Never delivers parcel blames my postcode yet other can find it ok always end up at depot collecting myself dreadfull company I will not use anyone now that deals with yodel

Yodel attempted a delivery of flowers to a relative after 6pm to Barry Downs Carnoustie on Tuesday 19th May. Unfortunately the delivery was unsuccessful as the reception point closes at 5 pm. I missed a phone call from the delivery driver informing me of attempted delivery and a message was left for me. I phoned the driver the following morning and he immediately said he would ensure the flowers were delivered before 5p. He again phoned me to say that the delivery would be in the next half hour. I received a phone call about 20 min later to say the delivery was completed and flowers beautiful. A massive thank you to Robbie Smith the Tayside delivery driver who went out of his way to ensure the flowers arrived at their destination. Robbie’s customer service was excellent and I was most impressed with Robbie’s drive to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks a million Robbie.

Zero stars Yodel were supposed to deliver a parcel on Fri 13th. Home all day, received a notification that they had attempted delivery and left a card. Nobody has been (camera doorbell would have seen them) and no card. No updates until tues 17th when it is out for delivery again. Exactly the same thing happened. Cannot speak to a human on the phone - automated service just cuts you off. And two tries and discussing with foreign webchat agent were useless as they couldn’t understand that the driver had not been to my property. Now at the point where I will do a charge back for the goods and cancel all future orders with the seller if they are going to continue using Yodel.

Hi, I was waiting on a delivery of a parcel. It didn't come. When I contacted Yodel they informed me that they had indeed delivered it and with their device, which measures the longitude and latitude it was indeed delivered to my front door and that I should now contact the seller. More or less washing their hands of the delivery. To me the email insinuated that I was dishonest and that I had received the parcel. My suggestion was instead of using the special device, why not just ask the driver what house he delivered the parcel to. They sent me a photograph of the front door they delivered it to, as you have probably guessed not mine, so much for the special device. I had to drive around the houses this morning trying to track the parcel down, which I did. It was delivered to a one story cottage. My address states Upper Flat. That should have at least gave the driver the heads up that it was the wrong address. BUT NO. I know errors can occur, but when they tell you that you are in receipt of the goods when you are not, then I get annoyed, especially when they are not prepared to rectify the situation. I certainly would advise people not to use this company. Patricia

Not using this company again, lost my customers parcel now i have to pay my customer back. Out of pocket. Disgusting company should not be alound to operate.

I paid for next day delivery from George asda for some school clothes my daughter desperately needs and school shoes she is 7 years old so my delivery was for today been in all day very obvious if a delivery van comes in are street we never miss yodel apparently delivered my item at 2.14pm today !!! I’m so angry as hard earned money to buy stuff for are children when they need it and it’s been took in my eyes I think it’s disgusting !!! Shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this I hope to god they took a picture as I would love to see who’s front door it was !!! I can’t contact asda or yodel now until Monday but I hope they are ready for me !!! Also I’ve checked garden and bins and nieghbours no parcel !!!

I ordered an item on 11/5/22 with priority next day delivery. I am still waiting for the item on 14/5/22. When I contacted them I was assured it would be delivered on 13/5/22 and then again on 14/5/22. Still nothing. All I get are lies and patronising comments. Useless company. Do not use ore order from companies that use Yodel

This is the 6th parcel from either gousto or hellofresh that has remained undelivered, well, probably to somebody else. Disgusting, this is our weeks food and they don't care.

Every time I’ve had a parcel delivery attempt by Yodel, it’s either got lost stolen or left in the most ridiculous place. It’s now got to the point if I see a company use’s them I go elsewhere.

I am registering my mob. no & e-mail, to create a new account. Confirmed mob. & e-mail address. Now complication started when app did not wanted to recognize my post code. Not great, as that's the part of setting up a new account.

Web Chat in India simply cut you off. Parcel went AWOL..They said I chose a new delivery date but I didnt. Joke of a business. Has to be the worst delivery company in the UK. If it's urgent do not use these idiots.

Parcel supposed to be delivered 13th may 2022,checked the tracking parcel on the way, Van arrived went to door to accept parcel driver was going to put card through door to say he had tried to deliver parcel but he didn’t have the parcel with him his excuse was that he gave some parcels to another courier ,so I have had to rearrange delivery,in future I will that this company for anyone I purchase from,this really is a cowboy outfit.

JD0002247771769392 My parcel wasn’t delivered , courier supposedly left the parcel out of the front of the house. There was no calling card or picture evidence to state where the parcel was left. Unable to speak to yodel in order to get this resolved

My parcel showed delivered on the 9th May 22 @ 17:59pm and when I went to collect it , NO PARCEL!! spoke to Rehana at 5:24pm who cut me off , then I spoke to Vuyo straight after who said that th derived delivered it and then took it back to the depot accidentally. You can’t make this up , the item should have been delivered on Saturday the 7th May 2022. Yodel CS rep has said you cannot speak to a manager , you cannot claim compensation and you have to wait for your parcel , it’s all part of the service. I will continue to write negative reviews on Al social media platforms s I have made 3 calls , sent an email and the driver has taken the parcel, or the shop is lying or Yodel CS is lying , it’s possibly one of the 3 as my parcel is not in my hands.

Undelivered missing parcel . Live chat advisor says driver dropped parcel quite far from your property . But it may be an internet issue ? Kept promising will contact me back within 24 hours . 5 days later still no sign of delivery nor an explanation what happened to the parcel . Very poor service and unreliable .

They received a parcel for me fir delivery "by 5th May". Each day on their App they said it would be loaded with the next available driver. On 6th May, still not received I contacted the supplier who spoke to Yodel and was informed they had had an IT problem but would try hard to get it delivered on 7th. On 9th the App was updated to say they had returned the parcel to the sender! Presumably it is as been damaged in their care! Terrible communication and customer service. Terrible. 0 out of 10, not even 1.

delivered I was meant to have a parcel delivered. I still have not received it. There customer service was not much help. Tried to change delivery address when I spoke to them and they could not change it and then I asked for the parcel to be delivered at a certain time and it did not get delivered to my house. Awful service
