Delivery drivers working for Yodel have average IQ of 20. Yodel as a business is terrible, genuinely need to have a investigation on what the hell is going on.

useless, never tried to deliver never left a calling card said I had used my 3 delivery attempts had to pick up from an hour away driver never got in contact absolute shambles of a company still haven't received my delivery

birthday delivery for my sister from our mum, flowers and card off moonpig, being delivered by yodel, my sister got hold of the delivery guy this morning and he admitted he delivered to linlithgow Not Polbeth, post code on delivery ....company is ran by muppets

Spoke with WebChat service to track parcel as tracking service did not update for two days..First time I was told parcel was definitely out for delivery and would arrive that day- it didnt. Couple of days later they said they’d contacted to the driver who has my parcel and asked to deliver this time as priority- it didn't arrive. Third time- your parcel was never received by our depot, please contact sender ....so infuriating. I have no idea which update, if any, was the truth and which was a lie. My assumption is that my parcel went mysteriously ‘missing’- and that they’re either completely useless or crooked, and I in turn am fuming. The transcripts of the Webchats were offered to be sent to my email address, I confirmed I’d like a copy but surprise surprise they never turned up...

Flower delivery was left in the porch upside down hence the box was soaking wet from the water running down out of the vase. It was so wet it is very possible that it was transported that way. Consequently the flowers were ruined. 4 days after complaining to company via email I am still waiting for a response!

What's the difference between Yodel and a Black Hole? Nothing, if your parcel goes near either one you will never see it again. Again Yodel have completely fail to deliver a parcel. In future I will phone companies before ordering, and if they use Yodel I shall explain that I will not be ordering from them and they have lost my custom.

Use them when I need to order Nespresso pods by phone during lockdowns. They were Ok then 2 months in a row, drivers were claiming couldn’t deliver, lying they’d put cards in door. Two of us in flat and waiting. Redirected to Collect plus as I was fed up. Complained to Nespresso who used a different company, who delivered. Yodel are awful. Now have loads of pods for recycling,waiting for the boutiques to reopen.

Just terrible. Out for delivery- gone back to depot- out for delivery- gone back to depot. So after three days of being messed around I decide to collect from the depot, the online page says fine, available tomorrow, checked this morning and now not available until Monday. Oh my gosh, just ridiculous.

Parcel not delivered and impossible to make complaints by phone or web advisor. Phoning is useless as just put on a automatic merry go round This is a company to avoid as customer service so poor.

worst drivers, most rude drivers and when they cause hundreds of pounds worth of damage to your property through bad driving and the inability to follow instructions, they will not take responsibility unless you have photographic evidence of it happening!.........shameful company!! would give zero stars if possible. I shall watch to see how they use my email address too!!

We have repeatedly been told the driver can not find our address even though we have received hundreds of parcels through these guys in the past. Recently they have lost several parcels and sent more back to sender. Normally this is annoying but I mange to get the send to send through another courier and they arrive but my latest parcel is a very specialist piece of equipment and will take weeks to reorder and I am struggling to get in contact with sender.

Best UK delivery service by a long way. Tracking facility is SUPERB showing exactly where delivery van is and how many stops he/she has to make before your own ( updated live ) OUTSTANDING delivery service. Highly recommended

Yodel failed to deliver, tracking stated "delivered to customer" but it certainly was NOT delivered to me. Tracking stated that it had left the Bristol hub, so got lost between hub and my address. I suggest delivered to wrong address. Requested photographic proof of delivery that they are unable to provide. Ebay purchase so refund from seller is unfair as she fulfilled her responsibilities. According to Yodel the Seller has to chase Yodel for compensation. Left seriously out of pocket

Still waiting on a delivery from 4 days ago, absolutely disgusting service when I complained to them, totally rude and didn’t have a clue what they were talking about, definitely not using these clowns again

Absolutely disgusting no standards service. Wouldn't give you 1 star in rating if it would be possible. Tried to find resolution , but have to wait till Monday. Managers not trained how to deal with discriminatory situations. Driver lied about attempted delivery , although we sat home for the whole day and he couldn't even be bothered to get out of the van! Will never recommend you, nor use your services. Manager Prakash lied during the web chat, ended the chat because couldn't answer simple questions. Absolutely disgraceful. I hope #VirginMedia will think twice by using your services. Fyi both conversations are emailed to myself.

If I could I would give yodel 0 stars. Incompetent, useless delivery firm. Despite 4 attempts to the delivery address they claimed they couldnt find it despite tracking them on their map they were in the same street but had a useless message each time saying they couldn't find address. Waste of time firm they shouldn't be a delivery service if the can't deliver the item. Hopeless firm!!!

Lies, lies & more misinformation & then patronised on the phone! It will be delivered, be patient, it will be with you today - I’ve raised it on the highest level, then a different person in call centre we don’t know where your parcel is & haven’t for 2 days it takes 24 hours to find, just wait - I would not lie to you, well someone is as your stories conflict! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
