customer service. Says order has been delivered and signed for by JAY (no idea who that is, the signature doesn't match that either, its a CU). The parcel is not here, end of story. They have no contact numbers that work - they either say service no longer provided, do not answer, shut off after one second of calling, or just say invalid number. They don't respond to emails, their social media hasn't been active since January. If you go over to their Companies House (yes thats how far I'm going to look for a point of contact) it SCREAMS of a company in disarray. Directors leaving left, right and centre, its a mess. I know I won't be seeing this parcel, and it cost me (and will cost my sender) £200. Not as much as other missing packages I've seen but a lot to me. I will also be contacting my sender for some reimbursement, as I needed this package by the weekend, and ordered it with plenty of time to arrive. Hence someones business has to suffer, because how they get in contact with Tuffnells I have no idea. Please, for the love of God, if you are a business considering using them for courier services, please think again. Doesn't matter how cheap they are, doesn't matter how fast they will deliver to you. Its a scam. A con. You will lose way more money in the long run and give your business a bad name. Don't do it.

So far on two occasions I got a text telling me my delivery was due that day. On the first day the wagon turned up in the afternoon and my delivery wasn't on it! The following day got a text at 8am telling me my delivery was now coming on that day. Still hasn't arrived. Tried tracking it but it doesn't recognise the ref number. Gave up ringing them after being on hold for approx 20 minutes. Terrible way to run a business
