Would give zero stars if it were possible. Order supposed to be delivered 12 days ago. No idea where it is. Phone unanswered. Referred to local depot - phone unobtainable and different name - Coopers Carriers. Found different location for Coopers who agreed existence of order but said had not received it(!). 3rd call - Coopers did not answer until I used different phone, then hung up when I said hello! Coopers and Tuffnells all tied in together. AVOID!

Awful awful service nothing gets updated so you don't know where parcel is I've been ringing for over a week now to not one pick up, when you fill issues document up you get reply 24hrs later saying account number not recognised then you gotta wait another 24hrs to be told something else. Log on to my tuffnells which tells you your email is prohibited tried 3 emails. If I was placing an order with any company that use Tuffnells as delivery I would cancel. Will never use them again. 2 weeks still waiting and have no idea where my parcel is

Tuff Sh1te Everything I’ve read about Tuffnells appears to be correct. I have been trying to contact them six days now without them success either by phone or Internet, they just don’t respond. I’ve managed to find some directors email addresses I’ve sent them a few hundred also without response. Please feel free to email them. Joanna.dawson at tuffnells.co.uk Jose.garat at tuffnells.co.uk Michael.holt at tuffnells.co.uk Charles.rolandi at tuffnells.co.uk Christopher.tresadern at tuffnells.co.uk Alastair.watson at tuffnells.co.uk allan.blakely at tuffnells.co.uk Ian.brewer at tuffnells.co.uk Apparently not allowed to put email addresses on Trust Pilot So feel free not to send them a few hundred emails. Coronavirus is a godsend for this shower, a great excuse for their rubbish service. However I contacted their sales team with a bogus enquiry this morning and you’ll never believe it I had a reply within under 40 minutes. Just goes to show they can reply when there’s the possibility of a few more quid to be had for the greedy fockers.

Tuffnells is negligent, has failed to deliver my purchase a put my personal data (name, address and email) at risk in the hands of a stranger who signed for my parcel. Tuffnells did not check any identification or even ask the recipient to state the name on the parcel. This is a serious breach of my right to data protection and other consumers should be concerned too that this company operates in such a negligent and reckless manner. Not only have I not received my parcel, but my personal data is now at risk which can lead to fraud or dentity theft or both! Seems like a very heavy price for me to pay for a loft ladder! BPS Access Solutions - PLEASE STOP USING TUFFNELLS, IT'S NOT WORTH IT AS THEY ARE RUINING YOUR REPUTATION TOO!

Shocking service. eBay purchase and tracking says signed for alternate location. I was at home and picture provided if items dumped in a hallway with no info on what door items were allegedly left behind. Driver theft

Due for my delivery last Friday nothing was told today nothing now 3 days late and nothing being told it's out for delivery yet nothing truly shocking and requesting a refund on my items and i will be telling the seller why blame the courier they picked !!

Got notification that my parcel would be delivered today. Got notification around 7pm that it was delivered successfully. No parcel was delivered, they lied.

Absolutely appalling! Didn’t even know he was here until I look through my window, the first bit of the parcel he just decided to slam down in my front garden then went to my door to acknowledge that he was there, never said a word, upon bringing the 2nd bits of the parcel from the van he then seems it necessary to say “ full of delivering essential parcels I am” And the proceeded to just slam them down on my front lawn. I understand the situation however he doesn’t know mine! I work for the nhs and I order one thing for my little boys birthday and he deems it necessary to talk to me in that manner! How I did not say anything back I don’t know I just closed the door and he left with not even a kiss my arse comment added into the mix! What absolute awful service! Avoid at all costs

Reading reviews on tuffnell delivery I was worried. Delivery man just delivered my item and was so polite and helpful. I could not praise him enough. He was polite and so helpful. Thankyou

Blaming COVID19 as your default answer to not getting customer signatures as proof that you’ve delivered one of our consignments that we ENTRUSTED to you. I get it that you have to acknowledge social distancing and safety must be paramount. However, come up with another method of recording the delivery as being made. Get your driver a cheap camera or ask them to use their smart phone. It’s cost my already struggling company £800 today today to reimburse a customer who says that they haven’t received their delivery. The depot general manager is standing by his driver (no surprise there). Tuffnells response? That’s the way it is for now. No compensation no nothing. YOU HAVE A DUTY OF CARE TO DELIVER. STOP BLAMING COVID 19 FOR YOUR INADEQUATE SERVICE 😡😡😡 Google review next, doubt it’ll make a difference as you’ve only got 1.5 stars already

I cannot leave 0 star, unfortunately, but that is what they deserve. Tuffnells emailed at 7 AM on 04.03.2020 advising that they would deliver a parcel on 04.03.2020. I had to take the day off, in order to wait for the parcel, which it never turned up. I contacted them at like 8PM, via email and I get a response the following day and they advise that I need to contact the seller to make alternative delivery arangements. Why would I need to do that, when they cannot manage their own deliveries? Then on 05.03.2020, I get the same email and I email Tuffnells for advice and they go that I need to contact the seller to re-arrange delivery. They are the joke of a company, with all due respect. UPDATE 05.03.2020: I arrived home at around 3 PM and I checked the TUFNELLS website to see whether they have delivered my items. To my surprise they state that two items have been delivered to my address and that someone has signed for them, but there was no one at home today and the items are nowhere to be found. I have contacted them via email and explained this and all I get is that I should contact the seller to re-arrange delivery, Why would I need to re-arrange delivery for an item that they claim that it was delivered? This business is a F'''''G JOKE and their advisers worst bunch of !diots. Update 06.03.2020: Their website keeps claiming that the items were delivered on 05.03.2020, but their Customer service, if they could be called that advise over email that the items were returned to the Ebay seller. What the heck, I ask them, were they delivered or returned to sender? Returned to sender as there have been two attempted deliveries and there was no one at home... Really...hahaha.. Bunch of clowns. People, please stay miles away these clowns... they are the bloddy worst courier that you could pay money to. I have uploaded the picture from their website where they state that the items were delivered. And I also have emails to prove that they say that the items were returned to the seller.

DO NOT USE!!! Guaranteed collection but no driver turned up on day 1. After speaking Tuffnells guaranteed collection for day 2. Still no collection after taking 2 days off of work. Then guaranteed collection on Saturday l but now been told they don't make collections on Saturdays. Absolutely awful customer service, with phone calls cut off and no return.

Never in my life have I had the misfortune to experience such appalling service as with Tuffnell's. They don't show up. They don't contact. When I try to contact them to inquire as to what has happened to my order, there is no communication. It took me a few unsuccessful tries before realising that my emails were not being read by any person – I was communicating with a robot, that sent back automated stock-answer unhelpful responses with "Regards, [some random name]" at the end of each, as if it were from a person. Not only incompetent, but deceitful and shameless. I spent over £100 on my order and it's looking like I'm never going to actually receive it. The company I ordered from are by all accounts a good company, but if they're using Tuffnell's as their delivery service, I can never use them again.

Somebody should sue this company. It has the most unprofessional work ethic I have ever experience. The delivered a large parcel smelling of urine and when I tried to return it they failed to show up 3 times!! Making me and my housemates wait around all day for them. Despicable. Avoid these people, evidently is a company ran by monkeys.

Terrible terrible services - i've been waiting at home for two days but the driver never called me only left two voicemails and left. customer services is the most horrible one as well - hang up my phone after waiting 15min online TWICE!

Absolute useless company. Smashed my car in and won’t release the dash cam showing it was there fault. Absolutely disgusting. I haven’t got the money to fix my car and now it’s all smashed in and they won’t help me sort it out they always say some one will ring you. Been waiting 4 months now.

The item was dispatched by the e-bay seller on time, however this courier company kept holding it and they failed to deliver on time. Their local deport in Kent did not answer calls and phone to the customer service was transferred to India call centre, which were not able to resolve . They were unable to explain why the delivery has not come on time, although their system stated it was out for delivery, but did not come. Poorly managed company, avoid . They do not understand the importance of customers.

The worst company I have ever dealt with, it’s a shame it also affects the supplier that placed my order wit then and they used Tuffnells! newitts.com I am sorry you have chosen the wrong currier company, I placed 2 orders for over £700.00, expected a lot more as I had planned to purchase more from you. But using the wrong Couriers company, I don’t think I am returning to you anymore.
