Fake "failed to deliver" attempts. Live support claims they don't have GPS information for their drivers, so they can't check. Say this behaviour from drivers is unacceptable, but it is clear they never attempted to solve the issue. Avoid at all costs.

Parcel didnt turn up, said en route but necer showed. Email to confirm its lost and now some of those items are no longer in stock with the retailer. I can only think you have deivers who steal the parcels or discard them When its coming to the end of the day as i cannot see how you can lose a parcel that is on the way

My parcels were left in the foyer of my block of flats which is not a SAFE PLACE. Despite asking all my neighbours and searching everywhere I have been unable to find them and have never received them. The tracking numbers are JJD0002232071806229 and JJD0002232008403031.

Dogshit company, supposed to be delivered over a week ago and they keep telling me it'll come tomorrow. Still not left the warehouse. Literally a waste of time, no matter what you do, do not use these frauds.

Scumbags said I wasn't at home when I was because the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver a large item, this happened 2 days in a row.

This company dropping packages to Royal Mail and you need to pay 5 pound to pick up this 😳 never seen something like this ! Scammers!

I got my delivery at 4pm, post code M8 9BP with a wonderful delivery driver that he delivered to me many times and he’s always ponctuel and honest, I just forgot to ask for his name that’s why I wrote my post code.

Discussing service no phone no. They said my parcel been refused at the door and its only me who live in this house. I don't know how to connect them and they refused to let me collect my parcel . I'd give 0 star to this s#!t.

Didn't deliver to me nor contacted through intercom, parcel left on floor in foyer where there are 31 flats and numerous people in+out luckily a good neighbour saw the parcel on floor and delivered it to me.

I sat at home all day only for my parcel to not be delivered because the idiotic driver who was on the street couldn't be arsed to read the house numbers and said that they failed to locate our property.

Delivery attempted 30/05/24. Not in. Requested redelivery to my local Yodel store. Received email confirmation of this on 31/05/24 On 05/06/24 still not redelivered to local Yodel store, so chased it up with live chat day, who said it would be there by 9pm that evening. Instead of notifying me it had arrived, Yodel sent me an email in the evening, stating that they were unable to deliver my parcel, and were returning it to the sender (Molton Brown)! Shocking service. I have strongly recommended Molton Brown to stop using Yodel, and stick to DPD. BTW, Yodel are the only courier I am aware of, that don’t allow you to specify a “safe place” delivery option. This is another major deficiency with Yodel.

Yodel stated that they had delivered my parcel to”my garden” Really? We have cctv an no delivery was made.offered a replacement by the seller and although Yodel said they had delivered it there again no cctv proof and no photo of the delivery - they say they always take a photo. Absolute load of rubbish.

Phanton 'Failed delivery' attempts, terrible app, condescending and highly unhelpful live chat staff. No notifications, and when I did get them, I wasted a whole day waiting on delivery that didnt appear. Then when parcel finally arrive (i had to change the address because they 'couldnt find it', the box looked like a burst couch, the box was destroyed The driver took no responsibility claiming it must have been sent that way, then threw it at me to which the contents went bouncing down my hallway, soon as my back was turned he was nowhere to be seen. Absolute joke of a company, I've had multiple parcels delivered and Yodel are the only one who can't find my address. It's on a main road ffs, not like I'm in the sticks or down a dirt track. Avoid at all costs!

Been waiting on parcel since 22nd May, 4 failed deliveries, besides I was home on live chat giving driver location and landmarks, and still could not find, ironic thing is they actually have one of there Self collection boxes in the square 500yards away and still failed to deliver my parcel 4 times.. absolutely shocking and the customer service is also shocking.. telling me now to collect my parcel... I don't think so.. what a cowboy delivery service 👏

Still waiting on my parcel posted 20th May! Contacted them multiple times they say they’re busy, high volumes of parcels. Promised delivery 3 days in a row it’s still not arrived. It has sat at local depot since 25th May & not moved. Today is day 13. I give up please don’t use Yodel. 03/06/24.
