No go area, bad customer service, however i paid for next day delivery, my parcel was due bet 12 .15 to 2:15 ,stood outside waiting for hours, driver never turned up ,even as it was showing i was the next person, to be delivered to. Furthermore they came with something like ,we need more information about your address,like really? Chatted with the customer service team, they said the driver will attempt tomorrow,do you know how frustrating that is ,when I have got an occasion to attend with the new clothing I just bought...

Cowboys! So often the parcel is left outside the garden hedge, on a public road. Once at a friends we actually saw the van drive alongside the gate, and without stopping he lobbed it into the drive. Obviously a well practiced manoeuvre!

Perhaps you should stop delivering parcels to the drivers address first which are left on the pavement in all weathers before the person delivering the parcels deigns to put them in their own private van with music blaring and constant slamming doors until they drive off into the sunset with fag in mouth misdelivering already rain spattered smoke smelling parcels. This is the reality for residents who live next door to the Yodel self employed and the recipients of Yodel parcels. Noisy , disruptive, turning residential areas into parcel depots .Wrong on so many levels !!!!! I always check what delivery service a company uses before I buy and buy elsewhere if its Yodel and its associates. I think the local councils need to be informed of residential houses being turned into parcel depots particularly if they are rented houses.

Horrible service! Please avoid if you can! I order a bicycle for a birthday gift of my Son. They was late to deliver but on the day of his birthday I recieved an message that parcel will be arriving that day. I took day off from work to make sure I get the parcel. I was looking at the map where the driver was (probably a mile away from my house) and suddenly got a message " Sorry we have missed you!" I went online to check what is happening and got in their live chat and they try to convince me that I missed my delivery and that the driver left me a calling card! That was a lie as I was looking trough the window at the front door throughout the whole time! It was so disappointing. They ensured me it will delivered next day. when I got the message I got a cup of coffee and I sat in front of my house! I cud see on the map showing the driver was in front of my house (but he was not) then I cud see he was gone far away. This time did not recieve any message nothing. I contact them and they said we are sorry there was issue with your package! What a joke! They now told me they will try again next day. Please do not use this service go to any other company out there at least you will be able to speak to real person over the phone! Never again this yodel! It's not the first time I had issues with them but it's the last time now!

Yodel made me very unhappy and angry. My package was delivered at 08.46 this am. No card was left, the Jiffy bag contained the delivery note order summary, but the closing flap was 3/4 unstuck and the contents missing (a box of nutrient tablets). I spent hours trying to speak to someone, the driver was no help at all. I tried several different tel nos, but only got automated voices who avoided any relevant questions. Given E mail address was not recognised - so another dead end. ‘Customer Service’ is a joke - worst service ever. I would NEVER use again 👎👎

Very poor tracking service. Customers service team ends the chat whilst you are attempting to reply to them. Currently 4 days late on a high priority item.

Awful service twice my parcels delivered to someone else and I have had to go and look for it, unable to talk to anyone, on web chat was typing my answer when he said he hadn’t heard from me and cut me off, got another operator who was better. Driver had put parcel left in shed, I don’t have a shed but couldn’t get them to understand, just kept saying parcel left in shed, has been delivered to correct address as of Sat nav. I did suggest they read address on parcel and names on property and not rely on Sat nav. A Sat nav covers an area and a number of properties in that area. That’s why we have an address but I don’t think it will make any difference. Yodel are the worst for leaving parcels anywhere but the correct address don’t have problem with others.

Saying delivered but not checking everything and every nabour like was told no delivery getting help is a joke and wished I had read some of the reviews like mine no delivery this firm needs investigating

Very disappointed with this courier.. im supposed to have a 24hr delivery service. Their tracking page gave me a delivery date 21/07/22. I went to seek help via live chat around 5pm on the said delivery date and I was told to wait until 9pm. No delivery was made. I expected the delivery would be delivered the following day which is 22/07/22 and is now 24hrs delayed. To double my disappointment their tracking page now tells me no available date for delivery. I have contacted via telephone their customer service agent who is also very rude and not helpful at all! NEVER USE YODEL! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! My Yodel Tracking- JJD0002247275147819

Absolutely worst delivery company ever ... item posted on the 13th July.. didn't show any movement on tracking for approx 4 days, then moved one step and nothing again for another 3 days. I have now waited for a parcel from within the UK to my UK address for over 10 days yet bought a item from Malaysia which was shipped and delivered by DHL International within 4 days .. Yodel is an absolute joke

Just a terrible courier service and can't understand why businesses use this service always late and when out fit is out for delivery still not guaranteed its going to arrive drivers must think your stupid as keeping saying they have missed my delivery due to know one being at home bit they haven't even tried to deliver

I purchased an item online from Ignex on 17th. July, it was dispatched on the 18th. and I received confirmation from Yodel that it was scheduled for delivery on 19th. July . At the approx delivery time, I was informed by Yodel that the delivery van had broken down, I was then informed that delivery would be on 20th July. This did not happen, On Thurs. 21st. I made a live chat with some person in Mumbai who spun a load of excuses, nothing near the truth, as it turned out !! I contacted the seller of my item who made an investigation with Yodel, and I was informed that the delivery van, driver , and all the delivery items had disappeared !! Why can not Yodel be honest and truthful with their customers, and not spin a load of lies. I will never buy from a retailer who use this 3rd. Rate Company

Worst experience ever. 😡My parcel just disappeared. Shows has been delivered to costumer but I haven’t got it..on phone call with costumers service told me that on gps showed that driver have been on my living area but I haven’t got anything 😡 and i have been at home all day..

The webchat service is purely set up to provide a stalling barrier. It offers absolutely no help whatsoever, the call centre just work off a script designed to be as non-committal as possible. In my experience it offers the exact opposite of what it claims to be there for. You should be able to give minus stars as this service takes your time, provides no solutions and only adds frustration and is therefore worse than no service at all.

Really bad service provider,I understand that people are stretched in the current environment but to have such decimating reviews all over the internet only Management or should I say Mis-Management can be blamed.Our delivery did not arrive even though the van wa 1/4 of a mile from our house then proceeded to leave the area the following then App tells me there is no tracking available.As a business you simply cannot use this company they will cost you money and ill feeling from your customers...avoid and may be they will rethink their procedures or demise

Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Delivery is 48 hours late with 2 "failed deliveries." Driver does not call if lost/confused, just gives up and leaves. After 3rd delivery, parcel reverts by no fault of your own. No calling card or other details to rearrange delivery or give instructions to obviously confused drivers. Stuck without parcel and no recourse as chat service does not help and there is no phone line to get through to a human (only automated bot). Driver needs "more information" but does not say what is confusing him - building has huge sign in front of it with name on prominent road in London. For some reason, they are unable to make a timely delivery to a very simple residential address. Avoid as you cannot get any help if something is urgent or delayed. They will inconvenience the client with delays and poor communication but not go the extra mile to provide good customer service, and deliver on time.

Yodel have been returning my parcel to me for over a month, now they say they have lost it !! It has been at there leamington depot for over a month and is still there but now they have decided its been lost . Never use yodel again

Outrageously bad, sent my very important parcel that I paid extra for to be delivered to the otherside of the country 300miles away. And then mocked me when I contacted them to complain.
