Didn’t even bother to come to my door keep getting we need more information about your address. No attempt to contact me to help find the address.then when they send it out the next day apparently there’s a delay due to demand. And the only way to find out what is going on with my package is by contacting seller. To add more trying to speak to customer service is beyond a joke. If you can avoid using yodel do it at all cost

I ordered live plants from Gardening Express, sadly Yodel (their preferred deliverer) refuse to deliver the plant blaming the sender for insufficient delivery information. Meanwhile the plants were sent on 22 November are now dying in Yodels distribution warehouse. As a customer both Yodel & Gardening Express refuse to talk on the telephone (preferring robots) so it appears impossible to resolve!

If I could give half a star I would. I was sent an email this morning, giving me a two hour window in which my parcel would be delivered. That was between 1 and 3pm. It’s now 8:45pm and the app still tells me that my parcel will be delivered between 1 and 3pm. No phone call, no email update, no app notification zero - absolutely zero communication. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact customer service and the robotic update constantly repeats the same delivery window. Obviousl, I have accepted that I will not be receiving my parcel today, however it is extremely unacceptable that there is no human being to speak to, no email to complain via and the chat function conveniently has ‘technical issues’. The app is a complete and utter waste of time. I have waited in for this appointment for this delivery for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Do not use this courier service. It is a complete waste of time. There’s no one to complain to, no human voice - just robots confirming your delivery window, when in reality, they know full well that you definitely will not be receiving your parcel. Furious is an understatement.

Simply disgusting and ingenous. No attempt at service. I will check my future purchases will not be delivered by this shameful company. Not my first adverse experience but this trumped the rest. I dont use them as a courier based on experience. The epitome of multiple service failure, gross incompetence and deliberate obfuscation to the point of malfeasance. I was promised delivery daily for 30 days, the package "continually returned to depot" .The online service noted on several occasions that the driver's GPS revealed he had been no where near my road. They were profligate with my time. Lost paperwork I had to contact sender on their behalf.. They made repeated promises that were failed. I used online, email and direct phone contact with the depot. I also contacted CEO and senior management, Despite their promises they failed to meet their contract. They then cited the data protection act as a reason they could not communicate with me further. I instructed them to return parcel to sender having wasted so much valuable time at least 100 x compared to the value of the parcel

From national hub to local depot 13 hrs. From local depot to delivery (15 miles away) 106 hrs. Chat line answering from a script, same answer from 3 different advisors and not answering my simple question. Will avoid using again.

4th day out for delivery and still... Nothing. Look at the attached foto. It speak by itself. Absolutely disgraceful. Thanks Yodel. U doing great job!

I have only put one star as it doesn't allow you to rate it as zero. Parcel supposedly delivered to a person named Paul....hope he enjoys my pyjamas. No photo. No email to confirm where parcel left. Waiting for replacement parcel to be delivered today....no time slot so I guess that's another day wasted. Won't buy from anyone using Yodel as their cowboy delivery method ever again. No time given for delivery. I don't know who delivered my parcel to Paul. I don't know if item damaged as I didn't receive it. It was never delivered to me. Nobody from company has contacted me. Zero rating...as non existent service.

Disgusting delivery company on countless occasions they have failed to deliver for the sheer fact they just can't be bothered! Always using the same excuse that failed to gain access to property which is a complete and utter lie! If you are expecting a delivery or having to send packages please avoid this company! A cowboy company in total shambles!

Literally do not buy from companies that use yodel anymore! In the past year I've had 5x deliveries from yodel and had problems with 4 of them! Why are they so bad? Why do companies still use them? How are they still in business?!?!

Absolutely appalling. Have had so many bad experiences with Yodel that unfortunately, I am now in the habit of asking online services which courier they use and if it's Yodel, it is unfortunately a deal-breaker and I can't bring myself to buy from them. Terrible customer service too.

Dreadful service, supposed to have been delivered between 17 and 19 hours tracking it and was 5 minutes away and then was few miles away never delivered!! Delivered the following night just a very light tap on the door ( didn’t use the door bell) supposed to take a picture of it being delivered, if we hadn’t have heard, would have been out in the rain all night ( our else been stolen) Avoid!!!

Absolutely awful service. Failed to deliver after claiming to have delivered on Saturday 19th November at 3pm. At least 8 other local people also let down. Chat line staff promised to get back to me within 24 hours (twice) and 'escalate' my case. Nothing.... Avoid like the plague. Will never use them again. Hopeless...

I wasn’t advised of the delivery in advance consequently I wasn’t in when the parcel was said to have been delivered. According to Yodel the parcel was left on the front steps which are open to passers by and Yodel considers that a secure location. No paper slip or text was left to advise me of the delivery which I only found out when I looked at the Amazon website. When I enquired I was told that an investigation had to take place. 48 hours later the predictable result of this investigation was that the parcel had been delivered and that I had to contact the supplier. Very poor service indeed.

Like many of the reviews my parcel not delivered yet I was in house looking at the van at the end of my drive no card left driver just drove away suspect parcel was not on the van yodel emailed to say no one in lies all lies PS my ring video showed no one called just me standing at front door and van at the end of my drive pulling away .email today said it was on its way belive it when I see it will contact my supplier not to send future parcels with yodel

Ordered an item and, hand up for my own mistake - I mistyped my postcode. No worries, Yodel contacted me advising they needed more info to post it and I updated the address by webchat on the 15th. Imagine my shock when I get an email on the 20th saying it's been returned to seller. Again I contacted yodel who reiterated, I didn't update my address. "It's on your website, time stamped 10:47 on 15th November 'thank you for updating the delivery details we'll get this to you soon'" Apparently that's an error as they have no record of my updated address, despite their website saying I did, and the chat log from the woman I spoke with saying she's updated it. I wish I could give you 0.

Same as below - I have been waiting in ALL DAY for my parcel. I followed the driver's progress on the tracker and when it got to 1 stop before mine, I waited in the window. After a few minutes, I refreshed the tracker and the update said that the driver had tried to deliver and a card had been given.... no card given of course. AVOID!

Absolutely awful! Was told delivery was today and didn't show up! Went on the chat and was told its not their fault they have delays and quote told me " I suggest you just have patience and wait another day" wtf??
