Worst delivery company EVER!!!! Yet again, Yodel lies!!! I have been waiting in ALL DAY for this parcel for my daughter. I followed the driver's progress on the tracker and when it got to 1 stop before mine, I waited in the porch. After a few minutes, I refreshed the tracker and the update said that the driver had tried to deliver and a card had been given. What a load of utter rubbish. Complete and total lies.

They clearly lost my parcel and have done nothing to resolve it. Never use yodel

They have now had my package for 4 days. They have twice lied to me about it being delivered today after they failed last night in the time slot given. On Web chat I was told someone had been at my door... I was in, I was at the time trying to contact them about where my package was. Oh, and the actual history of my package on their very own page (which I copied) makes it clear it was wasn't even in a van at the time! Awful service all round. Very unhappy with them. My hopes are after this I never have to deal with them again.

Absolutely shocking two days running I was told a driver called and left a note which he never my neighbours seen him at the other end of the street and made no attempt to come to my door I will never use this service again as like many people I dont have time to sit around for drivers who ruin their customer service and have no pride in their job .shocking diabolical service

if there is 0 i would give but obviusly… if there is 0 i would give but obviusly not possible. Hello, 3 days ago i supposed to receive my delivery it never showed up. Yesterday it supposed to be delivered but instead of that when i checked the tracking it seemed to be refused. I have been at work and never refused my parcel. I want to complain because it looks like your driver it doesn't take ID in order to know that is the correct person refusing the parcel. It has never been left any note or whatever from his behalf and i have been struggling from last night to understand should he attempt a 2nd time or what until today that i have updates on your tracking system that the parcel is sent to the sender. How is possible parcel to be refused if i wasnt there? How is possible to dont do ID check in terms to understand if thats the person who you bring the parcel to. Thats the worst company i have ever used and im so so dissapointed.... and more shocked im from your customer service team - Kimneilam Rose who wasnt able to help at all, he doesnt want me to provide me with phone number of complains or email address and just keep repeating that she gived to me the information i have been asking for. I never asked her what is the status because she keep sending me that i have to contact the seller and ignoring all my question how i can complain from the driver. I spend my saturday morning in dealing with THAT STUPID COMPANY. The worst delivery company i have been using

Yodel set to deliver on Friday. Claimed to have come to my house on Thursday (I was in all day) but driver was told I had moved so Yodel returned the parcel to sender. I have lived here for over 25 years and none of my neighbours would tell them this. It is a fairy story. Unable to to talk to anyone at Yodel except on web chat. All the customer service operative could do was repeat the fairy story that was displayed on the tracking web page. Now waiting for another parcel that was promised for today (18th Nov). Now not expected until 23rd Nov. Yodel have had the package since 6th Nov. I'll not shop with any company that uses Yodel in future.

Followed the tracking and the time of delivery passed by but eventually was next for delivery but then tracking showed that driver had been held up but to keep checking back for an update. Then received a message from someone else in my village who had got my parcel along with a note from the driver saying that he had delivered the wrong parcel and could they deliver my parcel!! I ended up having to make a journey to collect my parcel from them

Where do you begin with Yodel? Ordered some loose tea from Amazon, after a few days of nothing, I receive an email from Yodel telling me it had been delivered. It hadn't. Both myself and my wife were at home at the stated time, no delivery. I contacted the seller and informed him, he kindly said he would send a replacement, which I asked NOT to be Yodel, and a couple of days later a parcel from him via Evri. After that, a neighbour from a different road turns up with the original parcel, which he had found at the bottom of his garden. This was, bizarrely, the second Yodel parcel for me to end up at the bottom of his garden. I can only assume that the Yodel driver is either thick, stupid, lazy, illiterate, or possibly all of those. My advice to anybody out there, if the company you are buying from uses Yodel, either ask them to use a different courier, or don't order from them

Absolutely rubbish. To date , yodel have had the parcel for 5 days with no attempt to deliver. You can’t talk to someone & the web chat keeps crashing & when you get through it’s someone in India that says that the company is busy & you will get an update when the package is out for delivery. Trouble is it’s never out for delivery & there is no attempt to provide any meaningful update to customers. Avoid at all costs

6 parcels been at my local depot and out for delivery for 7 days. Web chat is rubbish , tried phoning and was told to go to web chat . My deliveries go to safe place so whether anyone in isn’t a issue . I’ve stopped using yodel to send my own parcels as takes days for collection from parcel shop . Avoid rubbish

Last Saturday 12 November, I dropped a Yodel parcel off at Anthony store 2-4 Clifford Road, South Norwood, SE25 5JJ, London. The following Monday, the tracking showed that yodel tried to collect the parcel from the store but it wasn't available to collect. I went to the store and the parcel was there together with dozen of other parcels waiting for collection by Yodel. I called yodel and spoke to a lovely lady called Raissa who apologised and she said that she would send a request to the depot for the parcels to be collected ASAP. The parcels were not collected. I sent an email to yodel CEOComplaints advising them that my eBay buyer had asked for a refund as they didn't collect the parcel. I received a response from Abhishek who obviously didn't read my email and asked me to get the eBay seller (me!!!!) To request from them to arrange another collection. This company is really out of order and to this day 17th November, the parcels at Anthony store are still waiting to be collected!!!

They won’t give a clue re the time a parcel is due and they have a nasty habit of dumping your parcel on the doorstep and not putting a card through. The web chat is useless and the website to track you parcel is worse. Don’t use them in my opinion as they’re obviously a cheap and nasty inferior service and rude to boot. Have a habit of severing the connection when they can’t answer a straight question.

Regarding earlier review when Yodel driver stole my telly - despite asking for a meeting with the driver the response from Yodel was ‘he no longer works for the company’ No apology no offer of any form of compensation- terrible customer service. Advised Very Ltd to change courier.

Purchased a book which was supposed to be delivered by Yodel to a family member by the 14th of November. According to the Yodel tracking system lt arrived at the local depot on the 9th of November. It has never been delivered and has either been lost or stolen at the local depot. Yodel cannot find this order and are claiming the packaging may have been damaged. Yet able to deliver the book from the seller to the local depot in South Wales. Poor service from Yodel

I selected 2-3 day delivery on Monday 7th, therefore expecting the parcel to be delivered around Wednesday or Thursday. By Wednesday the tracking advised delivery would be on the 10th (Thursday). I continually watched to see if it was delivered but nothing. On Friday it was showing as been at the local depot and waiting for the next vehicle to be loaded. I contacted them on Friday evening and was told it would be delivered on Saturday, All day Saturday there was no tracking update so I contacted them again and was assured it would be delivered by 9.00pm that evening. It wasn't. They don't deliver on Sunday, so on Mon 14th, there was no change to the tracking status so, for the third time, I contacted them. This time I was given a pathetic excuse that they had difficulty scanning the item so could I advise the content! What???? After 40 mins I was told the best they can offer is 24-48 hour delivery. After pointing out I paid for 2-3 day delivery a week ago, I was advised it wasn't guaranteed 2-3 days. I explained I understood that but assumed that if the 2-3 day deadline couldn't be met, I should at least expect 3-5 days. As I type this, the tracking remains unchanged. I will never use Yodel again. I only used them this time because of Royal Mail issues but never again. A disgraceful excuse for a courier.

Ordered of ebay who then sent through Yodel who could not find the house who i was sending it to even though full address and postcode ,spoke to yodel to attempt delivery again described the house what looks like its so easy to find straight road big number on front of the house only house painted red, i said also i said tell your driver google maps step by step not hard ,well just checked again didnt attempt to deliver now sending my purchase back to my ebay supplier,not impressed at all

Online tracking stated parcel was logged into local depot @2am since then its gone into thin air. No help from yodel at all. Why do they keep getting away with this it's the fourth time and yet they won't pay you the value of the goods at all, having to get a refund is a nightmare due to delays with yodel. You'll not only lose your parcel you will lose money so don't use yodel at all. Minus 10...

This is the absolutely worst company! The drivers lie. I got an email saying they had missed me and left a calling card in the mailbox. All lies! I was home waiting for the driver. No card in the mailbox. I was promised they would deliver next day. Next day I get an email saying they delivered through mail slot. Total lie. The package is about 4 times the size of my mailbox so they could never have gotten it in there. Finally they admitted to not knowing where they had delivered it. Seller resent and replacement. of course Yodel messed it up and claimed not to have the complete address and could not redeliver. The Seller has now sent a second replacement, but I doubt I'll get it. it's not the first time it happens with Yodel. I get about 50% of my deliveries from them. Customer service is impossible to reach and chat is automated. you get the same reply from different 'people'. I hate this company and it should be avoided at all cost.
